The only issue was that the timer doesn't work. We weren't sure if the clothes were drying before the timer went off but after the 3rd day of using it, we left in the morning to run errands for a few hours while drying clothes for 30mins and when we returned home later that after noon the dryer was still running. I do recall the sales lady highly recommended the Roper dryer while I was interested in other dryers. But of course she swindle me into purchasing the Roper to which I should have returned within the 7day refund policy. Timer may not be a big deal but As a mother of two, full time student, and full time job, the timer would help a lot so the clothes don't burn or shrink or increase my gas bill.

Unfortunately with LG dryers, the fuses are built into the valve itself so the entire valve needed to be replaced. I purchased an OEM replacement valve and he installed it for me for a very reasonable price. It's been a couple weeks and my dryer is working perfectly. He even gave me a couple of tips on maintaining my appliances to keep them in good shape!
