My regular mail lady wasn't open on my day off so I decided to try this place out. 930am opening time and I was the only customer there. Cool! Tiffani did my dip powder on my fingers and Kim did my pedi gel toes. The establishment is clean. Minimally decorated. Tiffani spent a lot of time working on my dip powder fingers. I thought it would be an easier process compared to gelx and acrylic. She informed me the white tends to show more imperfections so it take a bit longer. My job does not allow me to have fake nails so I wanted to try this dip powder. She explained it will help build a strong outer coat which was exactly what I needed. Again, the process was tedious but felt pretty good after. I do notice uneven bulging areas which may be normal for dip powder. Let's see how long these last. Kim did my pedi and gel. She was meticulous about the digging on nail gunk (TMI) and everything was very clean after. Pretty white nails :) Though they accept credit card, they asked for me to zelle them instead. Went here to get my nails done for the 1st time since Covid. I was very happy with their service and will be returning. They followed with the infection control of disposable liners for tubs and their tools are in sterilizer bags. My gel nails lasted 4 weeks with them. They usually fall off after 1 week with most salons. I am in health-care so my hands are always being washed and in gloves. Highly recommend them. read more

BUT my manicure omg it was bad the lady name is Katie as soon as I sat down she stated to put the gel x nails she didn't prep my nail or buff nothing and as soon as she was done she started to paint them, one of my nail came off later in the day another started to lift within 2 hours after I got them done I went back she fixed them, well the next day another day came off! Not my first time here, been going here for over 2 years now but very disappointed this time around. I normally get my nails done by Vy, Kim or Tiffany . Lately only Vy has been available and I understand Vy is on vacation right now, (good for her) but the lady that did my nails seemed to have no experience I asked for something specifically she didn't really understand me even after I showered her pictures I just feel like she did a sloppy job and did not take her time or put effort into the design. I don't ever write reviews, but I had to after my visit here. I had my gel manicure done about 2-3 weeks ago and no chipping !

Walked in and requested a full acrylic set, a simple medium length almond French tip. Service was rough, had my hands pulled a few times and experienced burning with a few tools. At one point the tech made the comment that I should be cutting my nails "better", which was genuinely uncalled for as I was growing them out. I showed reference photos more than once, and she agreed she could do them. My nails were see through, and you could see the original nail underneath. The white tip is sloppy, and the application is bumpy. At the end, when I still asked to leave a $10 tip, one of the ladies typed $20 into her machine and I had to stop her. At this point she knew I was unhappy. She then told me what to ask for "next time", which is frustrating because she understood what I wanted initially. She even suggested what colors she would use "next time" despite having seen the reference photo a few times. No offer to have anything fixed or discounted, which at the very least would have been a solid gesture. I came in to get my nails done before an event and unfortunately I learned my lesson. read more

It's Important To Know Who Does Your Nails Here. I'm Thankful My Cousin Had A Good Experience With Jenny Doing Her Gel X Nails. I My Experience Was Not Great. I Had Been Coming Here Months Before, I Had Vy & Kim Would Do My Nails. Kim Introduced Me To Gel X. I Needed A Fill & The Process Was Not Like I've Endured Previously. I Saw My Nail Tech Getting Out The Powder For Acrylics & I Said My Nails Were Gel X. She Told Me The Process Was The Same & In That Moment I Should've Went With My Gut & Not Have My Nails Done. The Process Looked Fine, However Once It Came To Polish My Base Coat Was Too Light & The Polish Looked Bad. I Wanted Blue French Tip But She Made Them Too Thick Then When Making Them Thinner They Were Uneven. I'm Not One To Complain But I Had To Explain To Her That My Tips Were Not Even Or Aligned With My Other Hand. She Never Once Grabbed Both Hands To See If The Nails Next To Each Other Were The Same Shape Or Length; She Was Eye Balling It. Once The Process Was Done My Nails Looked Okay & I Paid. However When I Looked At My Hands Outside They Were Worse Than What I Thought. The Base Polish Was Bad, I Had Blue On My Base From The Tip When She Wiped It Off With A Napkin, She Cut Me On My Pointer Finger With The Machine, There Was Texture That You Could Feel From Either Dust Or The AcrylicPowder On Both Hands & I Was Just Overall Disappointed Because These Are My Graduation Nails. I Called The Salon & Leslie The Owner Was Understanding And Allowed Me To Change My Polish Free Of Charge. She Also Is The One Who Personally Applied My Pink Polish. Everyone was nice even the lady that was doing my nails but the work of my nails... there's acrylic on my fingers hurt so bad I keep trying to scrub it off and it won't come off, she filed off my cuticles with the electric filer that really hurt and made my fingers look so bad as you can see.
