They have everything you need to have a great day on the bourbon trail; light snacks, water, soft drinks, and cups to sample with on the coach. We enjoyed our time with our guide at the Frazier getting a brief knowledge overview of bourbon before our journey began. We started bright and early with a delicious tasting there! We then had a delicious lunch that was ready almost exactly when we arrived, which was great after already having a few tastes! I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. Instead, it was a late model Grand Marquis with driver who faintly smelled of cigarettes. Nonetheless, he was punctual and polite. He also suggested the 'Fourth Street Live' event near my hotel which I appreciated. There was only one other passenger and she was going to the same hotel that I was. After arriving at the Galt House hotel, I learned that it uses the Sanddollar Limousine shuttle which is a little cheaper, more convenient (cause it's already at the hotel) and it's actually a shuttle van. But as I rode back to the airport alone, it was nice not having to make several stops to get to my destination. Overall it was a pretty good experience. Just don't expect a shuttle!

I really appreciate how they've upgraded their vehicles from the older shuttle buses with rough suspension to the newer, mini-limo-style vans. The difference in comfort is huge. Rides feel smoother, quieter, and far more pleasant overall. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because it should be easier to reach customer service after business hours. If someone's stranded late at night or needs last-minute help, it can be stressful not having a clear way to contact anyone. Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. That will not be a problem because we would never use them again anyway.
