Showed them what was wrong and they assured me that service and cleaning was not a problem. 3 weeks later i picked up the vacuum. It was still dirty and had water in the canister. They told me they did not do cleaning and I should clean it after every use. The charge was $45 but they would reduce it to $25. I gave the lady 2 $20s and she literally threw one of the $20 back at me. Fortunately, I was able to keep my "cool". I do recommend not doing business with this place unless you want to be demeaned and belittled. I don't think they will be in business very long and Guntersville will be better for it.

Bryan/Brian was an absolute nightmare to work with. He picked up my washer on a Thursday evening…read moreand said he would have it repaired and returned to me the next morning. He never showed on Friday, due to multiple excuses like being super busy and having vehicle issues. We messaged all day about different times he would arrive, but and he never showed. He finally responded and said he would deliver it on Saturday morning. I did not hear from him on Saturday morning so I reached out at 10:22am. He said to give him 30 minutes and he would head my way. He never did. My friend reached out to him at 1pm that afternoon and threatened to report the washer stolen if it was not to my house by 3pm that day. It was finally delivered at 4:45pm that day by another person. The washer is still not fixed and having the same problem. Additionally, the delivery guy was unable to get the washer started, did not have the hose, and the washer was damaged. You can see where they tried to hide the damage by painting it. The paint was still tacky when it was delivered. Do not hire this guy for anything!

I give this rating only because it is by far the most expensive one I have ever been to, and I have been all over the country washing clothes. A small washer is $6, a med washer is $8 and large is $10. The dryer is a quarter for 5 minutes. They only have about 4-5 of the carts to take wash from washer to dryer. They do have some x-small washer for $3. This will be my last time here. Don't get me wrong it was somewhat convenient and clean but just too expensive.
