Love this restaurant. Eat here almost everyday on my lunch break. Lunch prices are very cheap and affordable. I get the spring rolls as an appetizer. They are your typical egg rolls but the sweet and tangy sauce they serve with them make them some of the best egg rolls I've ever had. Also they have hands down the best sushi in town in my opinion. Love the deluxe spicy tuna, Rita roll, crunch crab and sometimes I order the we roll, which isn't on the menu. Truly amazing sushi though. For lunch I normally get the fried rice or the garlic delight. They offer a large variety of different meats, sea foods, of vegetarian options with almost every dish on the menu. But my guilty pleasure has to be the spicy basil noodles on the dinner menu. So delicious has me coming back almost every day. Servers are always very polite and punctual even during their busy lunch rush when the restaurant is packed out. My boyfriend and I went here for a romantic date night. The restaurant was very well decorated and had a nice ambience. The food was terrific. I had the noodles and my boyfriend had the red curry. I went here to grab lunch on my way back home from a Doctors appointment. The hosts were very rude. Put my at s high table top that had not been wiped down. I was in a dress and very uncomfortable. I waited 10 mins no one even approached my table to ask if I wanted a drink. I went to the hosts to just request a to go order. They told me I had to place it with the bar. I have been here at least 30 times and love the food. However, on this Sunday evening I stopped in and ordered a beer and two meals to go. The bar was 25% full and mostly others that had ordered their food to go. 40 minuets later I ask about my food. The place was almost empty by this time. Another 20 minuets passes by and still no Thai. Obviously, someone either dropped the ball or gave someone else my order. I have never given a two star review, but it was warranted on this occasion. Even though there were 3 people working the bar, no one ever offered to check on my order. when I ask why I hadn't gotten my food the bartender went to check and said it was almost ready. 5 minutes later I finally got my food. I left and drove the 45 minuets home to discover that I didn't even get what I ordered. I met some friends here for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated right away in the "rain room" (very interesting decor and sunken tables). Just about everything on the menu could be ordered vegetarian (or not) and they offer 3-4 different levels of spiciness for each dish. We ordered the spring rolls (fried) to start (6 rolls to an order). They were good - they tasted like any other decent spring roll I've had, but nothing unique to this place. We each ordered a different entree so that we could taste multiple dishes. The yellow curry was delicious and the pad see ew was also very good. I get to-go orders from here all the time. The last 3 orders have been wrong. The first one I said nothing and let someone else eat it, since mistakes happen occasionally (I understand that). The second time the sushi was wrong they ended up comping the second incorrect order after I called and complained. But this last time I ordered a side of fried rice (among other things)...when I got it home and started looking through it, there was a dead fly in the middle of it. I called and complained and they offered to comp only the friend rice and give me more food. I dont want more food with bugs in it. Thank you, but I dont want to get sick. I dont know what is going on with their kitchen lately. It used to be really good, but now they get every order wrong and are now sending our orders with bugs in them. On yelp it says that the latest time to place and order is 9 PM I placed mine at 8:50 which gives the store plenty of time to make the order as it closes at 10 PM I proceeded to call multiple times to confirm that they had received my order with no one picking up the phone. I called a total of about 10 to 15 times, at my orders pick up time I get a text message Saying it was canceled, I get in my car and drive to the restaurant and wait to be helped at the front desk at around 9:20 no one was there and I waited for a couple minutes before finding someone and asked them what was happening with my order and if I could place it now for takeout and was willing to pay anything for it. Customer service was horrible and they need to update The latest online order times as I was planning on picking this up for my girlfriend who I dropped her curry earlier.
