I can't say that I enjoyed totaling my car and needing Auburn Valley's services but I can say that if this happens to you, I sure hope that its SABASTIAN picking you up! Sabastian started out by saying, "I only meet people on their worst day but I promise to do what I can to help you through this." Which I can't tell you how much I appreciated since I was already sick of hearing, "you aren't hurt which is the most important thing." I hadn't ever been in an accident like this before and he was very patient in answering my multitude of questions and concerns. I also misplaced my ID and registration paperwork during the accident as it was late at night and I wasn't in a good mental headspace. Sabastian was extremely helpful in responding to me over the weekend and looked through his truck once he was back at work on Monday to see if he could find it. He even took the initiative to look through the windows of my car since he knew I lived in Seattle and wasn't planning to go back to the lot (they can't go inside the vehicle by law). He wasn't able to find the documents but the fact that he took the time to thoroughly look was really appreciated. Sabastian deserves a raise or at least a nice Christmas bonus. My windshield wipers stopped working all of a sudden. I pulled off on the side of the road and googled the nearest tow truck company and found auburn valley towing. The guy on phone was very nice and recommended that he could tow me to a place called total auto care so they could figure out what was wrong with my windshield wipers. The drivers name was Kyle. Friday night about 9 my wife and son were driving to airport to get lost luggage when tire blew out on Tesla. A scary experience for both on busy 405 but they got car to safety, Ubered home, and took second car to airport then back to get Tesla, too. Due to an accident they didn't get back to car till 11:30. In the meantime I'm on phone with Tesla and Kyle from Auburn Valley Towing. Kyle finished changing the tire and offered to wait to babysit my car and comfort my family. My Chevy seemed to be a victim of a failed fuel pump from the behaviors I was seeing. I did a quick search and found one review online for this tow company, and they were close by. After the initial call, they said they would be on location in about 30 or 40 minutes. So it was nice not having to wait very long. After discussing the problem with the driver (Nick) he asked me if I was going to attempt the repair myself. I told him I was, and he was nice enough to point out how to get to the fuel pump and disassembly. It was nice have a quick visual tour of what needed to be done since I've seen instructions on how to do the replacement, but hadn't seen any pictures. Service above and beyond. After needing a few tows in my life, I can't remember having such a nice experience. I'll be keeping their contact in mind if I need a tow in the future. I highly recommend them. read more

My vehicle was totaled and it needed to be removed from the intersection as it was no longer drive-able. I was looking to have it towed directly to a scrap yard. That was not an option. Option 1) He can tow it to his impound and I would be charged impound fees; Option 2) He can tow it to my house and I can arrange disposal on my own. I chose Option 2. After he got to my house he "remembered" that there is actually a third option. Option 3) I can sign my title directly over to him. There is absolutely no way that this driver forgot about the third option. This was a perfectly executed grift. If I had been given option 3 at the site of the accident, it would have saved me at least a portion of the tow fee. Well done. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least he cleared the intersection. read more

No help at all! After our vehicle broke down in a tow zone on HWY 167 we called Auburn Valley Towing to tow our vehicle to a safe location while we went to get a car trailer. We suggested the Super Mall parking lot and they said it wasn't allowed. We appreciated the honesty but not being familiar with the area we asked if they had any suggestions or ideas and all he could say was no but you can't just dump it somewhere. We weren't asking to just dump it but did need a place to park it for a few hours. If it's 11 PM and you need help, DON'T call them because going above and beyond to help isn't part of their business plan! read more

Our car was stolen and later towed there. Police and staff said once no longer on hold, have 24 hrs to pickup before storage fee applied. We picked up less than hour after hold released and was charged for half day storage fee. Next they charged for 4% credit card usage. I own a small business and don't charge my clients for my credit card fees. These guys have no compassion of people who's already had property destroyed by thieves. read more

Kyle towed my Tesla to the service center for me and was great. He got to my house quickly and he knew that Teslas have to be towed in a certain way to protect the regenerative breaking. Had it up and ready to go in no time. I was already upset with Tesla service so I wasn't in a great mood. Mind you this was on a Saturday! The phone was answered promptly. I was given an estimate and agreed to have them come get my car. Kyle was prompt, professional and courteous. He took my car to the repair shop and the cost was within a couple of dollars of the estimate because I estimated the number of miles incorrectly. At midnight on hwy410 my VW decided to breakdown. I called Auburn Towing and they arrived with a truck in less than 30 mins. The driver Zemmic, was very helpful and was able to tow my car back home. Tried to make arrangements to pay a tow bill and sign some papers for a hispanic family that lived four hours away from their business. They refused to extend payment date by one day despite the fact that the family had a medical appointment for their child the same day they insisted on getting their payment. Tried to arrange payment over the phone and they still refused. They insisted that the family drive four hours to take care of the bill in person during the covid 19 lockdown. read more

These people at auburn towing are criminals. They have a license to steal and they take total advantage of it. They recovered my stolen trailer from the police department. They keep in storage for the maximum number of days allowed by law. On the final day they called the police with the vin number. The same day the police department called me and said they located my trailer I went to pickup. Auburn towing charged me $800.00 for a trailer worth $500. If I didn't pay the bill they would have sold it at auction and sued me for the difference. Why did they wait for the storage bill to increase by $400.00 before they called the police with the vin number? Because they know the law and they take total advantage of it. Today while driving home from dropping my child at a job interview a bolt went thru my tire on 167. I was able to limp off the 15th St exit but wasn't able to get the car to a parking lot. I had my husband call my insurance to get me towed. After about ten minutes Kyle with Auburn Valley tow came by and offered to get me out of the road and into a safer spot. He was not the tow truck driver we had called but he said he just wanted to get me to a safer area until my tow arrived. I was surprised at how nice Kyle and his partner were. I'm from California and can say this would have never happened there. These two went out of their way to help when I needed it most. Especially since I was trying to arrange picking up my child from school and one from an interview all while trying to get a new tire. They helped more than they knew! My fuel pump went out on my way home to Oregon. It was 10pm at night, I called AAA and after an hour and a half they told me it would be another couple hours wait. AAA would have let me sit on the freeway until 2am! I called Auburn Valley Towing and they said someone would be there in 30-45 minutes max. The driver showed up in 20 minutes flat! When my moms car broke down a police officer called this tow company. When the tow truck driver showed up my mom asked how much it would cost and said that she only had $80. The tow truck driver said it should be less than that (he only had to tow it 2 blocks). When he got the car back to our house he said it would be close to $300. When my mom reminded him she only had $80 he got in the tow truck and took off with my moms car just like that. They wouldn't even let her grab my nephews car seat out of the car. read more

This isn't an absolutely terrible tow company. I own many classic cars, and have had to call for tow services a time or two. This company damaged my Corvette and then denied it, even after a witness confirmed their fault. Sad part is the damage was just the scrape plate and a mere $200 bucks. They skipped my calls for weeks, ignored a third party witness and then denied it. All over $200 bucks. Management are jerks! If you appreciate your cars, stay away from this company. They have no clue as to how to properly load a vehicle. -oh until after the damage is done, then they added the wood planks so the front end wouldn't get further scraped! read more
