The onion rings I got were like Burger King's, except worse. The owner refused to do anything about this false advertisement and egregious quality of food. We stopped in here before a fall festival because Yelp had cash back and 15% off your order when my husband went in to get our food the lady gave him a hard time and said the 15% off was only for online orders but it was actually for a check and she took the time to call the owner for the 15% off. However... in all caps I requested extra syrup and a handful of ketchup packets. Bagels are often over cooked or otherwise flavorless. Half the staff do a great job and are really friendly and on-point, but unfairly to them some other employees are just plain incompetent. Long waits and dangerously not-fresh lox. Have given this place multiple shots at redemption this summer and am foolish to have given them so much business. read more
