Raising Cane's is that straightforward fried chicken chain that does one thing and does it pretty well. The whole concept is built around their signature chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and that iconic Cane's sauce. The lines here are pretty much a given, with a good tip is to use their app to order ahead; it lets you skip the wait, which is a lifesaver during peak times. Once you get your food, it's exactly what you expect: crispy, reliable chicken fingers that are decently priced. The Cane's sauce really is the star and pairs perfectly with everything. It's a solid, quick meal when that specific craving hits. It's not fancy, and yeah, sometimes all that fried goodness can sit a bit heavy, but for a no-fuss box of comfort food, it consistently hits the spot. It's easy to see why it's become such a popular chain across the country.

Very fast paced location of Raising Cane's. Located near Boston university, across from Agganis Arena. It was extremely busy our entire visit. Staff handling the lines well and kept things moving. We ordered and did not wait long for our food. The location does have limited seating. There were not enough tables at times. The location has two bathrooms, located downstairs. They were unisex one person bathrooms; which led to waiting in line for use. The food was delicious, though I wish my tenders were larger.

Dear Canes , You are addictive . When near one of your locations in Boston ma ; I have to obtain you . Inside you find an atmosphere of positivity and friendliness. The service is constantly amazing . So how , can one not get addicted. Once you bite into that chicken and dip it into your signature chicken sauce ; it's instant nirvana. I have another comment, yum , yummy , yum ! Parking is difficult but it's " canes " we make it work .

Overall, Raising Canes is in fact, Raising Canes. Inside of this location is pretty vibey- they had 3 disco balls hanging from the ceiling. I feel like the chicken always comes out hot, especially here which is one of my favorite things. It taste fresh and you know what you're getting. Unfortunately though, the chicken this time came out scorching to the point that all of us had burned the inside of our mouths..so be careful. Also, we waited a good 10 minutes for our food because it was busy which was no big deal, but they failed to give my sandwich order any sauce, or lettuce / a 'toasted' bun. Staff was nice though especially during busy hours, and there was someone on the floor constantly cleaning which is always a good sign.

Went for a ride and stumbled upon this location. It was the older location near the colleges but it's still nice and OG. It's nit as fancy as the new locations but the food still tastes as good.

Chicken fingers, sauce, garlic bread. And fries in pieces.

The good is good. The fries come in pieces. I think they can improve on that. Great location. Always room for improvements.

Have been eating Raising Cane's for over 10 years and this is by far the worst location in terms of food quality. I tried this location a year ago and found the fries undercooked and the chicken tasting more like frozen tenders than fresh or from Raising Cane's unique formula. I was craving and had good experiences from the Back Bay location, so decided to give this location another try, thinking a years time would make a difference. The food quality at this location is horrible and a disgrace. There is something off with the breading of the chicken, it's not the flaky crisp texture which makes Raising Cane's tenders so good. The tenders here tasted processed and unnatural. The fries were also off; tasted undercooked and oil soggy. I had also ordered an extra finger and 2 extra sauces, neither of which I received in delivery. Location also did not answer phone when I called before order Really disappointed because 1. I love Canes, 2. this location is close to campus, and 3. Is the only option for delivery in Boston. The food quality here also turned me off to canes slightly (but hoping a good trip to another location will change that since they are my fav tender brand). I will not be trying again and hope management looks into the issues here

3.5/5! I've been to many Raising Cane's locations in Southern California, so I came here with pretty high expectations given how much I liked it back there! The coleslaw was good, Texas toast was good, and cane sauce was good, as normal. Fries were a bit soggy, and the chicken strips tasted like they were fried in oil that has been used a lot already, so it's something I suggest the chain to be more mindful of in terms of how that can impact the flavor.

Really good place to have the late night munchies for chicken tenders. This is the prime location for bu students and they wait anxiously in line forever to get their chicken fix. I only came here because I just watch my daughter's dance show at BU and I forgot to eat dinner. But since it's very Collegiate with very minimal staff, the the line took a necessarily longer than it should. They only sold set meals with a soda but I just wanted chicken fingers and some fries a la carte style. I cannot believe they charge for sauce 38 cents for sauce!! That's ridiculous and it wasn't the best sauce but it was fine ... Brought the extra sauce home just in case I need it for something ...might as well. The tenders were good but the fries were meh. Since there were students rolled out of bed wearing pajamas everywhere I probably picked up covid or the flu.

This place is busy! I go here for comfort foods...The chicken fingers are good quality. The texas toast is simple but tastes amazing. The crinkle fries were way oversalted this time. This caniac combo comes with a really decently sized drink (lemonade for us). Its a great deal for around $16. Be prepared to wait in line for a long time at this place, as there are tons of college kids eating here. There are lots of dine-in tables for you to enjoy your meal on-site. Finding parking on commonwealth ave is hit or miss depending on time of day/day of week.

My first time trying this fast food chain. Restaurant was clean, service a little slow, but it was very busy and full of college students and locals on their lunch break. Street parking here, but the surrounding area will make it kind of differs get a spot. The chicken fingers are both crispy and juicy and you just have to dip them into the Cane sauce! Very unique sauce that left me wanting more. I wish there were more Raising Cane's on the east coast. This is the closest one to Jersey so I knew I had to stop here on my vacation to Boston just to try it.

I used to go at least once a week in between classes to get samosas from here. I'd definitely come back to try their other dishes like Chicken tikka masala and lamb curry. The staff is always so sweet and kind. One of the reason why I keep coming back, honestly!! Parking: honestly very tough to find parking in the Longwood Area. Was getting tired of the McD's and Subways so I finally gave Chutney's a go. So far I've had their Tikka Masala wrap and Chutney's chicken rice bowl. I like how you have the option of choosing how you want your meal to be- either in a rice bowl, a wrap, or in a nanini (panini-look a like). You also have the option of choosing chicken or lamb which is pretty fancy. Even though Chutney's is Indian food, it still has the fast food assembly line element. Once you choose your style of meat doused in curry, then you're prompted in choosing what vegetables you'd like sprinkled on there and what additional sauce you want. It's like the Subway of Indian food. Their chicken I've had so far is too dry for me, but I don't know if that's just how it's done with Indian curry (I rarely eat Indian food). The curry on the other hand is flavorful. Their rice is really fragrant and reminds me of Thai white rice. You really don't need to add any additional sauce when they prompt you to choose once because the flavoring from the curry itself is just fine. Drinks wise, I tried their home-made mango lassi and it's so good! Mango lassi is a mango-yogurt drink and I loved how you could really taste the mango and the thickness of it all. Chutney's is a little pricey in comparison to the other stalls. With a meal and a drink, it'll cost you an average of $7-9, but the meal itself is very filling and something refreshingly different when everything else is starting to get old.

Separately, each sandwich is around $10 and onion rings are $6.50, so the combo is a ridiculous deal. The onion rings are also a HUGE bag so definitely worth the money. For my 2 sandwiches, I got the Honey Kluck Grilled Sandwich and Tang-Go Kluck Sandwich and both were great. The fried chicken here doesn't really feel like fast food - it feels like real chicken meat that isn't greasy at all. The seasoning is good and the sauces are great too. Even the buns felt like good quality! Of the two sandwiches, I preferred the Honey Kluck Grilled Sandwich but both were top tier. The honey sandwich had honey mustard sauce and veggies with a nicely grilled piece of chicken on it. The balance of flavors and fresh veggies with the flavorful chicken was just perfect. 5/5 for sure. The Tang-Go Kluck Sandwich was also very good with a tangy sauce coupled with cheese and pickles. The fried chicken on this was crispy and full of flavor without feeling unhealthy. I would have liked a few more veggies on here, but it was still a solid sandwich. The onion rings were SO CRISPY too. And the bag was huge - probably at least a full onion. The fact that if you ordered 2 sandwiches and onion rings separately, it would cost about $26 but the combo is only around $17 is great value. The food doesn't feel like fast food, and I was completely full after eating the meal. 5/5 would definitely return!

Seems like most restaurants begin at the suggested 18% tip to start. Some calculate their tipping suggestions at your subtotal before adding the taxes to your bill. This restaurant included the taxes as part of its tip calculation so be aware that you're actually tipping more than 18%. FYI: as a customer, you decide how much to tip for quality service. Bringing your orders to your table is basic. How many times they filled your water cups and check up on you are important and expected. Tipping is not automatic in my humble opinion. Servers who work diligently for their tips so tip accordingly to those who provided a great dining experience.

The chicken is always reliably good, and that signature sauce, a creamy, tangy, slightly peppery blend is what ties it all together.
