Communication between me and the shop was continuous. Willy was able to translate complex technical jargon into plain English for me. 5. Hard work showed. My car was completely repaired from a car accident in less than three weeks. The shop was dedicated to the job until it was completed and did not slack off at my expense. 6. Certified-this ensured me that Willy, is up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques in the industry, even though my car is from 2006. I walked in this Auto Body Shop and was greeted by William the owner and I might add a delightful man to do business with I needed a scratch and dent removed and he promptly went out looked at my car and gave me a price that was never going to be beat. I had already gone to two other Auto body shops and they wanted well above his quote. If corse my concern is he do a good job and bake the pairing in the oven which he has in the shop.William showed me the shop as I saw his men working on numerous cars. I explained I haven't a ride to be taken in to the shop or come back to the shop to get the car, William himself took me home and picked me up to get the car. As I pulled up to get my car not only did they fix the car beautiful, they detailed it, the guy was finishing the clean up.
