I got a call today that one of the dresses we wanted wasn't available &, rather than just ship the 2, they called to ask if their was another dress she wanted to try. My daughter found 1 and I called back to tell them which one it was. They even offered to ship me a that dress in 2nd size because of the kind of material it was (jersey knit...you ladies all know that shows every lump & bump). While we haven't received the dresses yet and don't know if she will even like any of them on, I definitely appreciate them calling and asking instead of just shipping the two and and saying, "Well, this is all we've got". 10/10 would recommend!

Upon arrival the store was clean, fully stocked with clothing and I was greeted immediately. It's the standard pickup, show your id and they bring it to you. I waited no more than 10 minutes for my order. As I waited, I went through some of the clothes in store. They have EVERYTHING. Tops, bottoms, dresses, coats , shoes etc. They always have sales going on, so you are bound to get the good quality, for a great price .

I have been waiting over 5 weeks and have gotten zero proactive communication from any employee. I have called three times and every time, Angela answers, takes my name and number, tells me she is with a customer and will call me back and then never does. I will amend the review if/when my order ever comes in, but as for right now, I am concerned that they've taken my money and not fulfilled the order. The fitting was professional, Angela was helpful and kind, but the most important part is actually meeting expectations.
