I walked out with a 15% off coupon this time (sometimes it's a flat $5) and a dress that cost me $3.59. You can't beat the price even if it's not your favorite dress lol. The service is always great but they only have registers on one side now and not at both doors. So park on the right hand side if you can to make leaving easier.

We were gone for three weeks. I requested a return label for a store credit. Lauren Nicole received the package 1 day over the 30 day return limit and rejected the return. I sent a letter explaining the situation they refused to give me a credit. I had to pay to ship the dress to them and then additional 17.00 for them to ship it back.. I will never wear this dress. It was the first time I ordered from this company. Very disappointed in their customer service. Don't order from this company if your item doesn't work out they only issue store credits. NO refunds.

The sale Section was clearly outlined and everything was organized by size. It was very easy to find pretty much anything you were looking for. They had several cute sweaters and I tried on a few. The fitting room had a few clothes that were hanging out from previous customers that could have been put back. However it was not disheveled. I only ended up buying one of the sweaters but it was on sale for just $15. The cashier was quick to bring us up and was very friendly throughout our purchase. Their clothing takes some playing around with in the sense that the format of the clothing is different than average clothing lines (example: longer than normal shirts to hide stomach areas but I am shorter so I have learn to style it differently). The store itself is clean and the sections are clearly marked and organized. I didn't interact with any staff members the few times I've been - they are mostly located at the register bays. I like looking through here and seeing what all is hot and in the moment, but haven't had anything I needed to buy. They do have some sale sections mixed throughout the store; based on sections and merch in that area. Overall: A Parred down version of the chain, but still a good shopping experience.

The selection isn't as great and you may have trouble finding your sizes if your doppleganger also shops here. From a man's perspective, the Men's department was kind of small and maybe 1/7 of the store at best. I didn't get the sq ft for the building but it could definitely use some improvement there. But I get it with catering to their clientele. If anything, this would be a convenient pickup area for picking up things (or returning) ordered online. I found one brand of pants that fits me well and so far, I have only found them at Macy's, so I'll continue to keep buying them here. I got two pairs on the trip here and will stop in and look for deals and clearance items.
