So I checked it out and bought a shape wear garment in my size that I have bought many times from other stores in my size with no problems. This was my first time in the store and when I was at the register the associate never told me about the final sale. When I tried it on at home the garment didn't even go up my ankles. So I took it back and the manager there said that there is nothing she can do but gave me the corporate number. After multiple calls with different people. I was told that they would not be giving me store credit or a refund. All they could do is tell me "sorry " that is store policy. I'm a shopaholic so I've shopped at almost every store brick and mortar in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and online. I've never in my life had a problem with a business not working something out with me to keep a customer. They would rather loose a customer and have negative reviews, negative word of mouth then try to make that customer happy; so that she would continue to shop there and have a positive experience. The only downside to this place is there are NO fitting rooms! Pain in the butt I know but they do this on purpose. They have a 21 day full money back refund with receipt and tags but let's face it most of us will buy a bunch if cheap clothing go home try it on and not bother coming back for your $6 bucks.
