    Set an appointment for July 2nd around 2:30 for a facial that I had bought off Groupon. I've been to this spa before for other facials, brow lamination, & lash lift. I usually will come in with a Groupon deal. I had a new aesthetician Isabella. She had been there for a few months. It is advertised as, "A custom facial to attack the signs of aging & rejuvenate your skin! Facials use professional grade products that deep clean, cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate and brighten your complexion. The light massage will increase circulation and support lymphatic drainage. Regular facials & a good skincare regimen are the fundamental steps to preventing acne breakouts, fine lines, aging, dry skin, etc." I was in the larger room and ready for my facial. They have a towel you can wrap yourself in as well as a blanket if you get cold. Isabella started by washing my face. Then she started my facial. Not sure what she used as she didn't really let me know. I did the red light therapy. Then she put a sunscreen on me as well as something for my lips. After I felt refreshed. Only issues I had was I wasn't told what was being used, massage was 5 mins. and very light. Another issue was the room was bright from the light in hallway as well as the music coming from outside the room was loud. Not something I wanna hear while trying to relax during a facial. I don't recall my other 5 services this loud or bright. I will probably be back for another facial to give it a try again.

    I had a Classic Facial with Gracie and it was my first time at Raise the Bar. My friend gifted this facial to me through Groupon. Gracie greeted me upon arrival and let me know that she was going to be doing my facial. I checked in with the woman at the front desk, who appeared to be more casual. I had to sign some forms, she briefly explained what they were for but didn't have me read them before signing. I get that it was to expedite the process and I didn't care to read them anyway but I thought that was interesting. Gracie kindly ushered me to their massage chair waiting room which was clean and pleasant. I used the bathroom twice while I was there and it was also clean and pleasant. When I got into the room, it was bigger and brighter than a typical facial room which was a little less comfortable but still fine. The music was modern/well-known music re-arranged and performed like classical music (kinda Bridgerton-esque). It was nice but I would have preferred regular spa music. Something to note if you are bigger: the table was quite narrow and I had a hard time figuring out where to put my arms because there wasn't enough room to put them by my sides. For the facial, I knew that it was going to be 50 minutes which is shorter than the facials I have had in the past. I think they should rename this facial as an express facial, rather than classic. One thing I loved was before the service, she asked me if I wanted her to explain the products she was using on my face or just relax. I wanted to relax but I'm sure she would have done a great job explaining the products if I chose otherwise. She also asked a couple times if I had any allergies. Something I thought was a bit odd was she started by putting cleanser straight onto my face without adding any water or steam first. I thought that was a bit unusual. At one point Gracie offered me a scalp and shoulder massage while we waited for the face mask to set. I was elated that this was offered but unfortunately it wasn't very good. I really liked the extractions part of the facial because usually this is the most painful part for me and Gracie did an amazing job of making them quick and not focusing on one spot for too long. She used an electric extraction tool which was really cool and I have never seen before. Before I knew it, the facial was over. Overall it was a wonderful experience, especially since I didn't have to pay for it (woot birthdays!). When I went to check out, Gracie tried to sell me some product which she didn't even use on me in the facial so I thought that was a bit strange. Checkout was easy and the woman at the front desk already had my Groupon pulled up.

    Lip injections

    I've been in for facials and now filler. Greeted immediately by a happy and caring front desk gal, was able to ask many questions and get full detailed answers. Nurse injector took the time to explain and target all my concerns. Appointment began on time and results were amazing. Everyone who works there makes you feel comfortable and part of the process! Between the staff and their knowledge, I felt I was in great hands. I attached a photo but it doesn't do it justice as I'm no photographer! Highly recommend!

    Isabell was so nice. Took her time with my facial. Did such a nice job. I live across town but worth the drive

My friends upon checking out is when I found out why the Google reviews were so high & that's when I knew I was taken for a fool!!!! Prior to giving your form of payment they ask that you give a review & in exchange for $25 off, so yes I suppose they are buying their reviews! Well my friends upon getting home & seeing my results take full effect I decided to go back into Google to edit my review to reflect my final results! Now 3 weeks later I will be happy to say that I'm very happy with my results, that's all because of an amazing Medspa in Scottsdale! The Medspa in Scottsdale that isn't affiliated at all with the shady work of Beverly's had the pleasure of poking each pocket under my top lip to squeeze of the pools of Dermal filler that the injector did not distribute evenly! So in conclusion, if you'd like some botched work done well then ladies look no further because Beverly's is the place to go.... Otherwise you've been warned, they buy their Google reviews & pictures don't lie they speak for themselves!

    ugh talk about no callback and zero response. Anything I messaged them. Botox lasted less than one…read moremonth. I'm over it.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It seems like the other reviews on here are all from…read morefamily or friends...they speak about this place as being professional and friendly. I received the complete opposite treatment from here. I took my daughters to get a haircut here some time back. It was their first haircut and like any other normal kid, they were nervous. Well I walk in and tell the lady I need haircuts for my two girls. She said ok and told us to have a seat it would be about 15 minutes. So we waited until we were called. So my daughter sat down and the lady starts brushing her hair, she starts whining a little and the lady asks me if I can tell her to be quiet because the owner of the salon is there in the other room with another customer and they don't want to be disturbed. Wtf?! Um excuse me, I too am a customer! Right then I knew going there was a mistake. So I asked her, you cut kids hair too right? (with my daughter already sitting in the chair ready to go..)She explains, yes we do but only if they stay quiet and don't move. Again WTF? What kind of salon is this I asked her? She continues to explain, well the owner is kind of moody and she dislikes noise in her salon as she's trying to make this an upscale massage and hair salon and has customers in the next room. I stand there dumbfounded -.- The next 20 minutes consisted of my daughter being shushed by the lady cutting her hair and the owner kept coming out of the room giving us dirty looks. Mind you, my oldest daughters hair was being cut, she is timid and not loud at all! She did not cry, she was a nervous and expressed herself! Lord knows what would have happened if I had stayed and had my younger, louder daughters hair cut! Some advice to the owner, I highly suggest you SMILE and change your attitude towards your customers. Customer service is key when owning a business and striving for its success...and from what I've seen you are lacking in that area. The previous owner always had that salon packed...hmm I wonder why? Maybe because they were friendly?? No one wants to go back somewhere where they feel awkward and unwelcome. Another tip...if you are trying to go for an upscale business look...maybe, just maybe, having your business next door to a Food City isn't such a great idea. Sure your salon may be furnished nicely but initially what attracts customers isn't the decor.. Good luck and God bless.
