She would yell at me in front of The other tour guests, and demanded tip money from me for our bus driver . The countries we visited were filthy, even in Switzerland and Austria. They should replace "charming " with " you might get lung cancer from all of the second hand smoke.". "Wonderful scenery" should be replaced with "We hope you like skyscrapers." The price was good and the time spent at their desk was minimal. The facility was well stocked and brand new. We decided to give it a shot and are happy with what we bought and how they treated us. I think the owner put effort in to fix but lots of in-hindsight bad decisions seem to be made by both sides.
