I recomand this flower shop for those of you who enjoy the different styles of Artistic Design. Sara is outstanding all you have to do is tell her your thoughts and she comes up with a Flower arrangment that is fit for a Artistic Gallery. Mothers day is very busy for any flower shop but Sara and her team took the last minute prom orders from students to make their event a memorable one. To see the students face knowing that it is a last minute order and Sara made a coarsage and bootner that I have never seen before. Sara the owner and head designer has the quality and understanding of what types of flowers for the order she takes to make the arrangment a very beautiful one. Absolutely a nightmare dealing with these people. I ordered an arrangement for my wife and I's 4 year anniversary on their website for delivery about 2 weeks ahead of time. This was a $100 dollar arrangement which is more than I have ever spent on flowers. I called about 5 days before our anniversary to ask an approximate time they might be delivered and in a very rude voice she told me "we have so many deliveries we can't give you any time interval or anything." So, we had to stay home the entire day waiting for the flowers to come. Around 4 in the afternoon I called again asking where the flowers were. She told me that they would be there by 5 o'clock. So we continued to wait. At 5:15pm I called back and said that I wanted my money back because if they were not going to show up on our anniversary I didn't want them. That was the whole point I ordered them so far ahead of time. Anyways, she told me she was very sorry and would refund the money (she had no record of our purchase or credit card information). Finally, she found it saying I had paid less than I actually had. I finally convinced her of the correct total. I waited two weeks to receive the refund on my credit card and nothing. I called back and asked what had happened. She told me she had given me a refund (no record of this in my credit card transactions). She told me their must be something wrong with our credit card company. So I called and there was no problem with my credit card company, they said they never received anything from Rainbow flowers, so I called back again. After explaining (to the owner of Rainbow Flowers) that my credit card company never received any refund for the flowers, she started yelling at me saying "we are a reputable business and have been here for 30 years, don't call me a liar, if you have a problem It is your problem!" and she hung up on me in the middle of something I was saying. Long story short... I paid $100 for flowers to be delivered... they never came... and I never received a refund... as well being disrespected by the owner of Rainbow Flowers. My sister-in-law ordered my birthday bouquet from here. The bouquet was sitting on my front porch in the full sun and 100+. degree heat. By the end of the day, part of my bouquet was withered. I called the next day and the store apologized, blaming a new driver who didn't know to place bouquets in the shade. They said they'd send another bouquet that afternoon, but it never arrived. When ordering flowers for delivery, one expects accomodation, convenience, and great customer service. I was a customer expecting just that. I tried to order same day delivery flowers for my mother-in-law's birhtday. Considering that I live far away I thought that flowers would be the perfect way to show her love on her special day. I went online to look up floral shops in her area that would deliver. When I saw that Rainbow flowers was an affiliate of Teleflora Network I thought I would be getting a great selection and reliable service. Little did I know, I was wrong. I tried to place the order online from work and I saw an option to call in to make the payment (to avoid using my payment info on a public computer), I selected the call in option. I finished the order and then tried to call in to pay for my order. I was connected to a very rude and hasty woman who told me that I cannot call in to pay for my order. She told me that I have to pay online if I order online. Although at this point I was very bothered by the way I had been talked to, I still went back to place my order (for the 2nd time) online because I thought the arrangement was so nice. After placing the order again, I called rainbow flowers back because I wanted to make sure that the second order went through, and to ensure that I would not be charged again. Upon calling back I was connected again with the same rude and hasty woman as before. I stated that I was calling to confirm that my order had went through. She said it went through and that it would be delivered. I told her that I wanted to make sure that I was not charged twice because there was a discrepancy the first time I placed the order. She yelled at me and said I already told you, your order is here and it will be delivered! I said "I'm sorry, I'm trying to explain something else to you, is there some one else I can speak to?" She said, "no, there is no one else you can speak to, I'm Sarah, I'm the owner, I've been doing this for over 22 years and I don't have time for your BULLS#!+. Cancel your order, take back your money and never call here again." I tried to interject, and she hung up in my face. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone that I am paying my money to. The event just happened and I have no idea how or what to do to get my money back. I have been on hold with Teleflora for over 20 minutes and I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I just thought I should warn others before they make the same grave mistake that I did. I received flowers from my Son for my birthday and he spent $60. for it. The flowers were not worth $15. It was a tiny bouquet and old flowers. No customer service at all. The owner was extremely rude. I went into her shop thinking I could have received the wrong order and next thing, she's yelling at me for not liking her flowers. We ordered flowers a week ago in order for them to arrive to my grandmother's home on Mother's day. It did not arrive and they charged my card five days before the flowers were supposed to arrive. I spoke with Sarah and she was rude and hostile from the beginning. I'm guessing it is something she is used to maybe it's because She doesn't do her job. I'm sorry to say but this place has very bad customer service with customers along with deliveries. I went in and had ordered an expensive arrangement to be delivered by the end of the business day and delivery was not made on time. The manager whom took my order dealt with this situation in an unprofessional way by her tone of voice, mannerism and had the audacity to blame the mix up on myself, the customer. They always do a great job. I've sent flowers to my girlfriend (now wife) numerous times and every time she has loved them. Recently they sent a beautiful plant for a condolence to a friend's family. I'm never too specific, I just tell them the occasion and they take care of the rest. Great place. Their pricing is fair and competitive with other florists. read more

Horrible service, doesn't even deserve a star. Highly don't recommend! Did not receive the order which I ordered online. She gave me something completely different and said she was giving me a bargain. She insisted it was the right order, yelled at me, and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with a manager and she said she was the owner and hung up again. Very childish, poor customer service. Will definitely not be doing service with them again. My order was for my niece who passed, and I ordered a small 6 inch wreath to hang on the casket. She didn't understand I wouldn't be able to hang her "18 inch wreath" she made on it. My daughter and myself went to pick up a boutineer and hand wrist that my daughter ordered over the phone. My daughter attends UC Irvine, has straight As in college is respectful, loving sweet. She researched what she wanted online, the color, type of flower, and called Rainbow. My daughter desired a peachy colored rose with peacock flowers and a purple ribbon. She paid fifty dollars and got wilted, dead flowers that are pink. We went to Full bloom and bought the correct colored rose and went back to Rainbow to gently asked for the flowers to be fixed. The owner became hostile and beligerent calling my daughter picky, abusive and told her it was her fault for ordering on the telephone. She did this in front of other customers stating I did not look like a mother, sister maybe, she screamed at us that we are high and mighty think we are better than other people, she screamed to get out of her shop and call the FBI if we want, No one should be mistreated, we were calm and polite, no one should ever step foot into this establishment, she cannot handle problems or communication. read more

Worst florist! My daughter order flowers for my birthday to be delivered the next day and they never came. Finally on Monday four days later and after several phone calls from my daughter they were delivered. The arrangement was nothing like the picture my daughter ordered from and paid for so she called to complain and ask for a reimbursement. Instead of being courteous after their screw up they were rude. To top the whole thing off within 15 minutes of my daughters call the delivery man was at my door to pick up the flowers - couldn't believe it.
