I originally had a service call for my ac unit Kyle/Jeremy were the technicians that work on my unit. after diagnosing the issues they talk to me about the problem and discussed with me my options going forward. They took photos to support the issues that they were discussing with me. I had them make minor repairs to this unit until I could get quotes for a new unit, my unit was older then 20 yrs. I had Higdon Service install a new HVAC/Heat Pump unit for me.
