It took about an hour and a half which is still not bad so I had someone pick me up. I was shown which tires they had in stock and I asked for a recommendation. I am very pleased with the Blackhawk tires, smooth ride, absorbs bumps well, but when the tire pressure sensors were put back in one went bad and the other tire was showing too much PSI. I brought my car back after driving it around for a few minutes and they checked it out. I was informed the small battery went dead in the one (common after so many years) and maybe the other tire was overfilled(?). I was given a discount on a new TPS for the tire. Very good service, everyone was very friendly and professional and I think the prices are fair. You can also find discounts on their website. Be prepared for a wait when you go.

After picking up my car, I immediately noticed new, unexplained damage to the body that absolutely was not there before. When I brought this up, I received no clear explanation or accountability...just vague responses and a lack of concern. It's extremely frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle and end up with more problems than you started with. Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.

Coming from the west coast, due to my wife taking a job in bay st.louis, I have virtually nothing but horror stories of mechanics in the area I lived.
