This kind of friendliness has turned out to be the norm during our 3 years of wintering here. There is a heated pool and hot tub as well as a large rec room and card room which are in constant use. The owners keep everything in pristine condition. There are always plenty of activities going on and you can be either as busy or as laid back as you like. The park is central to many Tampa / St Petersburg attractions and events. A great spot for snowbirds!

Parking is on grass, and there's a big concrete patio that looks almost new. Laundry facilities were always very clean. Although this location is on a very busy road, we were far enough back in the park that it really wasn't very noisy. Great beaches are just a 15 - 20 minute drive. There are lots of beautiful trees here, as it is an older property. Lots of park models, which, for the most part are very well-kept.

I did enjoyed the fire pit we had outside the cabin where my friend and I made delicious s'mores. It's also just a short drive to Madeira Beach and other fun spots around St. Pete. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and you can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome. A huge thanks and a huge shout out to Raquel who made sure we had an amazing experience. She not only make sure our cabin was immaculate at all times but she also provided us with useful information about places to visit around the area like John's Pass, St. Petersburg Pier and War Veteran's Memorial Park. Who goes camping & doesn't have visitors? We offered them more money for the guests visiting us (because their website states that you can pay for guests daily or weekly) & they rudely told us that we have to go in 3 days or the cops will be called to remove us. We never once got loud or been a nuisance to them or the community. They treat people like this is a prison & you have one hour visits. I would highly recommend you pay the extra money to stay at another rv park. & their WiFi is horrible!!!!

They even park it for you. My wife feels totally safe walking around at night as they do have people who watch out for you. I arrived here with my new 2022 RV and totally minding my own business only for them to harass me and try to drive me out so they could have somebody else take my spot while they KEPT all of my money for the next 3 weeks of my intended stay. Their excuse? They "don't remember" me telling them I have a PTSD Service Dog, which I tell EVERYONE, and that all they had available was my location they put me in which turned out to be a "no-dog zone", as Suzie stipulates! This is truly a Trailor trash park. From the management straight down to the overflowing dumpsters and filth and pollution all over the place. I could not get out of here fast enough!
