I don't know who says they do not have online ordering. They most certainly do. I order from them several times a week and my order is always promptly prepared and ready by the time I arrive to pick it up. Also, if you have issues with your bacon being undercooked, all you have to do is indicate that you like your bacon well done in the "special instructions" field of the online menu order. I do it all the time! They're extremely busy in the mornings, so if you like your eggs prepared a certain way, then you need to speak up and say so! They are not mind-readers. Great menu selections. Guys, how come you cant tell the difference between a rainbow and a plain bagel?! I get home, open the bag, and there is a plain one there. My son is crying...it may not be a big deal to you but it actually is. It was a simple order and you managed to do it wrong(( the lady who prepared the order even took it out from the bunch but how come it's not the one in the bag...?! An absolutely wonderful bagel shop that consistently puts out good food! Always timely and always fully stocked in every go-to bagel flavor, the coffee tastes great (NOT burnt like many bagel shops I've been to) and I've never had a bad experience! I once even came in one minute to closing time (completely accidentally, I have worked food service and know better) and they still offered to serve me. I walked in thinking I was going to be there for a while because there's a bit of a line couldn't believe I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Bagels are good, but they choose who they want to help and when, no such thing as a line here If you don't know them they'll help their circle of people before any customers, expect to wait a while for something as simple as a roll with butter. I only had an egg sandwich from here (this morning), but it was very good. The place was clean and there was a surprisingly large selection of sandwiches available. The outside is very deceiving and makes it look smaller than it is. I recommend, and look forward to trying more of their selection. read more

I visit Babylon usually 2-3 times a year and each time I do, I have to visit this place. They are hands down my favorite bagel! They can get very crowded on the weekends and the seating is limited but the staff members are nice and very hard working. They work hard to get you your bagel as soon as they can. After three bad experiences in a row I'm done spending my money here. The counter staff is horrible. Two times in a row I get bagels with barely a hint of cream cheese on them, had to gag them down. This latest time I walk in with no wait at all and three people behind the counter to help me and I ordered my usual bagel with cream cheese and I wind up with a bagel with barely and BUTTER on it. Seriously?! If you people expect to stay in business you need to really better train your staff. Never setting foot in here again. read more

Good bagel shop near train station - they serve customers fast which is a good thing considering how many LIRR commuters go there. Bagels are good, rolls are fresh and egg sandwiches are good too. They use new gloves constantly, which is especially important when one customer orders eggs and the next orders a bagel (eggs cracked open with one set of gloves, bagel cut with another). This is not my go-to bagel place for weekends but for a M-F coffee and breakfast you can't go wrong. Oh, it is clean and the coffee is good (and always fresh). I think it is owner operated. They really need to get a more consistent cook. I've gotten many egg sandwiches from here and sometimes the bacon is cooked completely and sometimes its half cooked. Same with the eggs. Some people can eat runny eggs I unfortunately can not as it makes me quite sick. The number of times I have had a good breakfast sandwich and the number of times I have to toss my breakfast because it not completely cooked it roughly the same.
