Lazydays is truly a life saver. We have been without power for almost 10 days, since the hurricane. So we decided to go to Tampa and stay at Lazydays for a few days. The rates are very reasonable this time of year, $136 for three nights! Plus you get a complimentary breakfast in their Front Porch Cafe! You even get a ride over there in a golf cart! This place is immense snd we are staying in the resort area. Luckily enough we are really close to the laundry room. If you have your own washer and dryer, you never think about what it would be like without power, like after a hurricane. David really loved the laundry room! It is very clean and there is an app to tell you how much time you have left while washing and drying. He couldn't figure out how to start the wash, until the lady came over and told him to hit the start button lol! We are a comedy couple lol! Actually being here is a reprieve from sleeping in a hot house and taking a cold shower! I'm not complaining after I see what others have gone through. Just happy to be in a safe, secure campground right in the middle of a urban city! We love supporting our local community businesses wherever we go! Thanks Lazydays!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lazydays. The park is clean & well maintained. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We would definitely return if ever in the area. We do wish the rates were just a little lower, as it is more expensive than other parks we've stayed at.

Pool - bathrooms/ showers are at far end.

A very fun RV campground! The breakfast is free. Coffee, hot chocolate is free in front office while it's open. The Exit 10 Restaurant looks like a giant motor home. The drinks were good (happy hour 3-5!) Most of the food was good - I'd pass on the mozzarella sticks. The kids had a blast in the huge pool that is screened in - and the hot tub. The indoor ping pong and corn hole were a hit! There's a cute, cozy area with 3 hammocks by a fire pit. The dog park was cute, too. However, 2 complaints are that the bathrooms were not up to par. The women's had one nozzle that was broken, and thus, out of order. Another one had hair all over the walls (because people are nasty) and the drain didn't drain the shower water at all. There was black mold in all of them.... they could definitely use a scrub down and some bleach. Not sure how frequently they actually clean them. My husband also reported black mold in men's bathroom. Another issue was more related to the campers - but someone let their Pit Bull run around unleashed. She had a leash and harness around - but no owner to be seen, and she barked at my 8yr old son when he walked out of the camper. That dog and (others, too) pooped and nobody ever picked it up. So watch where you step.

Great place to camp out and have fun. Bring the whole family! The NYE party going from 2021 into 2022 was a blast. The band was amazing! They have a restaurant on site and a cool bar with an RV going through it. The pool is huge! Best RV resort in the area!

Went to buy an RV advertised at 80k. It was a bargain at the price listed. Upon inspection it had many problems. Salesman said it was discounted due to the problems. The windshield was ready to fall out of the rv. The add was misleading. It made you run to buy it and when you got there you wasted a day looking. The sales team was a processing plant. Tried to upsell, add insurances galore, and were upset when I spoke of the problems there. I was moved away from other customers in order to not let them over hear my problem with the RV. The price was set in stone the salesman said. Ten more people are waiting to buy. Lies lies lies. I walked away. No thanks Lazy Days.

View from our camp site. Beautiful sunset!!

Nice place. Quiet and well kept. Has everything you'll need except a campy store but it's close to other stores.

Hello? Just wanna ask you need and your own rv to get there or they have rv already there to rent?

I've only had my own RV. But they have signs saying they rent RVs as well. I would call them. Great way to experience the RV life.

Very well thought out…read more What I camped here for one night with friends. Environment The campsite was fairly large, we were able to fit 2 cars in comfortably. There is a table and plenty of space to set-up tents. There is an outlet and water access. There are lots facing water, but some places can be spotty as there are mangroves. There are also various spots where you can launch kayak/paddleboards which makes it convenient. The bathroom and shower area was very clean and big. The showers I thought was a little inconvenient. (Maybe I am not to this). There are no hooks to hang my towel.. or even clothes.. There is also a dayroom nearby where you can rest if it is too hot in the campsites. In terms of accessibility - everything was easily accessible. I like that there is a bike path that you can ride from the campsite to the North beach. Niceness of all I haven't had a bad encounter, everyone was nice.

Wanting to ensure…read moreour first "camping" experience since then would be one to remember and inspire more, I chose glamping to reduce the heavy lifting. And boy, am I glad I did. Not because of the: - Ice-cold AC that felt like a personal Arctic breeze - Mini fridge that perfectly held all our essentials (and a sneaky stash of chocolate for S'mores) - Keurig coffee maker that made mornings in the wild feel like a cozy café - Extremely comfy beds that cradled us like marshmallows - Strategically placed fan keeping the cool air flowing and the bugs away - All in a safe, clean, well-appointed tent and campsite that made us feel like nature royalty But also for the pure joy of being able to immerse ourselves in nature with none of the hassle. In just five minutes, you could be on the river or fishing. We saw everything from alligators and turtles to amazing birds. The water was crystal clear, and the campers were extremely friendly and respectful. Even the shower water was hot with great pressure - a true luxury in the wild. For novices and pros alike, this is the perfect way to introduce kids and adults to camping. You get the best of both worlds - the thrill of the great outdoors with the comforts of home. However, a quick tip for fellow glampers: make sure the Velcro seams on your tent are sealed. Otherwise, you might wake up at 3 am to a raccoon staring at you eye to eye, munching on a bag of Cheetos. Trust me, nothing says "good morning" quite like a critter with a penchant for junk food and personal space invasion! In the end, our glamping trip was the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Whether you're a seasoned camper or a first-timer, this experience is bound to leave you with great memories and a newfound appreciation for the great outdoors - with the added bonus of a good night's sleep and no backaches. Plus, you get to tell the tale of your midnight raccoon rendezvous - a true badge of glamping honor!

We just drove 9 hours and were excited to get into our cabin but were stopped by housekeeping because they had not cleaned it yet. We were told that she would get it done within the next 30 minutes and to go "walk around". They seem to be understaffed, so we let it go. 2. The heat went out and our cabin was freezing. It was 46 degrees both mornings. We called maintenance and they could not figure out how to get it to work. We had to go buy a space heater to get us through the last bit of our vacation. 3. The WiFi on our TV randomly went out the last night and we couldn't watch anything or get the WiFi to work. 4. There was little to no water pressure in our shower. I know its kind of a picky thing to complain about- but it wasn't great. The Good: 1. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved how cozy it felt. 2. We got our own parking spot next to our cabin which was convenient. 3. It was quiet and peaceful while we were there and that was super nice. 4. The staff were very polite.

There were termites throughout the cabin, and it honestly felt like the AC was turned down extremely low to try to hide the problem and keep the bugs less active. When we brought the issue up, management refused to offer any refund or resolution and simply hid behind their "no refund" cancellation policy, despite the condition of the cabins. A cancellation policy should not excuse guests being forced to stay in an infested property. We spent the trip uncomfortable and constantly dealing with bugs instead of enjoying our vacation. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere until this issue is actually addressed.

We rented a Tiny House here, during the 2022 Christmas holiday. Reception staff was nice, not super knowledgeable about resorts events though. Resort Housekeeping serviced our rental (but the rental likely is owned by someone out of town). When we needed a space heater, because temperatures went below freezing, an ozone air purifier was brought (size of space heater, but NOT the same thing). The front sleeper sofa mattress was removed before we arrived, which made sitting there nearly impossible. May or may not be connected, but a couple days into our stay all three of us began to itch. The pieces didn't all fit together, at first, but there were Bed Bugs and our extremities showed the evidence - We had numerous bites! Days after, back at our home, an urgent care visit was necessary, due to an allergic reaction. The medications, laundering , loss of (possibly) infested items like luggage, and the daily attention to our home to eliminate any hiding 'hitch hikers' significantly outweighs the cost of our trip itself. Still a constant battle for weeks to come. So my greatest concern with the RV Park is their inability to identify a bed bug problem and prevent the critters from spreading. The homes nearby are at risk of an infestation, as well as the community areas, if this problem isn't handled with aggressive diligence.
