We used them once in 2025 and it went well. We scheduled another ride to airport for early this morning. They responded that they could provide the ride at the correct time but I didn't notice until A few days before that they had the wrong date. I responded by email asking them to confirm that the date was today and they responded with a vague message saying reservation is confirmed. I sent them another email requesting whether they could also pick us up from the airport on a return trip and making sure that they had the correct date. They never responded. I called them the night before the trip asking the same thing-no response. When they didn't show up at 4:45 in the morning when they were supposed to, I called again and the gentleman that answered the phone apologized and said nobody told him about it and that he was in Kent city. We ended up driving ourselves to the airport and will have over $200 in airport parking fees thanks to their non-responsiveness. Obviously will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

From now on, I will always call My Taxi Service first when I need travel assistance in Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids is a very difficult place to find a taxi or rideshare service. I was on a very time sensitive medical courier mission and had tried to obtain Lyft/Uber and taxi service to no avail. I did contact a well known taxi service and booked their service. After 45 minutes, I called back and they told me they no longer had any drivers available. This was after they said their taxi would be there in 30 minutes. This well known taxi company gave me the number of My Taxi Service as their recommended source. I called them, and they were very professional. Their taxi (actually a mini van) arrived within the time quoted. The driver was very personable and agreed to not only take me from my hotel to the medical center where I would pick up my medical products, but agreed to wait as well. The driver then took me straight to the airport. He knew the best routes and was very efficient. The price was very reasonable as well. read more

I had a couple very early morning flights + train rides to get to over the past few months, and Uber/Lyft have been ultra unreliable during the pandemic, especially if you need to go somewhere at an odd hour. I used this taxi service a couple times when I was unsure if I'd be able to book a ride share, and they were great! They seem to have someone available to come get you pretty much whenever you need, and they always showed up before the scheduled pickup time. read more

we ordered a taxi at 12:45am and he said he would be there in 20 minutes. Amd hour and a half later . . . we called an Uber. We had called again multiple times, only getting voicemail. We called this business on Sat evening and spoke with a gentleman to pick up our daughter at 4:45am Sunday morning for a 5am flight at GRR. He no-showed, no-called. Very unprofessional and caused extra stress trying to find another way for her to get to the airport. Would not recommend. read more

Highly recommend for your transit needs. Called last minute, the night before at 8:30pm for a 5:00am pickup to make the train. Prompt emails and phone calls to reserve the pickup, very friendly. Naturally after reading reviews of other services, I was afraid of scams and such, but that wasn't the case. Arrived early at 4:50am. Was able to book a cab on short notice (couple hours) and everything went smoothly. Driver was on time and was able to get us to the airport early. A little rash driving for my comfort but we made it safely. Reasonably priced especially with the lack of Uber and Lyfts available. Definitely will be using this service again as needed! read more

Well, after just moving here and not to familiar with who the best taxi service was when was having automotive issues. I called a few services on yelp and read the reviews. Found out alot of numbers were non working. Left a few messages to call back and in 3 hrs didn't hear back from one. I called My Taxi. Spoke to Lendy. He was very professional and even gave me a quote on the cost. I asked if he was available for a 3:15pm pick up and he agreed with no Hassel and sure enough was here to pick up at 3:10. And got my niece to work with time to spare. She was nervous going alone for first time in taxi. She said he was very nice. Clean taxi and fresh smelling. She felt very comfortable. ....job well done Lendy......... I also Called Metro and right away they told me all their taxis would be totally booked from 2 to 4pm. Was told they are the biggest so how could they be totally book then. It wasn't rush hour....... read more

I called back and after several rings someone who spoke little English picked up and said " I have no taxis.. ". I said I need one at 4:30 am. My van broke down just before the airport called for a taxi to get service a ride to the airport the rest of the way.As I am getting their car seats out the taxi, it took off. not only was the taxi guy in the wrong parking place and the wrong destination for him to pick me up but he didn't even call to see if we needed help with the car seat he didn't even relocate himself to come get us because we're broke down in the middle of four way lane so instead of crossing with kids and car seats we took a safer route to a parking lot close and instead of meeting us over there the cab driver just took off. Then when I called dispatch about my ride they told us that we had walked off so they figured we didn't need a ride when I tried to tell dispatch that no we did not walk off we were trying to get to a safe location with two kids in car seats and luggage the guy proceeded to get rude and mouthy and hang up the phone and would not answer the phone to continue to take my complaint or see if we still needed a ride or anything else. this business is unprofessional rude and I will never call them again I will walk to where I need to before I call this business again. Zero customer service and not to mention no manners whatsoever to correct the situation that they were at fault for. Giant thumbs down. read more

Terrible drivers. Was cut off by one of their drivers when there wasn't even anyone else around. They sped up to cut in front of me and slammed onto their brakes. I almost rear ended the person. If this is how they drive, I would never want them driving me. read more
