This laundromat is always orderly and peaceful. Ha! But, it's true. I come here because I don't want to buy the upright washers...too many hassles. But, if I need to wash my king size bedding, this is where I go. The star of the show is Esmeralda. She is the fierce protector of this place. Taking no disrespect to the machines, she watches and makes sure they are treated properly. Constantly in motion cleaning, polishing, sweeping...she is friendly and so competent. I wish I had a company she could work at. She really cares. Whoever owns this place owes her a raise. She is amazing. The machines are in good order, and do a great job on your clothes and bedding. read more

This laundromat is your pretty standard laundromat. The owner stays behind the counter and he's pretty friendly. He's also your change machine and will sell you fabric softener and detergent. Quite a few of the machines were out of service, but it luckily wasn't very busy when I was there. There's a bar/restaurant nearby and a few other places to eat nearby while your laundry goes. Overall I was happy, the machines cleaned my clothes quickly and did a good job. read more

We just bought new appliances and they were delivered the day we were leaving for vacation. Upon our return, we had tons of laundry to do. No surprise. For the first run of our new washer, the installers didn't bother to balance it, so it bounces around like Q-bert. Since our repair people can't come for a few days, I was off to find a laundromat. This Rainbow Laundromat was convenient for my day's errands. And since I haven't been to a laundromat for such a long time, so I didn't know what to expect. The place is very clean, all the machines I touched worked well and when I had questions, the attendant was friendly, helpful and diligent on doing her other work. AND THEY HAVE WIFI, which was a big win on making the time pass quickly. read more

This place is disgusting. The staff makes absolutely no effort to clean. I was waiting for my clothes to dry when I saw a maggot the size of a quarter crawl out of a half eaten cheeseburger that must have been rotting there for a week. Would definitely recommend this place! Came at about 3pm on a Thursday, place was pretty empty and everything was clean. I used the 3x load washer, $4 on cold, and the dryers are 25 cents for 8 mins, and the most I put in was $1.25! read more

Fuckin TERRIBLE!!!! First off, when I got to the laundromat, it was open, but the lady that works here wasn't. I called the phone line to see if someone was in the office and she wasn't...in fact, the gate was locked. So I had to leave my clothes to go and find change for a $20. Then when I finally got back(the gate was still locked), one of the machines charged me too much money. She finally showed up 15 minutes later. I told her the machine charged me too much. With a nasty attitude, she waved her hand in the air and called me a liar! WTF!!! I'm not spending my money for this late trick to call me a liar!!!! This is by far my favorite laundromat in Vegas !! I came from California and when we looked for a laundromat in Vegas it was tough they are either dirty not well maintained, people doing drugs outside of in side of or in the restrooms ! But when I came to this laundromat the staff was friendly the place was clean even the restrooms were clean! I was able to take my kids with me and not have to worry about what or who they were going to see ! Carlos is the employee who is usually there when we go, and he is awesome I always see him wiping down the machines sweeping and just keeping the place looking really nice ! He also asks my kids what they want to watch on tv and puts it on for them ! I drive across town just to go to this laundromat because of the overall experience and cleanliness of the place ! read more

With my business I need to hit a laundromat at least once a week to wash the many bonnets I use to clean carpets. Rainbow laundromat has the newest washing machines and the biggest one holds all my bonnets at the other place I would go to for 6 years I had to use two machines. With them having all new equipment I am not worry about the machine breaking causing me to be late to my appointments. If you are the west side this is the place to us and the young lady in the mornings is so Nice! I am very happy and satisfied when I'm there. read more

My first visited was today. I walk in about 11:30 a.m. I was so amazing how clean the place was. I was impressed a lady was up on a ladder cleaning the vents. Thank you ! I went back to do laundry today 4/19/19. I watch the young man wiping down the counter tops as the people finish and leave. Another young man was in the bathroom cleaning and mopping the floor. We had no laundry service at the hotel and this place came to the rescue. Wash and fold was priced reasonably and the service was quick. The place is tucked behind the shopping center on the right! This one is probably the best laundromat I've ever used. I've lived in 3 cities where using laundromats were a necessity and just a way of life. Most of them are gross. Not this one. This one is clean, the staff is friendly, the machines work, and the change situation is easy to use. They actually have a restroom that is also clean, most laundromats don't have one. Even the patrons were nice, for the most part. It's in a strip mall about 3 or 4 miles from the strip. Great to use if you have an extended stay and prefer not to use the expensive hotel laundering service. I would definitely recommend this laundromat. read more
