Brow / blonde hair that was under my child's combo
Robin G.

We found a hair under our chicken in the Caniac combo. I called the restaurant and was told the manager is unavailable plus they are too busy. The young lady advised she would make sure I got a call back from the manager and refused to provide her name so I could reference the call. She told me they don't have to provide their name but she has my number for a call back whenever they are not busy.

Naked tenders

I support my local Canes restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've never been in their location when it wasn't clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and very efficient. The food is always good to me. However, I tried their naked chicken tenders and that's a big thumbs down. I'm all for eating healthier and that's why I ordered the naked chicken tenders. I was trying to cut back on the fried foods, but I guess at Canes it's not worth it. Although the tenders don't have the batter on them those chicken tenders were so dry. The flavor was awful. I will never order those again. I don't see how they're appetizing to anyone. They should just be off the menu.

Extra Burnt toast

We ordered a Caniac Combo, but were given a Box Combo instead. That's fine, mistakes happen, so we got back in line to have it corrected. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse. The cashier insinuated that the order had been taken incorrectly, but claimed we received what we paid for. We showed proof that we paid for a Caniac Combo, but she still said we would need to "pay the difference." That's ridiculous because we literally paid more and received less already. We were then asked if we wanted a refund! We just wanted the correct order, but received attitude instead. They finally gave us a caniac combo, but it came with some extra burnt toast. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor customer service.

WTF happened to this place!? It's seriously not the same Raising Cane's I reviewed around 3 years ago. I see now why Sai S. and others typed about the crappy service here. It's a sad shame because the food is great! My wife's order got messed up TWICE. Problem: missing Caniac Combo tenders. She called the restaurant that night and the lady got her name and told her they would fix the problem the next time we got food here. OK.... we thought everything would be fixed and cool. NOPE! Came back, actually went inside this time and told the actual manager (or whatever he was) happened and he was nice enough to add the missing tenders from before. Personally, I would've thought that they'd fully replace our original orders from before, BUT I still didn't complain! Got our food, checked it at an intersection stop just in case for the hell of it and damn..... they messed up AGAIN!!! So I drove back and I tested them and see if they would say something like "ohh, you forgot your tenders, we made it separate", but they didn't. They ended up making the missing batch that was supposed to be replaced and I give them props for it being super quick, but I didn't like the fact that they literally messed up our orders twice. It sucks because I LOVE this place and its food, but they're not as organized and disciplined as places like In N Out, Chik Fil A, etc. Maybe I will give this particular Raising Cane's another chance, but until then, my family will go to the other ones in Compton and Torrance instead.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Just here for my kids. They like it so quick and fast for them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]the bread is so good just hope the pieces are bigger this time like AZ

The box combo
Lindsay G.

Don't get me wrong, I love Canes chicken... and their fries, which is why I decided to go the Canes over In-N-Out this evening. I ordered the box combo - no slaw extra fries and added a second canes sauce, which I paid for. After moving through the drive thru and opening up my box, I noticed I basically got a single serving of fries and 1 sauce. I ordered the box instead of the three finger combo because I knew I would have leftover fries and maybe a strip or two. I've never finished "the box" like this. Not too happy with the serving and not providing the extra sauce. Will I be back, yes... just not likely to this location.

07/03/25- 2156 atm Great customer service. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff works very fast as they can. Thank you!!!

Girl....where do I even begin usually you know canes is basic and hard to mess up and this location is usually avg cool (when the pieces aren't like 2 bites) but how the heck...ain't no cars in the drive-through (maybe they got a catering order idk). I just wanted some hot sauce too. I got the three-piece sandwich, sub the toast as the buns....BOB/ how is the bread so doughy/soggy...right from leaving the drive through...and the lettuce was wilted AF... they didn't even give me a straw or napkins lol Today was probably an off day but bffr maybe i'm just hangry and this was just a totally a off day but how the lettuce not even crisp and pulled like a wet paper my guyyyy pls (this was like 1 min after pulling out the drive through)

Missing two chicken fingers on this caniac combo

Robbing people smh. Food is mediocre at best, but it's the only place that is open late. I pay for 6 chicken fingers and only get 4. Very disappointing.

This is my favorite canes. Was here the day they opened. Caniac combo sub the slaw for extra toast. Fruit Punch. Canes is still way over priced. The staff is quick and food is always fresh.

Juan M.

I've tried probably every Cane's in a 30 mile radius, so I consider myself a true caniac lol This spot is great! They take your order quickly, chicken is good size and my bread was great cause I ordered em BOB (butter on both sides). [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's nice and clean in here too with plenty of parking in the area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Right off the fwy too so you can get it quick. Would definitely come back! Shout out to the worker Alex too! He's a chill guy!

Philip Y.

I love fried chicken and southern food. and I have not had Raising Canes. It was a mid month Thursday and i decide to give it a go. Pulled into this location, my order was taken quickly, about a minute or 2. My order was ready to go. Brought it back to the office. Everything seems to be on point. Chicken, bread, coleslaw and drink. It was a good experience. nothing to complaint. Not able to give it a 5 stars. but it is not far away.

Respectfully this review may sound harsh but it's 1000% truth…read more The burger...eww. Why? Low grade, FOUL smelling Jennio-O caliber meat quality at best. And desert dry at that. If you're okay with this, then have at it. But just remember this review when you smell this under seasoned chunk of rancid meat you just spent your hard earned money on. The first thing I noticed cutting into this burger was the scent. It was FOUL. And then I instantly remembered why it has been 2 years since I visited this place. Same experience. This meat cannot be fresh whatsoever. It stinks. But to no surprise, it mirrors the poor quality of the fries (mid at best) and the knock off hidden valley ranch disguised as a house ranch you have to pay extra for. TBH the idea of a burger spot specializing in turkey burgers is really unique and opens up options that are both simple and satisfying. However, the turkey-- where you buy it, how you store it and the overall quality is the star of the show, and this ain't it. Simply put, it's not for me. I could not eat this food. Not to mention I feel there is a bit of deflection on the workers part when a concern is politely brought to their attention. The food, guaranteed IS NOT FRESH. I recommend Chinollo across the street. Fresh, high quality and juicy farm raised meats paired with equally high quality sides made in house (not frozen), fresh veg, fresh hand cut fries, house made sodas, milk teas and teas; nothing reeks of left over food being sold at ransom prices

The cost of the item did not really stand up to the quality paying five bucks for a thing of fries is crazy work, especially for a small batch of fries. I prefer the beef but my wife went with the chicken. She liked the fact that their teriyaki sauce isn't overly sweet like so many other teri places. They did a great job with the rice this time too. It can be rather hit or miss quite often. The medium bowl is a great deal. A very generous portion of food for the price. A large would have been overkill to take to the stadium. I still had leftovers after the game so I'm glad I didn't go with the larger order. Calling the order in is definitely the way to go. It's usually not too busy but during the weekend, it can get crazy and take forever if you order at the counter. Play it safe and make a phone order.

Right from the start, CECE at the register made the experience even better. She was so friendly and welcoming! She explained the different burger sizes, shared her favorite menu item, and even showed us the display of what each of their signature burgers comes with. She also let us know we could customize our burgers by removing any toppings, which I really appreciated. A big shoutout to the chef as well--the burger was cooked perfectly, everything tasted fresh, and you could tell care went into preparing the meal. The kitchen definitely delivered on flavor! I ordered the Western BBQ Burger, and it was packed with flavor. The BBQ sauce was smoky and flavorful without being overly drenched, the onion rings were crispy with just the right amount of breading, and they paired perfectly with the burger. For my side, I upgraded to the Fat Fries and had them topped as chili cheese fries. They were hearty, satisfying, and a great addition to the meal. The restaurant was nice and quiet, which was perfect on a hot day. I also really enjoyed the old-school atmosphere. The vintage-inspired décor, historic photos, and neon signs celebrating Fatburger's history gave the place a classic diner feel. The old-school music playing in the background was the chef's kiss and made the whole lunch experience even better. Overall, this was a great first visit. Between the excellent customer service from CECE, the delicious food prepared by the kitchen, and the nostalgic atmosphere, I can definitely see myself coming back to try more of the menu
