They were quick and responsive work was completed and looked good however made special arrangements to get vehicle after hours to find latch on driver side was broken and installers left tools in my vehicle, no one called to mention the latch had broken so I sat in the heat for an hour trying to figure out what was going on. read more

Took my work truck to rainbow auto glass for a windshield on 9-14-20. I wanted to use our fleet maintenance program to pay for it as I have done elsewhere before. The guy running the place gives me a line of B.S. that I have to use "safelite" and that our fleet maintenance company is "pretty stingy". I have been driving this truck since it was brand new in 2009 and have used our fleet maintenance for everything from maintenance to smog tests to tires and brakes. I have never had my fleet maintenance company steer me to one brand over another, or one vendor over another. Now, if the guy would have just said he didn't want to deal with my fleet maintenance I would have paid cash or used a credit card for the windshield and my employer would have reimbursed me. I'm not sure why this guy felt the need to berate my fleet maintenance company like he did and attempt to give me a line of BS but I figured the best thing to do to protect myself and my employer was to quickly exit the establishment. read more

Very professional work. So far, no complaints about the windshield installation or the camera recalibrations. For some reason, however, they don't wear masks when interacting with the public indoors -- exchanging keys, signing documents, etc. This is during the worst spike in infections in our county so far. Maybe high risk customers should consider going somewhere else. read more

The rear window of my minivan was smashed out by vandals. I called the next morning, and they were able to get me in the same day. The glass didn't come in until the next day, so I had to leave my vehicle overnight (not their fault). The service was great, and the price was very competitive (when calling around for quotes, another local auto glass shop wanted $225 more for the same repair!). Hopefully I won't have this problem again, but if I do, I'll take my business back to them. read more

I have used Rainbow Auto Glass several times over the year and all the guys are great! Most recently my windshield got a crack at a local car wash and they wanted to send the managers "uncle" with a mobile repair truck to fix my window. I don't think so! It was my wife's car and I wanted to ensure it was done right by true professionals and at Rainbow that is what you get. I dropped my car off at 8 am and was given a ride to my office here in town. When my car was ready they dropped it off at my office and left the keys with the receptionist! Seriously - where do you get service like that.
