I decided to install a water system in my home after getting a water test done. The salesperson was profesional and courteous. Yaddy the system installer arrived on time, he was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked him to install the system in my garage and he did so without issues. He answered all my questions and walked me through all details regarding the system. Manny the service manager provided great customer service when he made a follow up call once the install was complete. I am extremely happy with the level of service I received, the value of the system and the quality of work they provided. I now have drinkable water and the water in my home is soft. read more

ZERO STARS!! I only had to put one to post this so those who are reading this is a 0 star review!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the way Rainkings handled a recent interaction with my grandparents. My grandparents are seniors, and despite a clearly posted NO SOLICITING sign and multiple verbal refusals from my grandmother, three sales representatives continued their pitch and obtained a signature from my grandfather after she had already said no repeatedly. This felt highly inappropriate and predatory. I am their legal Power of Attorney and was never contacted or consulted. When I called to request that the contract be voided and asked for written confirmation, I was met with resistance and dismissive behavior. One of the representatives, Gil, focused more on trying to keep the sale than addressing my request, even stating he was "busy" when I asked again for documentation confirming cancellation. That response was unacceptable and unprofessional. The sales pitch did not align with the signed contract, and the proposed pricing was higher than their existing water purification agreement. This situation left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and concerned that my grandparents were taken advantage of. I am HOT! If this contract is not voided and confirmed in writing immediately by this company I will be escalating this matter further. I do not play about my grandparents and senior citizens!! We wanted to leave a review only because we were highly irritated with our sales person. He came to our door after work and coerced his way in promising a $50 gift card for listening to his presentation. He also let us know that they would only take 15 to 20 minutes in which we agreed to knowing that about 30 minutes after our friends were coming over for dinner. His sales pitch lasted well over an hour and our friends had to sit and wait in the next room for him to finish. After several times of repeatedly saying no, we finally got him out the door. We never received our gift card that was promised. We had to tell him no at least 14 times and him on the phone with his supposed supervisor, giving us lower and lower rates trying to guilt us into signing up even telling us that his wife was going to divorce him if he didn't get the sale. Was highly disappointed with how pushy this person was and the fact that we could hardly get him out of our house. Was even more irritated that he took the $50 gift card with him when he left. Do not let the sales people in your door because you can barely get them out of your house. read more

We had a very disappointing experience with rainking.com. A salesperson came to our door offering a gift card and referral bonus just for hearing their presentation, but we never received either one. We were told the system being installed was reverse osmosis and that our water would test at 0. After installation, the water did not test as promised. When we contacted the company, we were then told the system we purchased was actually not reverse osmosis, and that the true reverse osmosis system would cost about $35,000 more. The company then pressured us to make a decision within 30 minutes about upgrading. When we refused to be rushed into a decision, they removed the machine. The installation and removal also caused damage to our yard and grass, which they have not repaired. Overall, we feel misled about the product, pressured during the sales process, and disappointed with the lack of follow-through and customer service read more

Wonderful company to get a water system from. I've had it for about 4 months and the water quality in my home is substantially better. The system was installed efficiently with excellent communication by the owner, Oxana. She's does a wonderful job of creating the company and placing the customers first. These reviews are all purchased. If you check online where there are the real reviews you will understand who these people really are. Andrew and Muntadher they forced me to sign a document which they clearly stated was not a contract, but truth be told that's exactly what it was, after trying multiple times to not sign they kept saying we wil not be able to go forward and won't get a good price. Anyway we signed and they said you have till the next day to confirm/cancel whether you want to go with their system (because they didn't want to leave my house), I called the morning after to the head office said I didn't want the system installed anymore. Low and behold after speaking to Francis and Muntadher and canceling everything a plumber pitches up at the house later and starts installing. Firstly he came onto the property without permission and then cut my main water tube/line trying to install the system anyway. I demanded the guy to fix everything as was before at leave the property at once. Chris the plumber was not able to get everything the way it was before. Long story short, now I have low pressure in the house and one of the external taps is not working anymore. I have called them multiple time to send someone to fix the problem but they just don't care. They didn't care for anything except trying to make a sale from the moment they stepped in my house. read more

Disappointed. That is honestly the nicest thing I can say about this company. My Fiancé and I are first time home owners who moved in 10/2023. With so much we didn't know we did our best to maneuver through this sales pitch. I of course kept saying no we don't need it we already have one but of course one of our main priorities was to get a fence around our property. The sales person told us they partner with a Fencing company that will do the fence for a low price because we would be getting the water system but that we could only get the fence if we got the water system. All together it was offered at 16k which for our property a fence somewhere else would cost like 20k - 25k. My Fiancé convinced me that it was a great deal. This company lied. Put over 10K on the water filtration contract. Barely even tried at all to get HOA permission for the fence and ultimately we got stuck with paying for a water filtration system that we didn't need in the first place. When we asked since they didn't do the fence can we just cancel the water too they said no its been more than 3 days. Our neighbors have fences, there are ways to get the fence done but they didn't care. Plus they were supposedly going to send us cleaning products and such every 10 months free for 5 years but we didn't even get anything. Sad and very disappointing. This company is disgusting and should just close down. read more

She was very thorough, and professional, explaining everything she was doing and why. In the end, she priced out a system and we decided to move forward with the system. Yolanda also mentioned that the company does fences, and she was kind enough to price out a fence for our backyard. In the end, we are thrilled to have an all-in-one company helping us out to make our new home exactly what we wanted it to be. A safe home for our kids and dogs to play, and a home with clean water! I recently got the Rain King PS and the reverse osmosis system from Robert and I really like it. The most incredible thing is that the medicine I'm am taking makes even water taste horrible but now I am actually able to drink the water from my new system and not doctor it up with anything. I also love the softness of the water and the fact that I don't have to use so much soap in the laundry. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and wish I'd gotten it sooner. Horrible company and staff. All throughout our process we have just been lied to and lied to. Everyone is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Kevin called us and was incredibly rude and even more unhelpful and unprofessional. Zeeba told us lies about our contract. There is a huge hole in the wall and they even broke the water tubing. Very untrustworthy and disloyal to their word. They only care about their reviews and not actual customer satisfaction. Incredibly disgusted by this type of treatment as a customer. The company has undergone new management and the owner personally reached out and offered a partial rebate for our complaints which was somewhat helpful. She also explained that the door to door sales people are independent contractors so they aren't able to have much control over their behavior. I would recommend reading all the fine print with everything you are asked to sign and triple checking things if you choose to purchase one of their systems to ensure what the independent contractor is selling you- is actually what you are buying and will be paying. read more

I would give 10 stars!!! Unbelievable service!!! Wanted to thank Naeem and Zaba for their excellent water testing, demonstration and educating us on the quality of reclaimed water in Florida. We just moved from CA and had no idea. Bought their Silver package and next morning it was installed. Installation was fast and friendly. The installer informed me on how to use and what to do for the machine. Later that same afternoon, Naeem and Zaba came to follow up and check on everything. That is excellent customer service. I didn't feel at ease during or after this company's sales representative visited my home. Offered me a number of quotes before settling on one that was $10,000 less expensive than the first, all the while we were rejecting their services. Stated that we are just settling in as new homeowners and are not prepared to consider such a purchase. However, despite having said this, the salesperson insisted that it would only take a few minutes to "test our water". She ended up staying at our house for an hour (measuring our back yard, calling her boss, and going back and forth with us about why we need to get a purification system). We even requested that they return later in the week because we simply weren't prepared. She finally made the decision to leave, but she didn't even say goodbye since she was so angry that we didn't receive "clean water." We are obviously unhappy with our experience. They should really pick a more polished sales strategy. read more

I give this company 5 stars because they are great. When our sales person Phil came to our home the first time, he kindly asked if he could just test out water. I told him we already had it done and we know we need a system. He then started explaining the system and told I told him it was the same system that the water tester showed us. He was very knowledgeable about the system and answered any questions I had. He then proceeded to tell me that he could get us one pretty quick and it would only take a few minutes to get the paperwork filled out. I then proceeded to tell him I wanted to talk it over with my husband and he was cool with that and didn't push the sale any further. He did say he would stop by the next day just to check in. When he showed up the next day, my husband and I were about to walk out the door. As we were walking to our truck to leave with our kids, Phil proceeded to explain everything he told me to my husband. He was very polite about it and didn't push for any decisions. After my husband heard the pitch, we filled out the papers and by the end of the day, we were financed and the system was installed outside that evening, as well as the system under our kitchen sink. The company also gave us a 55" TV when we bought got the system. They did a great job installing and I can totally tell a difference. Then when Phil came back to our house for us to pick the scents out for our products, he brought his wife, Suli. She is so awesome and she was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me pick the right scents for our family. From the cleanliness of our dishes to the way the water tastes. Even the products we started using from Pure & Gentle are amazing. I would totally refer them to someone who is looking ti get a system. read more
