I decided to have them blow off the roof in addition to the gutter cleaning. The cost was very reasonable. The came out on the scheduled day and completed the job very well. I have been home from work, waiting an entire day for a technician who never came. No one in the company ever called me with an update and finally, after two hours of me calling, I'm told, "they just couldn't make it today". I wasted an entire day at home for no reason. I have been told for two hours that a manager will call me back and now I'm told that they are all of the office now. Do not hire this company. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back.

If one should fail (which it hasn't) they'd be straight out to replace the bulb. They look just lovely! This is the earliest in the season we've had them hung. But it sure helps cheer me up during the COVID crisis. At the end of the season they'll come back out, take them down and store them for you for the next season. The best part is we never had to climb one ladder, or swing from one gutter, unravel strings of lights making sure there's no burn outs, it looks great! !
