He is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to fix our "classic" GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator (read: trusty long-timer, past era quality), as he calls it, in the "old school style." Since this is an older model, he didn't have the correct part in his van. So that we wouldn't have to continue to be without a refrigerator, he cleverly MacGyvered a part he had, and our 20+ year old refrigerator continues to work several years after this event.
