The ham and cheese were flavorful, I only had a bite but I think they used maybe cheddar cheese and hopefully not American. I bought more egg tarts my second visit. Prices were okay.. cheaper than the chain bakeries that are so overpriced that doesn't even taste good. Next time I might try one of their pretty cakes.
