I placed my order online (as I normally do) for my usual 3 tender combo with no toast, extra fries, and a large fountain drink. When I picked up my order, it was not busy as I tend to order around 10ish a.m. prior to the lunch rush. The restaurant was immaculate and the employee who gave me my order was very friendly and provided good service asking me if I wanted more ketchup with my order. I work only 2.5 miles away so when I ate my lunch at work, the tenders were really small and the breading was soggy and coming off. The fries were lukewarm and soggy and there weren't any extra fries from what I could tell. The cashier insinuated that the order had been taken incorrectly, but claimed we received what we paid for. I support my local Canes restaurant. I've never been in their location when it wasn't clean. The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and very efficient. The food is always good to me. However, I tried their naked chicken tenders and that's a big thumbs down. I'm all for eating healthier and that's why I ordered the naked chicken tenders. I was trying to cut back on the fried foods, but I guess at Canes it's not worth it. Although the tenders don't have the batter on them those chicken tenders were so dry. The flavor was awful. WTF happened to this place!? It's seriously not the same Raising Cane's I reviewed around 3 years ago. I see now why Sai S. and others typed about the crappy service here. It's a sad shame because the food is great! My wife's order got messed up TWICE. Problem: missing Caniac Combo tenders. She called the restaurant that night and the lady got her name and told her they would fix the problem the next time we got food here. OK.... we thought everything would be fixed and cool. NOPE! Came back, actually went inside this time and told the actual manager (or whatever he was) happened and he was nice enough to add the missing tenders from before. Personally, I would've thought that they'd fully replace our original orders from before, BUT I still didn't complain! Got our food, checked it at an intersection stop just in case for the hell of it and damn..... they messed up AGAIN!!! So I drove back and I tested them and see if they would say something like "ohh, you forgot your tenders, we made it separate", but they didn't. They ended up making the missing batch that was supposed to be replaced and I give them props for it being super quick, but I didn't like the fact that they literally messed up our orders twice. Don't get me wrong, I love Canes chicken... and their fries, which is why I decided to go the Canes over In-N-Out this evening. I ordered the box combo - no slaw extra fries and added a second canes sauce, which I paid for. After moving through the drive thru and opening up my box, I noticed I basically got a single serving of fries and 1 sauce. I ordered the box instead of the three finger combo because I knew I would have leftover fries and maybe a strip or two. I've never finished "the box" like this. Raising Canes is great. This location usually has me looking critically at my meal. I use the drive thru late, (10pm) The drive through is always efficient. Good order taking and swiftly fulfilled. The last time there was a staff member outside with ordering tablet to expedite. I was surprised by his gruff direct uninterested approach. The food is Great when it's on point, but as mentioned I feel like the tenders at least some are soggy regularly. Either sitting in grease or steaming themselves out of the fresh feeling. Im also noticing how small they are. Now it is a chicken finger and a true tender is slender, but sometimes they are downright tiny. The fries are decent. Wish they could crisp them up a bit. Asked for well done last time, but had no impact. Texas Toast so good. Cole slaw fresh but bland. This location will have me second guessing myself on stopping here for a meal. read more

I ordered the 25 tailgate tray and when I got home, the lids on the sauce containers weren't secured. The sauces had spilled everywhere, creating a mess and leaving little left to enjoy. Since the chicken is just okay, missing out on the sauce really ruined the meal. I tried calling their comment line three different times to let them know about the issue, but each time the line said they couldn't take calls. Very frustrating. Came back on Saturday, 1/11/25. The service was good. We went through drive thru this time. The one complaint I have is the size of the chicken tenders! Dang, it definitely doesn't look like the advertised picture. The chicken we received were tiny! For the amount you pay, we should get bigger pieces of chicken tenders. The fries were also small amount. The toast is really good though! The toast made up for the complaint. The chicken was tender and paired perfectly with the sauce. That wasn't too big a deal, but it was their attitude and actions afterward that warrant this rating. After the front counter person told the kitchen staff it was To Go the kitchen staff questioned her about it. After taking the food off the counter the kitchen staff repackaged and than literally flung the box up on counter instead of taking the two seconds needed to place it.
