Called around and drove by the night before we actually went to look at the facility. Once we arrived they stated we needed to have the trailer inspected or approved. That was fine with us as both are trailers are a couple years old. My time is limited as I'm battling a terminal illness for 13 years and just diagnosed with tongue, throat and lymph nodes cancer. I go in for surgery next week to remove a portion or more of my tongue, throat and all the surrounding lymph node's. We had a great storage but they went out of business and didn't call us until it was going to get towed out with no notice even though we paid upfront months in advance. So I show up and they said we don't take enclosed trailers ( mind you we told Tyler about 10 times the types of trailers we were bringing). So now we have NOWHERE ELSE TO GO AND MY WIFE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE THE TRUCK WITH TRAILERS HOOKED UP. I'm sick everyday from my illness and now the cancer. This was one day God gave me the ability to function. We said over the phone several times and in person what kind of trailer's we had. It seemed like a decent storage but your uneducated or lack of knowledge just cost me my only day of functioning I could have picked a different place and things would have been fine. This was all last minute as I have infusion center and blood tests all the rest of the week. This was my only chance as I wasn't passing blood all day when using the rest room like normal. Avoid this place at all costs. Nancy and the owners are dishonest and greedy. Even if your unit is fully paid, they'll still find a way to take it just to make more money. Save yourself the trouble -- go somewhere else if you value your belongings. They don't deserve anyone's business. read more

This storage facility seems nice and clean and the location was convenient for me. When I walked in the manager (?) was extremely rude, not only to me but the other girl working in the office. Won't let me go lower then one star or I would. Don't even get out of your car, turn around and go anywhere else. Nancy is the worst owner/manager I have ever had to deal with. Rude, short tempered, will lie to your face and have no regrets about it. Please just stay away, dealing with her is not worth it. I moved back to Fairfield from Sacramento, they had the best rental price and it worked out perfectly because the size until I was looking for was coming available the week I would be back in town. I've been using this self storage company for a year now and I have no complaints. The staff is nice, the area stays locked which makes me feel that my things are safe. read more

After 11 years and paying rental fees of $11,000 we were kicked off the property because we made a comment that the new stripping pattern made it more difficult to back our RV into our assigned spot. The next day we received a call from the manager telling us that the owner wanted us to remove our vehicle. It became very evident that the owner does not take negative comments at all. There certainly was no loyality to a customer that had been there for 11 years. We always paid rental fees months in advance and to the credit of the owner, she did return our money in a timely manner. Words of caution. My parents have been long time renters at this storage facility and the manager wouldn't waive a second penalty fee because the payment had not been received. I set the bill pay up and accidentally sent it to the wrong storage facility. Making mistakes are costly here and they don't value your business enough to waive the fee as a one-time courtesy. The owner is a very mean person. The manager was sitting in the office soaking wet from the rain, her hair dripping. She said the owner would not allow her to go upstairs and change clothes. I have heard her yelling at the manager before. Poor thing. While the place is very clean, I am moving from this facility due to the owner. read more

So glad I don't rent here. I was in the parking lot waiting for a tenant to show me a bed frame I was interested in purchasing that was listed on OfferUp. There site managers (I assume they were) arrived and they stopped and stared at me for a minute and then the woman got out and went into the office while the man parked their vehicle and also went into the office. A minute later he came out and was polite, but wanted to know what I was doing there. I told him and he went back in. Then the woman came out with a nasty attitude and an extremely rude and accusatory manner and rudely told me I couldn't go in because I wasn't a tenant. I told her ok, I wouldn't go in. Then she said that they don't allow selling out of their units and demanded I told her who the tenant was and she would go tell them herself. When I told her I didn't know who it you could practically see steam from her ears. She immediately thought I had confirmed her obviously misguided judgement. I told her it was from OfferUp and she said she had no idea what that was. Anyone who doesn't know what offerup is should not be in the storage business because they obviously know nothing about 90% of their customers. She ranted on about protecting her tenants... Isn't that what locks, cameras, and code ins are for? No one would let you in under their code to do anything wrong. And what could I do anyway? She was paranoid, judgemental, and completely rude and disrespectful. I answered her despite her tone until I finally got fed up with how she was talking to me and I told her she was rude. People list their belongings from storage all the time. I've never seen any other storage act like that. They don't deserve anyone's business. read more

I would go lower if I could. They are RUDE have the worst customer service, lie to your face and will cheat you if they are given the opportunity. Don't go here. Find one of the dozen or so other storage places in the area. I'm moving my stuff elsewhere as soon as I can. read more

Manager told me that she would hold 2 spots for my son and I. I decided to make sure before we gave notice thank God I did she stated that she rented our "held" spots after we left!!
