I've been going here for a couple of years now and I'm mostly happy with it because it's open all the time and it's convenient to my commute home. I noticed that there was an upgrade to the self wash closest to the entrance and it was the touch less pay option. I tried that one today and liked that I didn't have to swipe my card 3 times due to wear and tear of the card or possibly an outdated swiper. When I was done, I pushed the "off" button several times and it kept the charge going (keep in mind there are 2 OFF buttons). I pushed and held each of the "off" buttons several times and it kept charging me. It even turned on the blower on more than one occasion when I never pressed it. Seems clear, there is a glitch. I got charged an extra dollar by the time I got it to stop. I had to push the button above the wireless touch before it stopped. I didn't notice directions for that...and the directions are nice and huge for you . I don't know how long that update has been there even though I went last week and used a different self washing station. Imagine how much money the business could make ripping people off unintentionally or intentionally. Hope they fix this because it will suck for the person that drives away thinking they stopped the service. Hoping the small upgrades continue and things work smoothly because it is a very convenient car wash. read more

A pain to go through the wash. Then tried self wash a little better but does not dry off good with their dryer. Attendant was nice.

Self service wash is great. I usually put in about $20 for 40 minutes of wash time and that's always enough for me to get my entire truck done. Everything always works with no issues. I have never used the automatic car wash so I cannot speak on behalf of that part of the business. read more

Nice place to get your car cleaned. They have two automatic car washes, so there is hardly any line. My car come out looking, clean and shiny. They also have six self service car wash bays, if you want to wash it your self. They are open 24 hrs. Wash in the middle of the night? Why not?. The staff are friendly and helpful. The car wash does a great job, everything is clean and works properly. Looks like they had a change in ownership and name, PRIMO CAR WASH. They still have the same helpful manager and staff. read more

I should have checked the reviews first. This carwash was so bad I am contemplating calling for a refund...for a car wash! I paid for the $15 wash, which is an upgrade from their base $10 wash. I bought this package because it said the dryers were twice as powerful with this package than with the base option. When I left, I noticed my car was still covered in soap, meaning the rinse cycle didnt get it all off. There were even areas that were never even touched with soap or water for that matter. I also dont think the dryers got ANY of the water off. The fact that this place is even in business is ridiculous. First of all, no one expects handwash quality when they pay $15 for a car wash. But they could at least have their equipmemt calibrated to rinse the WHOLE car. I'm not even asking for the whole car to be soaped or dried...just RINSE it. And I'm pretty amused that they have the courage to advertise an upgraded dry cycle when it doesnt do anything at all. I could have dried my car better with my own breath. Needless to say, I will not return. read more

I went to pick up my truck and the first picture shows what my tires looked like. I asked the guy who I found out is the general manager why the white letters were not clean and he said they cleansed the tires and the white wears off...I asked several times to be sure that was the story they were going to stick with (since I knew it was a lie). I went home and cleaned them myself and in less than 15 minutes all four resembled the next picture I posted. I went back the next day nd showed the office manager the pictures and the truck and he said he told him he was wrong about them wearing off and informed him he had given incorrect information. The general manager is John Hackney and office manager is David Cotteleer...I always loved their work but the new management leaves much to be desired. Bad move...we miss our guy Jerry. I took my truck here and self washed it. It took three times longer because the water pressure is super low. It by far has the worst water pressure of any car wash I've ever been to. be prepared to spend 2 to 3 times as much time spraying off the soap read more

The automatic car wash is great for the sides of your car. The hood, roof and trunk doesn't get touched but for only $10 I guess my expectations were too high. read more

I got the $13 car wash and thought that would be good to get my car a lil extra clean, but when I got out to vacuum my car it looked the same as when I took it there. Still pollen stuck to my car all over, didn't clean it at all. Then when I went to buy tire shine for $2.50 (not bad) it got stuck in the machine because the bottle is too big so when it falls the door won't open. Very displeased and will not be returning to this car wash! read more

We took our car there for detailing after a water leak. The leak had been repaired, but after driving the car, there was pooled water again. We had to get the carpet dry, but were concerned there might still be a leak. The employee assured us that for an extra charge, they could pull the seats, and check for any more leakage, and if it were something they could fix, they would, and if not they would call us to let us know. When we picked up the car, the carpets were still damp. We drove the 12 miles home, and once again had a puddle of water behind the front seat. Also, the air bag sensor had not been reconnected. My husband called the manager. We were told the employee would never have said that, they don't do that. He also said " we saw water pouring in when we washed it, but you wanted it detailed, so we continued ". He didn't offer to make good on any of the work, nor could he explain why, when they saw water "pouring" in they didn't stop. The manager called my husband a liar, and refused to talk to him. For over $200, I expected better customer service. Avoid this place like the plague! read more

Been here twice. It's a quick little place to get a quick wash. A tad pricey I think for an automatic wash but hey I have no idea what it cost to operate one of these things. But if your in the area try it out. Like 5 different options from 10.00 to 18.00. read more

Rob's car wash scratched the crap out of my car. Not just in one place but literally ALL OVER. Things happen, so we calmly contacted them. They REFUSED to accept that it was their car wash that caused it, and then REFUSED to give their insurance information so they could be contacted to fix the information. They refused to acknowledge anything and were extremely rude in the process. We had to file with our insurance so they could try to contact Rob's, maybe they will be a little more professional than they were with us. We also contacted the insurance bureau so they can get the insurance information since we can prove it was their car wash that caused the damage. I understand things like this will happen, but customer service is important. If you yell at someone and act like a child instead of a professional, you aren't worth doing business with. DON'T RISK YOUR VEHICLE BY TAKING IT HERE. read more
