February 4, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my husband and I received at the R&R Wings location on North Keystone Ave today, February 4, 2026, at approximately 5:54 PM. This was our third time visiting this location. Our first visit in late December and our second visit in early January were both great experiences with no complaints, which made today's experience even more frustrating. We ordered a 10-piece wing meal with two sauces -- Founder's Favorite and Sweet Chili -- the same sauces we always get. When we arrived home, we discovered all of the wings were the same flavor and much hotter than what we ordered. The employee who took our order did not seem very attentive, so I'm unsure if our order was misunderstood or prepared incorrectly. Once we realized the mistake, we attempted to contact the restaurant at 6:25 PM, calling five times with no answer. This is a horrible way to run a business when customers are simply trying to fix an error. We live on the east side, which is a long drive, so returning was not convenient. While some may suggest checking the food before leaving, I don't believe it's reasonable to take a bite just to confirm sauces. Customers should be able to trust their order is prepared correctly. Because of this experience and the lack of response, I am extremely dissatisfied. I am requesting either a refund or a complimentary replacement meal. They have a wide selection of sauces and flavors along with spice and heat levels. I normally like dry rub wings but opted for the Parmesan Garlic which were a wet rub. Not everyone does spicy garlic well but they have mastered the art of savory, juicy and seasoned. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of these small yet satisfying wings. I'll probably double the order next time as just awas taking my last bite did it dawn on me that the meal was over. Fries came with the order and they were crispy on the outside and well seasoned. So freaking good' I've been turned on to this place because of people I work with, we have had it two times in 4 days and I need to get control of myself. The wings are tasty, I had the sweet chili and the lemon pepper, the flavor/ spicy was awesome. All around tasty on its own and with hot sauce and ranch, perfection as well. The fries "slap" as well, not soggy, perfect amount of salt, and having them with the dipping sauces is perfection. Loved both of my sets of wings, I love traditional wings, and was impressed. I went in to order wings on New Year's Eve at around 4:20 pm. I overheard the cashier tell the customer ahead of me that there was going to be a 1/2 hour wait for walk-in customers. That customer walked out and I was next up in line. The cashier then asked me if I had a pick up order. I said that I'm a walk in. I visited the new location on Keystone (right before you get to Fall Creek & Keystone). I received a coupon for $2 off 10 wings so we gave it a try. R&R is located where the old Andre's BBQ was and they've done a nice job of cleaning up the space. We ordered a split of honey BBQ and parmesan wings. Let me tell you; they did NOT disappoint. Normally what I find at chicken wing places is that the wings are dried out and saturated with sauce. I'm so excited to know R&R did not follow that routine. The wings were a good size (nothing unnatural) and seasoned very well. They have an array of sauces to choose from. They have hot and honey BBQ; they have Parmesan garlic; lemon pepper; panda orange (intrigued); hot habanero; hot honey Sriracha; mild buffalo and believe it or not, the list goes on. It looks like they have flavors to satisfy everyone's taste. They have teamed up with another company called Indy Jars who make these delicious desserts that were just divine that are sold here. The reason they didn't get a 5-star rating is because the young lady needs a little training in customer service, but maybe she's new and I won't hold that against them.
