Using my wife's acct to write this but I went to raincross barbershop this past Monday and had Ezequiel give me a buzzcut and beard trim ( had previous got a haircut from him when he attending barber school in Riverside) he did a great job at the barber school and he did a greater job this time as well , my beard and haircut were fire!! DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY. Victor gave Terrible cut the guy didn't do anything I asked. I asked for medium skin fade and a small trim on top, don't touch the length of the beard just line it up and the guy literally gave me a goatee and gave me a super high fade. Worst haircut I have ever had in my life and when I called to see if I can get a partial refund victor said I never had a beard to begin with and I can pull up and fight like a kid and hung up on me. The coward wouldn't even give me his name because he knew he messed up. Still got his name after though. DO NOT GO SEE VICTOR. Worst experience ever and super immature if I could rate victor lower I would. He needs to be fired and find a new job, bad attitude and bad service for the shop. I came over with barber Charlie with long hair asking for a trimmed. Wanted to cut off the bottom size 3 and top long just wanted the tips off because I love my Long hair. I always comb my hair part ways in the middle. He f@kk shopped all my hair off and give me side comb hair cut with a long hair lock at the front. I look like emo girl. He didn't show me the haircut at the end. When I walked out to my car I saw the bad hair cut and went I side to asked him to fixed it. He made it worse and now i have short bad haircut. I was letting my hair grow for almost a year to get the length i wanted and he messed it all up!!!!! . It make me so mad that he called himself a hairstylist. Very disappointed. The way this man cut my nephews hair is ridiculous! There's no way he cut their hair with his eyes open. The edge up, fades, overall hair cuts are HORRIBLE! So I came for a low skin fade with a comb over on top. Barber basically disregarded my request. Instead i ended up with a high fade (basically at the start of my hairline) with the left side higher than the right. It's more like a slick back at this point. Then I asked for a line up and it's not even symmetrical. My right side was cut to far passing my eyebrow. Everything was done in 15 minutes so there was no attention to detail. The top for the comb over doesn't even blend to high fade (which I didn't ask for, remember I said low fade). It's literally a skin fade to a one at the hairline and then the rest of the hair. At the end, barber said to the cashier to charge me for a "razor fade," which once again, not what I asked for. Go somewhere else, never again. read more
