My nails have always lasted 3-4weeks (which is insane) and they're so pretty to look at. I used to drive all the way to Koreatown to get my nails done but Yukari's salon is conveniently located, well priced, and her attention to detail makes it well worth it. I couldn't decide between two shades of red and ended up going back on the original color I picked after seeing it on two of my nails, but she was super understanding about it. I hate when other places rush me and guilt me if I end up changing colors! My nails took about 1.5 hours with gel removal, but it flew by as I watched Netflix on her TV.

I made a last minute appointment through text the day before and was able to nab an appointment the following day in the morning :) I had done extensions a long time ago and had forgotten the whole process so this experience was totally new to me!! I had Nina just run with it and do whatever she wanted since I felt like she would know what was best based on my eye shape. The only request I had was to make it more natural (but also obvious enough for people to know!). I paid around $68 for my first time discount for 2D lashes at 2 lengths. The results were a tad bit heavy for my taste especially since I don't normally wear any makeup--it kind of made me look like an instagram filter but partially my fault since I didn't have any strong preferences. Will definitely go for more natural look next time around since it's kinda hard to open my eyes haha.. Also, she gives you the CUTEST eyelash brush upon leaving so keep on eye out for that!! :) Overall, fair prices and a lovely and clean spot with easy parking! Those terms stated that the certificate could be used again, and I relied on that information when making my purchase. Now I have lost my money. LAfter purchasing, the business refused to honor the advertised terms. I have seen other customers reporting similar concerns on Groupon, which raises serious questions about how these certificates are being handled. I have documentation, including screenshots of the Groupon terms and information provided at the time of purchase. I also have documentation showing that this matter has been reported and is under review/investigation through the appropriate channels. A business that partners with Groupon has a responsibility to provide accurate information and honor the terms presented to customers who paid in good faith. Refusing to honor advertised terms after accepting payment is unfair and extremely disappointing. I will be reporting this matter to Groupon and sharing my experience on review platforms so other customers can make informed decisions. I hope this business takes responsibility and resolves this issue for all affected customers. *Update: Since I purchased the voucher more than 3 days ago, I can only get Groupon Bucks. Since Groupon is still allowing this business to sell vouchers to people while they are under investigation for misleading customers, they also should be held accountable and I will also not rely on Groupon as well. "You can't expect to get this deal every time you visit the store". Then, I moved into another room to get my hands done. They are more than reasonable on prices, take their time, and make sure that you are happy with the shape and overall end result. This is the cutest and cheapest set of nails I've ever gotten done, as it is my 6th time at a nail salon (the past 4 times were Gel-X, and my natural nails were becoming too damaged).
