The backsplash in the kitchen was still dirty and mirrors weren't clean. Even found a piece of hair in the freezer compartment. When I asked the owner who was one of the cleaners, her disrespectful response is attached. Would not recommend. Too much chatting, too little cleaning, discovery of broken items after for deep cleaning charge of $150. Gave tip as force of habit but definitely not deserving.

Worst service ever. I cannot stress enough that the service provided was horrible…read more 1. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 8am. I get a call at 7:30 stating the cleaner called in sick. The woman said she would be 30 minutes later. The cleaner arrived at 8:46. Not acceptable for a first time cleaning. 2. I was told 2 cleaners would be coming. When I asked where the second cleaner was I was informed she was on the train on her way over. Well the second cleaner never showed up. 3. I specifically asked for my floors to be mopped not swiftered. Well my screams showed the cleaner spraying some non- eco friendly spray 4 feet from the floor then using a swifter dry pad. 4. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. As you can see by the photos this was far from a deep cleaning. I have no idea what the 1 cleaner was doing for 3 hours. See photos to document the shit service that was provided. The owner and her sidekick Jerry are a joke. The lack of professionalism and service was appalling. Who is flat out lying. 1. The cleaner was an hour late and didn't arrive until 8:46. The security cameras in my lobby and my apartment demonstrate the arrival time. Secondly my doorman and the superintendent were all in the lobby and called me when the cleaner arrived at 8:46am. The cleaner stated she had to drive around for parking for 20 minutes. So how do you explain security cameras and witnesses to the arrival time. 2. 'Unmentioned cats? Two cats is not unmentioned. If your cleaner was able to understand English she would have understood. Again another lie. 3. This one is laughable. I left the apartment once I instructed the cleaner in what to do. No one was harrassed and again security cameras in the apartment and my building demonstrate this lie. Keep it coming because as u told your 'manager' Jerry I contacted my attorney for false advertising and the lies. I also have pulled the phone calls from your cleaner that document they called to say they would be late. If your business was so good you wouldn't have to make up lies. When they didn't work out, I tried another company, this one offering low prices and 'easy online booking.' Neither company came close to cleaning to the level Best did. A few details about Best's cleaning that I appreciate: -My kitchen is beautifully cleaned and everything is properly cared for (crystal, pans, and chef's knives are all hand washed and dried). Nothing has been ruined, scratched, or broken unlike with other services. -All surfaces are clean (including under things like spices in the kitchen and soap in the bathroom) AND streak-free. -My laundry is done and beautifully folded and my bed is made. With other cleaning services, my bed was made very strangely and towels and t-shirts were folded in half instead of thirds. With best my apartment is cleaned and I didn't have to train anyone how to clean a bathroom or vacuum and plump a sofa. Best cleans to a very high standard--so much higher than similarly priced services that I would say it's an excellent value. Your apartment will be clean (this isn't a de-cluttering or organizing service) AND "J" who cleans my apartment is lovely to be around. I trust her completely and feel great knowing she's cleaning me home. While finding the right person to clean your home the way you'd like can take time, I would highly recommend Best. What I received was a "surface" cleaning with some vacuuming thrown in. My windows were not cleaned and there was still dust throughout the apartment. "L" did not move any items on my countertops, nor any items on my end tables. She cleaned "around" items . . . . which is exactly what I do! Which is why I hired a professional service. This was a completely underwhelming and expensive experience. A huge disappointment when I was hoping to find a regular cleaning service.
