They didn't have time to extend my existing appointment, so they worked with me to get me in the same day for the second-tier (3-4 hours) clean. Joel was so kind and accommodating. Very understanding, even when I was embarrassed by the sticky, layered mess that was my vehicle. I was able to see them cleaning it. They took everything out from my secret storage areas and cleaned. They got up on a ladder and hand-washed the top of my vehicle. I've added some pics. The before involved grease stains and spilled soda and who knows what other grossness. When I went out and saw it for the first time, I almost cried! I can't physically do it myself, so I was blown away by how amazing it looked. They got stains out i never thought would be clean. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to any questions I had about ceramic coating and it's whole process. The outcome had me speechless when Mike and his team were done with my car. I dropped off my VW MK7.5 GTI to get a full car ceramic coating, along with wheels and brake calipers. The results were fantastic and after a year, the coating still stand strong! Mike also gave me tips on how to keep up with the maintenance, so his guidance was very helpful and appreciative. The beading in the car from the System X ceramic coating is incredible, and I almost look forward to rainy days now. The water beads up, and just slides off the paint now, it's amazing. Based on my extensive research and reviews seen here, I decided to take my vehicle to this young…read moreman (Brian). While I have to say that his customer service skills are impeccable, the quality of his work is not. My 2016 GMC Yukon had a rip into the metal as a result of my son backing his truck out of a parking lot and scraping the driver side rear passenger door. When we met, he provided several ideas in how to get the issue corrected and we ended up deciding to cut the metal off and reinstalling a new piece that would've / should've looked like factory. My understanding is that he used a 3rd party that was supposed to cut the piece out and weld the new material in for him to work on and paint it. The final product was a little messy but he assured me that with time it would clean up and look nice. Well.. months have gone by, the vehicle has been washed a few times and it still looks very crappy. Plus the installation of the inner door panels was terrible. The door lock mechanism where the button goes up and down doesn't work and I now need a new door that will run me about $2500 with paint and labor. I attempted to capture as much detail as I could ,but the rear door looks far worse in person than it does here in the photos. The color also doesn't help in seeing the details but trust me... the job looks terrible in person. After using the reviews from here in deciding hiring this young man.. I needed to report my experience so that others don't fall for the same mistakes I did. Nothing personal.. whats done is done and I wish him well. One was very rude. . One man who is working in the computer seemed very nice.. but my big reason for this post was Nicholas. Nicholas detailed our car spent time in it, even though his lunch came as he was working on our car he took the time to detail it wipe it down and vacuum it. He did a great job.!! Visited this car wash on a Saturday afternoon. About four young adults were running the place. They…read moreoffer a full service for additional $18 that includes vacuum, windows, wiping the car, consoles, and the rest. They didn't have the proper cleaning supplies the staff needed to actually deliver a full service. You could tell everyone was rushing because it was getting busy, and the workers looked pretty inexperienced. One of them was openly complaining. I didn't see a manager anywhere--if there was one, they weren't managing. Customers were also struggling with the kiosk and figuring out how to line their cars up on the ramp and place the tires correctly. The employee working the entrance couldn't communicate clearly or get cars into the right position and had to pull another worker over to help. It's a Saturday, so of course it's packed--that's when everyone wants their car washed. This place just wasn't managed properly and didn't have the supplies needed for the full service they advertise. If you don't equip your employees, you shouldn't be offering it. Two out of five stars.
