I got married 9/24/22 in the formal room and had the BEST night! I am extremely satisfied with having my wedding at Rainbow Gardens. It was beautiful outside in the courtyard and inside the formal room itself. Few key points: - Megan was my coordinator provided by the venue. She helped me along my entire planning process from December to wedding day. She is so bubbly and optimistic. She listened to what we wanted and not only did she agree, but she was excited about it! She was able to guide me along my night flawlessly and I can't be anymore grateful! Even with a few minor mishaps, she made everything work smoothly. Thank you so much, Megan!!! - FOOD! We got the prime rib, Chile verde pork and mashed potatoes with gravy. SO GOOD. Even my guests went back for seconds!! And I enjoyed the food also. I wasn't able to have a food tasting prior to my event, but it turned out great. - DJ Patrick. He was provided by the venue and omg was he awesome! He came and introduced himself prior to the ceremony. He did a run through of the music with the groom and myself to make sure we were good to go. He even gave some suggestions on the day of to ensure a smooth wedding night. I really appreciated that. The ceremony was flawless. And the reception was smooth as can be. He kept my guests dancing and even played some crowd favorites, which I found a pleasant surprise!! Timing was awesome. And he was also a great MC. Thank you so much, Patrick! - Cake was provided by the venue. And that cake was DELICIOUS!! Even my guests raved about it. All 3 flavors I chose were moist and perfect amount of sweet. YUM! For those curious, I chose Marble, Red velvet and Funfetti for my flavors. All in all, Rainbow gardens, thank you so much for an amazing wedding. You guys made it everything I wanted and more. My daughter got married here the middle of February 2024. The venue was gorgeous. We had the outside gazebo for the ceremony and the reception was inside the hall which was decorated beautifully in emerald green and champagne. They had an open bar which worked out very well, a buffet and a Photo Booth for fun pics , the DJ was great and the cake tasted fabulous. Everyone loved it. I would highly recommend this establishment for a Vegas wedding. It has all the glitz and glamour we were looking for. My daughter went with the old Hollywood Glamour theme, she wanted a lot of bling, sparkles, furs, diamonds etc ... everyone dressed accordingly. It was so much fun. We booked Rainbow Gardens a year ago for our wedding of 104 guests after looking for a high-quality, reasonably-priced venue in the Las Vegas area. We were immediately impressed by the supreme competence of Alberto, who knew every detail of the venue, placement of small decorations, and how we could best see our (my) vision come to light. It's really hard to imagine that you could get a better deal for your money anywhere else, especially when you consider the all- inclusive packages that they offer and the flexibility.     When our event coordinator Alberto contacted me for a final meeting, I was concerned because I've already worked with 2 others who knew my vision for my wedding. However, Alberto took over and did a fantastic job making sure every detail happened according to plan and provided suggestions in which I loved. All of the staff were helpful, respectful, and honored all our wishes.   The bottom line is, on the day of the event, Alberto showed up dressed to impress and showed out. This man was absolutely amazing in every way. Alberto executed flawlessly, from the decor to the food to the event management. From the start of planning our wedding until our big day, they made everything ran so smoothly!! The outdoor courtyard and the formal room were astonishing!! Floral arrangements were done by Bloomers Florist, recommended by Rainbow Gardens. We received great compliments from our family and friends throughout our wedding, and still today.. We got married on December 30, 2022. The weather was cold, especially being that we live in Hawaii... but it was a perfect cold (no winds). We were so blessed! Izzo Pro were our photographers, they were also recommended by Rainbow Gardens. They did an amazing job as well! Would've loved to share more photos but didn't want to take up all the space..lol. Our DJ and Bartenders took great care of our guests. Photo Booth was another hit amongst other things like how delicious the buffet was. Prime Rib was on point!! A must have! We had booked our destination wedding reception at Rainbow Gardens on 02.24.2024! Alberto was our event coordinator and he was the best!! He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. It was a little scary at first, having to book our destination wedding reception strictly through Zoom and emails all the way from Massachusetts. Not seeing the venue or tasting the food beforehand is scary. But, Alberto made the process so easy and made us feel comfortable with every decision we made. We booked the formal room so that our guests can also enjoy the outdoors for some fresh air or a quick smoke break. And I knew I wanted the outdoor feature of the waterfalls and trees and this place did not disappoint!! Worth every penny. It was very reasonably priced for all the amenities included. I did not have to worry about centerpieces, linens, hiring another photographer, DJ or cake. It was all included. Don't judge a book by its cover. From the streets and google view, the streets may not look the best but once you walked through the doors, you get transported into a wonderful oasis and you actually forget you are in Vegas! Rainbow gardens was also very accommodating to have us bring our own vendors for such things like a flower wall, gif photobooth, content creator and surprise elote food truck at the end! Alberto was such a kind and caring person. He even made sure that we actually sat and ate before the real party started and even made sure he saved a slice of cake from each tier for us to bring home! This was such a small detail but it meant a lot to us the next day!! The food was so good too. We got the prime rib, linguine with clam sauce and chicken cordon bleu. Rainbow Gardens was fantastic! It was difficult trying to plan our wedding from both another state and another country but both Meghan and Alberto were wonderful! We planned our wedding with Alberto and the rainbow gardens staff from the uk. I am a very anxious person and not feeling in control is big for me however they answered every question with patience and kindness. We were lucky enough to visit the venue before we got married and it was everything and more. We went with the garden room as I loved the lights and magical feel. The packed we chose included everything we needed. We were able to bring in all the extras and they set it up beautifully. The package is the best packed there is, the cake was lovely, the dj was great and got everyone up on the dance floor dancing and all the staff were there throughput making sure it all went smoothly. The venue did a fantastic job Alberto was on top of everything. The food was absolutely fantastic wished we would have had left overs from the wedding. The ac went out the day of the wedding in the bridal room and Alberto was on top of making sure we were comfortable and even offer up another room to finish getting ready for the wedding. The photographer Kerry took over 600 pictures that we were able to create a wedding book. The dj was amazing and was able to play anything that was requested. I will start off by saying Kass is absolutely amazing. She was super helpful for our wedding and was very attentive. As for everything else, it's been a struggle. It all started with our second meeting. At first we thought Lexus was going to be our wedding coordinator but she was just the one we met with the first time. At the time , my husband and I were living out of town but we were able to fly in town for the second in person meeting. This is where we met Alberto. Now Alberto asked us if we had brought in our paperwork, to which we said no because nobody told us to bring anything. He got a little attitude and said "well you were supposed to have your menu done and ready." Luckily my husband and I already picked out what we wanted for our menu so we just asked him to bring us one and we circled our items. When he looked over what we circled he told us not to pick certain menu items because he didn't like them. (We didn't change anything and the food was amazing) We ended up going over some more details for our wedding and by the end of it Alberto said, "I like you guys so I think I will do your wedding. I don't like everyone that comes here." I chose not to respond to that... Months go by and my husband and I moved to Vegas. On June 18, I emailed the venue asking for the exact date and time for our last meeting to go over the details. Alberto responded that it was July 6th via zoom at noon. This was perfect because I had a hair appointment that afternoon. July 6th comes around and it's 11:55 so I call the venue asking what the Zoom password is. They said they would give me a call back. Alberto calls and said that our meeting was at 1pm and in person. I responded with "according to your email, it was noon via zoom." Alberto got sassy with us and was annoyed that we could not meet in person , so we did the meeting over the phone. One of the things we wanted in our wedding was a surprise dance for my father in law and my husband to dance with my mother. We explained how it would just be one dance at the same time. He argued with us about certain things and by the end of the meeting I was upset. My husband ended up calling them a few hours later and requested a new coordinator because we did not want to work with Alberto. They assigned us Kass. Kass called us a few days later and I asked if we could go over the surprise dance details. She said that Alberto had written that it was two separate dances, which was incorrect. Luckily, we got that fixed. The day of the wedding Kass texted us telling us to bring party favors, guest book, etc. When we spoke to Alberto he said the venue provided us with a guest book so we never got one, turns out that's not true. Kass offered to go out and buy us one, but we had time to go get one beforehand. For the most part, everything was correct, except the cake decor. Alberto even made notes on how we wanted the cake decorated so I'm not sure what went wrong there. Overall, getting in contact with the venue has been a struggle and I would NOT recommend Alberto. The venue is beautiful and Kass is amazing, so just be cautious of who you get for your wedding coordinator. read more
