This is a come to Mecca place for me, my second home if I could. I usually have gone to their…read moreStanford Mall location and it was my first time here at RC--it bigger, bolder, better than I ever could've imagined. Wow wow and then some more Wow! The impeccably laid out fruits which taste as good, if not better, when I actually got them home! These are pristine fruits. What beckoned me here are the hard to come by Early Girl tomatoes, which are now in season--my favorite, so much better than the heralded heirlooms, though Sign's have those too. I wandered around here in a daze, a semi mesmerized hypnotic fugue and stupor, staggering around totally delighted with every single thing. Thy do seriously carry it all, e.g. cheeses, prepared foods and burritos, tamales, pizzas plus all the fresh fruits and veggies I could dream up. Did I mention their pies asnd cakes plus other baked goods? They also have tons of dried fruits. I turned there corner and there on ice was sitting smoked salmon and packaged fresh salmon. I. Mean. Did I mention their chocolate covered cherries, which are my favorite confection, not too sweet with a bit of bitterness. As we were checking out, the cashier told us that if we were there before 5:pm, we could actually taste some of the fruits we were buying! Whaaaaat? Sold. The store is beautifully laid out, so. Much more than a typical grocery shop. The prices are fair, and btw., they have organic stuff too! Can't wait to go back for my addiction: their summertime peach balsamic vinegar. I put it on my slides every single night. They house make bottles and bottles of different balsamic vinegars, e.g. I bought their cucumber sumo, honey ginger, and lychee--those for my husband who loves those flavor profiles. They also let you sample them before you buy, which is such a thoughtful touch because the worst feeling is when I buy something from a place and get it home, only to discover I hate it. Their customer service is fire. Love love love--this is what makes living here such a treat.

Their candies/chocolates/cookies/breads are all very good in selections and prices. Amazing. Affordable. Some items are much cheaper than other places. It's very convenient and successful in the area on Broadway. Fruits and vegetables do stand out. It felt like I'm not in the U.S. for a moment after browsing the aisles. Fresh fresh fresh! All items looked good. Not sure if owner is Russian or European, but it's a unique place for visitors. These markets are more popular in streets of Paris, France and other parts of Europe. I loved the fruit prices and wide selections/so clean and organized with passionate employees enjoying their jobs. Cashier was quick and experienced. Box of $6.99 Russian coconut almond candy was very strong in flavor and coconut/nice! The box itself was beautiful too. Tempting. Chocolates were all outstanding from the box covers. Most quality goodies can be found for under $10 per box/pack. Under $15 range is pretty decent for larger items. Not bad for a good find on Valentine's Day. I'll revisit next time. Great impression so far.

Inside the market is a modestly lit establishment, but it works well for what they are trying to achieve. The market sells a wide variety of commodities and fresh produce; as well as items from other countries. The service was nice and friendly. I will always continue to come back to this outstanding fresh produce market.

Good service and kindness is what making me write this. I visited this place yesterday, 2-21-2026,…read moreI picked three items, green tea, and hot curry, Coriander seeds. There was a young man at the cash register, he started ringing the sale. Hot curry powder came $1 more than when posted on the shelf, I mentioned to him, he checked and then said "I get you" and charged me $1 less. I walked away, and looked at the receipt to find another mistake with the green tea price. I went to the shelf and brought the shelf tag to him, he was polite and easy with me. I told him the price is $2 lower. He checked and said something like different product, I said I bought and my decision was on the price. He said "I get you" and refunded $2. I felt bad, I felt like I took advantage of him, but writing this will be his and the shop reward. Buy from this place, support this place, God bless that young man,

Yessss, methi. I. Mean. The place is saturated floor to ceiling with not only produce of esoteric freshness, e.g. curry leaves in a zip lock bag for .99 cents and kerala plus okra and those tiny eggplants. The tinned aisles are equally seductive ... if you can think of it, they pretty much have it. They've got stainless steel and copper cook ware plus serving ware, pickles if every variety, snacks imported from India. Everything to love is here, parking out front for free and customer service efficient and friendly with prices being more than reasonable! It's a discovery trip as much as it is a grocery run :-)
