I called the first time and talk to Dr. Chau, that never happens no matter where you call. She listened and said give her a chance and she would prove herself. It felt like I had been throwing money before seeing her. I was in pretty bad shape, neck, back, hip, legs, feet. Every step was painful, (Psoriatic Arthritis) bending, getting up, laying down, etc. But Dr Chau was positive that she could help me! I made a same day appointment, (unheard of for a new patient). Got there 10 minutes early for paperwork, was taken right in. Consultation was in depth because of my history. here's the kicker, 2 hours later I walked out step off the curb, NO PAIN, got in the car, NO PAIN. Doctor talked and backed it up. I have a way to go and it may take awhile but, she has made me realize there is something that can be done and do not give up or stop. I am actually looking forward to this path and the help I am being given by a wonderful doctor. AND SHE PATRIOTIC! On all the military holiday's she gives her veteran patients no cost adjustments, no one does that, ever! I feel lucky to have found such a great human being and a gifted doctor. read more

Let me start off by saying, I don't write reviews. However, when it came to Rainbow Chiropractic I felt compelled. It is absolutely AMAZING! I can't recommend it enough for general wellness. The massage and adjustment is affordable, the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I believe that massage is therapeutic, and have had massages at lots of other places ( way more expensive) but they don't compare. They kept pushing my mom to go to a lawyer after her car accident since she could get so much money and afterwards wanted her to pay them directly even though Kaiser was already paying them because Kaiser has contracted rates and she would have to pay more. I chose the Reflexology massage which is 50 minutes for $25. The pressure was good and it was really relaxing. My overworked legs and feet felt great. I had my 1st visit today and I must say this place is.... AWESOME! Staff was very friendly. My message therapist was Kim and she did such an awesome job. She focused on my lower back as I requested while also giving enough attention to my full body. The Dr that "adjusted" me was also great (I forgot to get her name). I have been a customer at Rainbow Chiropractic for a couple years now. WENDY is the BEST! I have a major back problem and she always uses many techniques (Stretches, Works out Knots & a bit of Deep Tissue & Swedish Mix) to help relieve my pain and feel some relief by the time she's done with me. I usually go for an hour massage, nothing more. Karla the receptionist is awesome. She makes great recommendations for masseuses (I had not been there for a while), and she is super friendly. She even remembered me after almost a year! Very kind and professional. She recommended Martin, and I am glad that I went with this choice. He popped out some "boulders/rocks" in my shoulders! Me and my bf went for a couple massage on vday and we also took the time to see the dr. everyone was really awesome and so helpfull. We got deep tissue massages and a reflexology massage they were great. Hit all the right tension spots and worked out some kinks. The dr. did a good adjustment on us both as well. Ok here is my experience at this place the few times I been here I usually get the head to toe massage. The staff at this place is very friendly the place is clean smells good and you just feel good vibes right away. I got a massage last Saturday I told the massage therapist to just do my whole body I got undress to where I felt comfortable the lights were dim the music was soft the room smelled good and the bed was ok. Down side the lady who did my massage kinda talked a lot in the beginning I thought I was going to tell her to shhh I was trying to relax she stopped for a while but then asked more questions. Then once she got to my neck she asked if the pressure was ok?!? I said yes after I left my neck and sholders felt sore and achy but I guess that was my fault I should of said very little pressure. My appointment was at 1:00 she finished at 1:55 I was like I paid $50 dollar to get a 55 minute massage?!? No the flyer says 1hour not 55 minutes I would like those 5 minutes. Also the prices went up it use to be $25 dollars for an hour now its $50 for 55 minutes apparently. read more
