Claimed that the higher prices meant they would be there for me if something went wrong, especially if I purchased new equipment. Spent over 40K in a matter of couple of months on all new equipment, had something go wrong and the salesman didn't even care to call back, I had to do the servicing through my own efforts on a machine I paid almost $10,000 for and had only been using for a month. I will be buying another piece of equipment that is about $10,000 grand next month, these guys won't be seeing a penny from that! Sharks!
