My parents did my wedding flowers through her, and not only were the decorations sparse and the head table's flowers so high I had them removed (let's block the bride and groom, that'll look great!), my bridal bouquet was NOTHING like the picture my parents gave her. If you absolutely MUST go to this person, email and text everything and have a paper trail. Attached is the photo my mom printed out and gave her compared to the bouquet that we recieved. When my dad confronted her over the phone a day or two later, she lied through her teeth, saying that my mom never gave her any reference and that we wouldn't get any of our money back. 0/10, she's the cheapest in town for a reason. read more

Sarah, the florist is nice. It's just unfortunate she didn't complete my order as requested and failed to inform me of the change. I asked for the Zen Gardens arrangement, which is displayed with Bamboo and orchids on a green wooden plate like base. Instead I received orchids with these twisty stick things and an assortment of exotic foliage. Sarah said that bamboo is too expensive and is hard to stock, so she set up another arrangement with "more expensive" (as she calls them) sticks. Heads up, but my wife hates flowers, but said she would have been 10 times more satisfied with the Zen Gardens that I had planned to surprise her with, not this exotic display that has relation to the Japanese. After arguing during the return, she then says "when you come back here for flowers, we do a good job for you. I'm a good florist, I'm sorry for mistake." As if I would repeat business here. Sorry lady, 2 stars for courtesy, but the bad review for the overall bad experience and not assisting with helping make my wife's birthday something special. read more

If I could give zero stars I would... My boyfriend sent me flowers on Wednesday which were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but for some odd reason they couldn't deliver. So I received them Wednesday, delivery person didn't ring the doorbell, he/she left them on the porch along with a box of chocolates. They pretty much sat on the porch all day till about 4 when I got home from work and saw them. Barely 2 days later which would mean Friday these flowers started to wilt and the petals were falling off. Come Sunday the flowers were already dead... Flowers from Save Mart last much longer. Will not ever be ordering from Rainbow Flowers again! I wouldn't recommend anyone else does so either unless you would like to be ripped off along with the possibility of your flowers being stolen off your porch because they leave them out in all types of weather according to these other reviews. Terrible! I placed an order online and paid $80 to get a really nice flower arrangement for a friend who was having a really bad day. They did not show up on time and the flower arrangement looked dead. Looking at the picture online and what my friend received was not even near the picture I chose online. If you don't have the right flowers, picking the same color as the flower seen in the online picture will not work! I called and complained about the flower arrangement they sent my friend. I was willing to drop off the flower arrangement to get my credit back but was told I could not do that. I was so embarrassed by the flower arrangement sent to my friend. I tried to dispute the charge and they were only going to give me $27.00 credit. I am sorry, but I've bought better flower arrangements at my local grocery store for $15.00. I ordered same day delivery flowers through a website third party to Rainbow Flowers, and unfortunately the order was processed a little later in the day so the arrangement was unable to be delivered the same day. BUT, I called the website, they contacted Rainbow Flowers, and Rainbow Flowers put extra flowers in the arrangement, processed my same day delivery refund, and delivered the arrangement early in the morning. The recipient absolutely LOVED them and a week later is still happy seeing them every day, still alive and still very beautiful. 10/10 would recommend Rainbow Flowers to anyone I know I the area! read more

This establishment is contracted through sendflowers.com & unfortunately I was unaware of this at the time. This floral shop has terrible reviews & as a consumer we should have prior access as to where our online orders coming from. I ordered flowers online through Avas Flowers and the order was serviced by Rainbow. I specified that the flowers be delivered after 4 pm. The flowers were supposedly delivered at 2:35 but they weren't there. If they were delivered they were stolen. Only after getting angry with customer service did they redeliver, but it was a cheap bouquet in a cheap vase. I paid $75 for something that I could have bought at the grocery store for $25-30. They gave me they're Dollar Tree special (and I'm being nice)! When I called to complain the lady on the phone was chewing on food while speaking to me. I later found out it was the owner. I have a friend who sends me flowers through a service in the city he lives in. Rainbow flowers is the local company contracted. Their arrangements are left lacking. The flowers are nice but it's almost as if they just toss them in a vase. The way these flowers are arranged really devalues the product. read more

BEWARE OF RAINBOW FLOWERS!!! On Saturday, May 19, 2014 my two daughters were both supposed to receive a bouquet of flowers and stuffed animal each from their dad while he is away for military training. The flowers were ordered on foryouflowers.com so the flowers can come from different florist and we don't know which ones they are coming from. At 2:30PM I received a phone call from one floral company that said they delivered one bouquet. We got home and the flowers were on the porch as the delivery man stated, the flowers were as ordered and also the teddy bear was delivered. As the day went on we didn't receive the other bouquet and stuffed animal. The girls' dad called the website and they spoke with the florist and said they were delivered at 10:30am. We never received a call that they were left behind. Regardless, the flowers were not at the home. Since the next day was Sunday and Easter, the florist was closed and the problem couldn't be resolved until Monday. Monday rolls around and the website told us that the company would send out another bouquet and teddy bear with a box of chocolates (for the problems) on Tuesday. We were completely satisfied with that until Tuesday came and went and nothing was delivered. When I spoke with the website they could not get ahold of the florist to find out what was going on. So Wednesday morning I called the website again and they then again spoke with the florist and they said they would be delivered that day. 4PM Wednesday and nothing was delivered, called the website and they called the florist, an employee answered and was very rude the website rep telling her that the owner, Sarah was handling the situation and she was gone. She wouldn't say if the flowers were out for deliver or not. The order was not delivered Wednesday. Thursday I called the website at 10AM and they called the florist and they said the flowers were delivered to the neighbor's house. By now I have no clue what neighbor and why they didn't leave them at my house where someone was or call me. I finally asked what floral company and called them myself. When I spoke to the owner of the company she was VERY rude when I asked her what time they were delivered. She told me 9:15 and that her delivery driver tried to call me and knocked on the door. Which are both lies because nobody ever called or knocked. They told me the flowers were left at my neighbors directly across the street. We tried to go to the neighbor's house until 9PM last night and no answer at the door. This morning (Friday) we found out the flowers were left at the neighbor across the street and diagonally from my house. However, the chocolate they left was coffee flavored and they knew it was for an 8 year old girl, there was no stuffed animal and the flowers were completely wrong. The flowers ordered were supposed to be hot pink, pink and white instead they sent yellow, white and cream flowers. And the types of flowers were completely wrong and some were already wilted. I went to the florist myself and asked some questions regarding where they were left, the fact the bouquet was completely wrong, no stuffed animal and coffee flavored chocolate. The owner Sarah kept yelling at me to get the h*ll out of her shop. I asked her to give me what I ordered and I would be on my way. She said I received my money back and I needed to GET THE H*LL out or she would call the cops. While standing in the store I called the website and they were apologetic and let me know I had not been refunded my money but they would figure something out for me. This whole time the owner is acting crazy, telling me I don't know how the floral business works, I'm nuts and stupid and the list goes on. She did end up calling the cops they told her it was not an emergency and to calm down. The website told me they would send out all the same stuff but with a different company and it would be delivered today and also they would give a credit to the card that was used. I told the owner thank you and I would be receiving the order from a new company. She called me names and cursed at me. Needless to say I highly recommend NEVER using RAINBOW FLOWERS off of Palm and Bullard in Fresno, CA. They are everything a business shouldn't be. In the end my 8 year old daughter has waited almost a week to receive flowers from her dad who is gone for military training. I feel bad for her and her dad. I'm just hoping by the end of the day the order shows up without any problems from the next florist. read more

This place is horrible. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER HERE. They delivered my order my fiancé placed for my birthday after I had already left work. So I got them the next day. I called them to advise the flowers did not look fresh and that I received them after I had already left. I have heard they do this a lot. They deliver old flowers after the person they're being delivered to has left. So they blame the customer. When I called I supposedly spoke to the owner who is a female. I advised her of the issues and she immediately got rude. She said they'll replace them. Which I was happy with but when I asked for the process to know time and if they'll call me when they get to my place of job to make sure it's during the time I'm at work. She immediately became rude. She said she cancelled the order. She blamed me for being rude which I was not. She refused to give me her name and all she told me was she is the owner. She hung up on me. I called back I advised her this is not how you treat customers especially as an owner. I told her I will write a review about this to warn others and sarcastically she said go ahead go to Fresno bee too and write a review and she just hung up on me again. I continued to call multiple times because I wanted my issues resolved but apparently it will not because she just continued to hang up. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT place an order here. My husband bought me flowers from this place and paid a little more to get a gorgeous full bouquet. However, he was not happy with what was delivered and was not what he ordered. To pay almost 70 dollars and receive a small little bouquet with 4 roses and 11 white daisies in a small little vase. I was happy no matter what because he sent me flowers but I understand him being disappointed. He called the place only for them to tell him that the best they can do. Do not use rainbow flowers for your wedding!!!!! I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I just can't get over the disappointment I have with the flowers that we received for our daughters wedding. We met with Sarah several times and discussed what we wanted she took notes. She made a very rough trial centerpiece for us, it wasn't what we expected but we discussed the changes that we wanted and she seemed to understand. At one point when we said we wanted them fuller (more hydrangeas) she said " show me the money" I thought it was unprofessional and rude but I can handle jokes so I just said " show us the flowers she (daughter) wants". We/she wanted tall vase filled with a ball of hydrangeas with deep burgundy and a lighter accent color tucked in tight throughout the arrangements. At the first appointment star gazer Lily's were mentioned. The trial centerpiece had 6 hydrangeas, a few roses and a lily sticking out. That's when we (5of us) agreed the Lily's did not work and we didn't want them and that there needed to be more hydrangeas to make more of a ball. So Sarah said we would do 8 in each. About a month before the wedding daughter tells me she met with Sarah again and that she thought we had all agreed no Lily's. I said we did so she then reminded Sarah no Lily's. On the wedding day the bouquets arrived and were not at all what the bride wanted. The roses In them were bright red even though she had a color swatch and promised dark burgundy. They didn't match the calla Lily's. The mothers corsages were orchids, off white burgundy center with bright white ribbons tied to them. We never discussed orchids. Nothing matched nothing went together. The 2 large arrangements that stood behind them during the ceremony were just ugly. Tall tropical looking bright red flowers and 8 roses sticking out of the top of a row of hydrangeas. Now the centerpieces. They were horrible. Embarrassing. We could have put them together better our selves. 3-4 hydrangeas none were close enough to even be touching each other. The had LESS than what the trial had and full of huge star gazer Lily's sticking out every where. Bright red roses sticking out. Nothing even close to what we asked for and were promised. We asked for hanging crystals. There were none. When I expressed to her that we were not happy with what we received she said well the value was there, she thought the crystals were too much and that she miss understood she didn't use more hydrangeas because she didn't want to smash the Lily's. Sorry. I can't understand how they ended up being less like what we wanted that the trial. It all seemed pretty clear. She used less of what we wanted and more of what we didn't and when I returned her pillars she had EXTRA hydrangeas in her case. How did we have less than discussed and she had left overs??? Grooms boutonniere was terrible. A red rose and a purple center calla lily. I hate seeing the flowers in pictures they look ridiculous and they weren't cheap. We didn't ask for a deal and she didn't offer one. There's absolutely no way to resolve this issue besides warming others not use this florist. The wedding is over the awful flowers were displayed and now they're in all the photos. Forever. read more

Didn't deliver birthday flowers until the day AFTER but claimed to offer 'upgrade' - flowers were actually LESS than the photos depicted. All 4 roses and the 2 dutch iris died within 48 hours. Then just TRY to get them to answer their phone so they can make it right ... took 3 days of trying then when I FINALLY got hold of them the owner REFUSED to redeliver, claiming she, "wasn't in the mood to argue" then hung up on me. My mom is my whole world and I highly doubt a 70$ bouquet is as small as this and features dead flowers. I think this is the same place as Ms Rainbow Flowers -- very confusing but here's my review again -- excuse me for duplicate but the experience was quite startling that I want to ensure no one else has the same one.... Company couldn't deliver to the specific area(no biggie) but would not credit my card unless I gave my credit card number. When I tried to resolve, owner was abusive and hung up on me 4 times. I also tried to call and email earlier in the week with NO response. Owner claimed she never told me she wouldn't charge my credit card but charge was on my statement. All okay until she insulted and yelled at me repeatedly. I did try to work it out but she wouldn't talk to me unless I gave her my CC number. My aunt ordered a Christmas cactus for my mother for Christmas through Telefloral. My aunt received an e-mail that they were delivered at 4:15 two days ago. It wasn't delivered to my mom's house. My aunt asked us if my mom had received the plant and when we told her no, she contacted Telefloral again and was told it would be delivered after 12:00 yesterday. My aunt contacted us in the evening and said it couldn't be delivered. Then someone in a plain van from Rainbow Flowers delivered a potted plant this morning at 7:30, they just put the plant on the porch without knocking or ringing the doorbell. It's a good thing I happened to be by the window to see them. It wasn't a Christmas cactus that was delivered and whatever the plant was, it looked lopsided, with flowers only on one side of the plant. If I was paying for this, I would never use this florist. read more

My Husband ordered me flowers from here for our Wedding Anniversary. He ordered 24 (2 dozen) red roses. I received them at work on a Friday, but without the card he had ordered! By Sunday they were dead! I even cleaned the water and cut the stems to see if they would survive but they didn't. My husband called the flower company on Monday to tell them they had already died and that they didn't send me the card that he had paid extra for either. He bought flowers from Vons that same day and those are still alive!! They told him they would send me out another set of flowers and include the card he had purchased before that they never gave me. Wednesday comes along and I still don't have flowers? My husband calls again and this time is told they will send them out tomorrow. I do get the flowers at work Thursday - 6 Roses and 8 Carnations. Not even close to what he ordered and it still didn't have the card! I called them this time and let them know how unhappy I was and asked them to respond to me with a managers number or contact information.
