So into a big machine ( 7 bucks !) go My clothes . I choose delicate wash . My first clue this wasnt going to be good was the light for " quick wash " lights up . Then an 11 minute timer . I just paid seven bucks for a wash i didn't even want not to mention there's no way my clothes are going to be clean in a quick wash . I try to explain this to the attendant who insists im going to get the wash i paid for . When the worker yells you @ im not the one who programs the machine snd I'm not trying to yell at you ( my response well Yes you really are ) anyway not much i can do My clothes are in the washer ... i also drop Off a blouse for dry cleaning and was trying to show where a stain was and was told ok so its a stain in a very mocking loud voice .., ok walk away ... so the washing machine is running , running , hey its been stuck on two minutes for a while .., lady assures me no Problem it happens .., again i just walk away . So ten minutes later she comes out to my car waving a ten dollar bill . She had taken it upon herself to move my clothes from the washer they were in to two regular washers to spin . ??! Great ! Not what i ensued for my clothes as i had two brand new crocheted baby blankets . I ask well are my clothes clean ? Ahe assures me that my clothes have gone through a full cycle Anyway i go in the laundry mat my clothes are now soaking wet . Like i can still wring water out .., she insists theyll dry . I put the clothes on four dryers , one hot , one medium one low and one delicate . I spend seven bucks and a lot more time just getting the clothes dry , so the ten bucks she returned did no good because i almost spent that much drying on top of the seven for the washer. A trip to starbucks and the local pizzeria for a slice ; come back to still wet clothes . More quarters .,, take clothes out .., these clothes look and smell no better than they did when i put them in the washer . If thats what a full cycle there does , save your money and time . I threw away two shirts and the blankets shrunk .

Facilities are clean and affordable…read more I needed to wash all of our bedding and towels. The industrial washers and dryers all worked wonderfully to wash and dry all the clothes. I also loved being able to use them for my normal clothes it saved me a bit of money vs breaking them up into smaller loads. Facility is very clean and appears to be recently remodeled. Coin machine worked great. They even had a basket that I could roll out to the car to bring my things in and out. Tip: Come with cash because they aren't able to give cash back and the atm next door has a fee.

I will NEVER be back here and I will make sure my friends and family are all aware of how this place treats customers especially CHILDREN who aren't as in control of their bladders as an adult. Think they have an excellent location, definitely bigger in size then other facilities in the area,…read morewith a variety of sizes in their front loaders, and still have 4 top loading machines, incase its whats preferred, but also the other option for loads other then yur normal laundry loads, and multiple reasons. Unwanted wear and tear on on other machines due to weight, type, use, and w it for public, people still have the right to expect a washer thats not filled w grease, animal hair, dirt or other things when paying to clothes sheets etc, and keeps cost of when maintenance becomes constant people in to fix, exchange, or replace, at owners expense, obv. Signs are posted at multiple locations about that, and even gives lbs/ld for each size washer they have, kindly asking to not overload, whats allowed to be washed, and isnt, in certain machines, and makes known that staff is available if u need help, or have questions. They have games, wifi, cable tv, vending machines, multiple sets of chairs and folding tables, and counters, a sink w soap and papertowels availble for any reason, w a lined garbage can right their, and also located throughout the Mat, and in batnrooms. 2 quarter machines if needed, a table w chairs located by the top load machines and very close to tv. Newer dryers w temp options and use of depositing multiple quarters at 1 x to push buttons, digital time set and count down time, as well as quarter in slot, turn that temp nob where u want it to b, then grab the knob type lever, turn clockwise to 1/4 way round or so, yur quater drops down then stops and flings back almost, and then do it again, except u dont adjust the temp no, u just add a quarter, turn knob, and when its 7-9min, on average, per coin, and its jeans or heavy clothing, 4-6 times, maybe more, could turn slower, start slower, only get 6-7min per coin, takes longer for required temp and then drys good but takes lil more, or u realize it didnt need longer because met temp, and just dryed quick and too dry in some way, but not good for yur specific load, slower then it should, temp is getting where it should, or 1/2, maybe a 1/4 of whats supposed to be, for yur setting, to get running for and takes more coins. But we also have the dryer attitude because after 6 coins put in, turns off, and like u never started it, which sucks when people overload a washer, or not spinning load out enough and yur clothes comin out of washer are like man this is gonna take way more coins and longer to dry for sure, but deal w it. Say something to thr attendent on duty, otherwize bad on u but some correction could have been given, and note taped to dryer or washer for out of order and call made to fix it person. Kids running like turkey w heads cut off, yet parents, no matter what they are doing, say or do nothing, yup. They do well here, and only 2nd facility ive been too over the yrs beyween city and LP, that staff is great, period, every once in a while issues w other customers in mat for something w someone etc, but it happens. They have alot of traffic, also w dry cleaning services which due to amt of clean clothes, or amt of dirty or just dry clean etc, glass cases at desk w options for cleaners and other items, they are obv doing well because always atleast all in and out, or b4 and or after im in their and staff is still walking around, lookimg around, behind desk, helpful etc all the time. I like this one, and close to home, drive thrus, shopping, and even bill pay errands and multiple main rds in town, gas stations and possibly yur kids school, and busy intersection w bus trans available with a walk to the rd or across it depending on way u were goin, which is nice, convenient and in my life, a stress lifter when i dont have to chose what tasks i can do or not for some reason or another. Playing music also, just hope one day, theres a way so that men and women have more then bathroom each. That is sometimes only negative in mind. Esp when i can play on my tablet, watch cable tv, walk right outside door and smoke, or run somewhere while my loads are washing, then get situated and ready for drying so that im not bored, tasks get done and even times when its just relaxing while machines do their jobs.
