I came in on Valentines Morning to get my husband some of his favorite chocolates. The store was not busy but the sales woman told me that she refused to get me the candy, I would have to come back 8 hours later bc they were doing online flower orders. She also scolded me for being last minute.I am appalled that I was sent away from a candy store on Valentines Day because I had the nerve to think that someone may be able to help me with a half pound of chocolates sitting right in front of my face. I was not last minute, I wanted fresh candy. What a rude and disappointing experience! Long story short: I ordered a custom arrangement in-person to be picked up 4 days later at a specific time. When I went to pick up the arrangement (as part of a planned anniversary surprise) there was no order! The "cashier", who was not a florist, made an impromptu arrangement. Raimondi's gave me a partial refund. The arrangement was actually pretty nice. The cashier should start making arrangements. The fact that customer service was pretty good makes me want to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one-time [bad] mistake. I wanted to surprise my wife, a teacher, by personally delivering flowers to her classroom for our anniversary. I went to this Raimondi's store 4 days prior to work with the florist to design an arrangement and pre-pay. I TRIPLE confirmed with the florist (apparently the store manager) that everything was A-OK and would be ready for pickup at a particular time the following Tuesday morning. I had a very specific time-window I needed to deliver these flowers (between my work schedule and my wife's class schedule). I arrived at the store the following Tuesday to pick up the custom arrangement. The sole employee working at the time, who was not a florist, had no record of the order -- and definitely no arrangement ready. Mild panic set in. After some back and forth, she offered to try to pull something together. I showed her pictures of what I had wanted, and she set off trying to gather what flowers they had in stock at the time. I then immediately called Raimondi's "corporate" (which apparently was another Raimondi's location). That manager apologized and did offer some options - none of which were great though. I needed flowers, and this was already putting me behind schedule, as I already had this planned and decided to just go with whatever the cashier was trying to arrange. The Raimondi's manager provided an immediate significant discount on the arrangement I had pre-paid for. The arrangement the cashier made was VERY full and actually looked pretty nice. read more

I am so happy with my order from Raimondi's! Today is Mother's Day. Two days ago my siblings and I decided to order flowers for Mother's Day. I was worried that I wouldn't find a florist that would be able to fill the order in such a short amount of time, right before a holiday. I tried to order from a different florist only to find they didn't deliver on Sundays. I checked a few other sites to find the same thing. Finally I found Raimondi's. I was a little hesitant to order from Raimondi's because they seemed too good to be true. They were opened on Sundays, which most other florists weren't, and the prices seemed a little lower that other places for similar arrangements. Nervously, I placed my order. About an hour ago my mother received her delivery and the flowers are gorgeous! They look just as beautiful as the picture we saw online. A couple of the flowers are a little different from the picture, but they are equally beautiful. Also, it's Mother's Day, so I am not surprised that they ran out of some kinds of flower. read more

The absolute worst order of flowers ever made. I ordered through Ava's Florist online and Raimondi's made the arrangement. It was full of carnations and flowers that had no theme of matching each other. They made an entirely different arrangement than I ordered for $130! To top it off, I paid for a banner for the flower that was very important. They forgot to add it to the arrangement. It ruined the lovely gesture that I was doing for my grandmothers funeral. My mother's wedding planner didn't show up! My mom had no bouquet and the bridesmaids had not flowers. 1 hour before the wedding we went to the store and spoke with the owner. ***BEWARE*** do not purchase flowers from this store. They do not honor their prices. Their website says one price and they charge you another price. Look, save yourself the frustration time and money and order with Teleflora or For You Flowers. My order was cancelled and I was not notified so I placed another order with Teleflora and For You Flowers with no issues at all. Guys, trust me don't walk away from this place, RUN AWAY FAST. The customer service is terrible and so are the managers/owners. After all of the trouble they offered 15%, didn't notify me my order was cancelled and they were beyond rude. I don't know about you, but I don't just give my money away. I like to be treated with a certain level of respect that Raimondi's needs training in. They really need to train their managers and staff how to handle situations. Last but not least, their website is FRAUDULENT!!!!! You will not be charged what it says on the computer screen!!!! I am not sure which Raimondi's delivered, however I ordered some flowers for my mom's birthday via Ftd.com and the flowers that I received was nothing like what I ordered. When I contacted Ftd.com, they tried to resolve the issue however the florist (raimondi's) refused to exchange the flowers, even though they substituted what I had ordered and never bothered to ask if that would be ok. I was very disappointed... If I could rate in the negatives that wouldn't even be enough to express my utter disappointment. A picture is definitely worth more than words especially for that sorry excuse for a floral arrangement. read more

Ordered a Valentines Day arrangement for my wife. Surprise, surprise, I wanted it to be delivered to her work. Due to my wife being a teacher and the school closing at a certain time, I requested the flowers to be delivered earlier to ensure that she would get them before the end of the school day. I hadn't heard from my wife all day which lead me to believe the flowers had not been delivered. I called to check on the order only to find out that their deliveries are running late and they would not make it in time to her school. Raimondi's offered to redirect the order to my house as the only option. I wasn't pleased with this and elected to call them again and discuss this in more detail. While doing this, the woman on the phone told me that they forgot to send my order out for delivery, not that the driver was running behind. They refused to figure out a way to get the flowers delivered to the school in time and are redirecting them to my home for delivery sometime in the evening. If I wanted flowers delivered to the house I would have picked them up myself from a local florist and brought them home myself. For a business that prides themselves on 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they sure dropped the ball here and failed to capitalize on an opportunity to correct a mistake. Overall, very unhappy with their customer service or lack thereof. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Very disappointed to have to call in and find out my order was cancelled, with no notice, and they still had my money. When I asked why was told by their so called "Manager", Barbara that they don't deliver to Edgewater! How come I was able to place the order? If that weren't enough I was spoken down to by Barbara at their customer service number...where's the "Service?" and promptly hung up on. Is that how you treat your customer Raimondis...Not even an email or Apology. I have ordered many arrangements over the years and realized they have a hard time getting it right. Raimondis fulfilled my ProFlowers order earlier this month. I was excited for my recipient's delivery, but at the time they tried to deliver the bouquet, they saw that no one was home. Because of the extreme heat that day, they didn't want to leave the order on the front porch. One of their employees called me to let me know, which that within itself speaks volumes about this company. They could have left the flowers on the hot porch, let them wilt, and I wouldn't have known any different (as ProFlowers didn't specifically state which local company would be fulfilling my order). They went above and beyond to coordinate with my recipient and myself to redeliver them the next day (even when given a tight time crunch). The bouquet was beautiful and lasted weeks! It not only made my recipient's day, but it also made me a very happy customer! I am completely pleased with their customer service, delivery, and presentation/quality.
