I love the staff, everyone is always so friendly and addresses me by name when I arrive. The facility is always clean & I love how nobody is pushy about buying their lotions. I've heard about heavy sales pressure at other places... I can't stand that! I literally can't imagine using another tanning place. They have a wide selection of beds, their pricing is very reasonable. I have only used the stand up tanning bed. They also offer spray tanning, if you're into that. I stood there waiting and just kind of looking around. One of the girls goes "umm did you like need something or?" I explained I wanted a spray tan and she asked if I wanted the membership. I had to ask her what the different prices because she didn't just explain things to me from the jump. Then once I said I just wanted one she told me what color to get and had me add all these extras to make sure I look good. I was initially told my spray tan was going to be $25 but when she added these extras that I didn't even know what they were for I ended up with a total of $47. I go in, do the tan with no assistance or tips other than to put a hair net on. As I'm walking out they don't even acknowledge me.. it was just an overall displeasing experience. I now am home not even knowing what color my spray tan is going to look like or how long I should be leaving it on. I guess it's my bad for not asking but you would also think they would at least try to help me since I said it was my first time and I was nervous. Just disappointed I guess.

The store itself could use a little TLC, like upgrading the flooring, furniture, and fixtures, but sometimes that's out of the control of the actual location itself. I've never experienced a malfunction or mishap with any equipment, though! The associates at this location really care the brand. They are always friendly and attentive, knowledgeable and considerate. Tanning can be expensive when you consider the membership and products altogether, but the associates are great at providing the best possible customer experience and tailoring their offers to what each customer needs. They're also great at prioritizing different needs and managing slow and busy times. I would love to see the company throw a little more money into the upkeep of the salon, because I believe Palm Beach could feel a little more luxurious with just some simple upgrades. Other than that, I've always enjoyed my experience and will continue to visit this location!

Sold a package because of how the pricing is structured. The payments are reoccurring and was charged for a month I didn't use. Started the process of cancelling (they make it difficult) and while in the process was charged AGAIN. So now we're at charged for 2 months and I visited 0 times. Asked for refund for just one of the months not both. Had to email corporate, physically go into the store and spent 15 minutes filling out a form for review by district manager. So after multiple phone calls, emails and driving 20 minutes to and from to fill out the stupid form, they said no. It was only $69 but more the principle of you wasted not only my money but now my time and the entire process was aggravating. $69 is a cheap price to keep a customer.

I found this place when I was driving around due to being new in the area. I went in and fell in love! Its so warm and welcoming and Magdalena was so nice and professional and super knowledgeable. I booked my appointment to come back. I ended up doing a microdermabrasion treatment, it was amazing my skin never felt so good and looked that good. It was my first time getting it done which Magdalena walked me through everything and told me what to do after my treatment so I get better results. I ended up coming back and getting a deep pore cleansing facial it felt amazing so amazing i fell asleep. I have never had this clear of skin and its never looked healthier. Everything is so clean and she is always sanitizing everything. I highly recommend this place! The prices are awesome, for what you get I cant believe how low the cost is. read more

During the past few years I have tried several skin care salons since I suffer from melasma and dark circles. Since I found this place a couple years ago my skin has improved 100% and It is the best decision I've ever made. She is always on call for you and checks on you daily after procedure. I've never felt more safe with a doctor before being so scared to doing a BBL in general as a single mother. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.
