This is an awesome FatBurger location. There's plenty of parking and seating in the dining area. The customer service was superb. I believe it was the manager that took our order and he was so patient and very informative. I just purchased my usual addiction. It's The Western Bacon BBQ Fatburger but I just replaced the beef with a turkey patty. That is my current go to. And to put a cherry on top they served my favorite soda which is Dr pepper. I haven't been here in so long. I decided to check out the Impossible Burger since I heard it was national hamburger day;I didn't even bother to look it up. I was ready so I ordered with onion rings also. Burgers has homemade Onion Rings and they're so good. The burger was fine. I forgot to add bbq sauce on it. I tasted salt. I would've used garlic powder, but it wasn't me cooking and if I wanted garlic powder I should've cooked it myself right? Oh they do offer a vegan cheese. Overall, I'm very grateful that Fatburger is still carrying the Impossible Burger. Although I didn't catch her name, the woman who took my husband's order was incredibly sweet and welcoming (this was our second visit). This is one of the saddest burgers I've ever had. I haven't been to this joint for many years. I decided to drop by since I was in the area and ordered an impossible burger they had on the menu. I accompanied it with fat fries. It was about $22. The burger was SO SMALL, and the almost $6 fries was so skimpy! When I picked up the order I was shocked I was handed a small tiny paper bag. I'm a small person and I thought the burger was quite tiny for how expensive it was. I can make it at home, which I usually do but I was curious to try it here. The restaurant was clean, and the staff, including the supervisor, were friendly and welcoming. The supervisor, in particular, was patient and courteous while assisting customers. However, I noticed something concerning. After taking my order and two more orders, the supervisor immediately handled onion rings and dropped them into the fryer--without washing his hands. This was disappointing to witness, as proper hygiene is crucial in the food industry. While I appreciate the friendly service, I believe the supervisor could benefit from additional training on food safety protocols. Tried the buffalo express wings for the first time after church yesterday. I had the lemon pepper wings and they were delicious Thought I was going to save a couple for my wife to try but it didn't happen. First time trying them so I got the smallest order of six pieces. Went to the location in Ladera shopping center off Centinela and la Cienega. Very clean and plenty of room to sit and eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. The people working here are friendly and dressed nice and really keep the place clean. There is lots of seating available, They have booths to sit in and they have regular tables and they have the taller tables and they also have counter seating as well so if you want you can watch the chef preparing your food and cooking it up. They had football and soccer games playing on the tv's. Today Let me just start with the title- " Over Priced " The place is chill It was Empty around the time that I went - 1pm. The taste of the burgers aren't something to die for it's very over priced even though we order 3 beef pattys for two burgers. I'm giving this 2-stars because the staff was actually very friendly, if not forthcoming on their menu. I ordered a cheeseburger kid's meal and 6 bone-in buffalo wings and my total was a whopping $33.41 BEFORE tip. I was shocked to see their kids meals are $16, plus another $1.50 to add cheese. For that price, I was expecting a decent-sized burger to go along with the fries and drink. Instead, we got a mini burger not much bigger than a White Castle slider. My 6 year-old son finished it in 3 bites! I asked the staff why their kids meal is so expensive considering a full-sized single burger meal is only $2 more, and the server said she normally tells parents they're better off ordering a regular meal, but my cashier did not mention it. To their credit, the food was fresh, but I absolutely cannot get past the ridiculous price-to-portion ratio. Sadly, I will not be returning. read more

Usually, I love Fatburger but this location was not good based on multiple factors. I called to place a pick up order and was told the $4.20 special for the original Fatburger was only available online. I should've taken that as a warning to order from another location but I thought I would give this a shot. Next, upon pick up, they charge extra for ranch! Wow, talk about nickel and diming. I've been going to Fatburger for more than a decade and have never been charged extra for ranch. I wonder if the employee just didn't want to get the ranch or work. Lastly, the quality of the burger was below average. The meat was dry and seemed dehydrated. It was like the tangy slaw made the burger meat taste citrusy. Extremely disappointing. I haven't been to a Fatburger in over 4+ years. I decided to come back since I was in the area. I was kind of shocked at the prices though seeing that it was about $12 for a meal. I placed my order inside the restaurant to go. The owner Mike took my order. He was very enthusiastic, kind and made good recommendations. I ordered an original fatburger with no onions, relish and pickles. I added on cheddar cheese and bacon. I completely forgot that these were add on's and would cost extra but I didn't mind since it was just one time. For my side I noticed they added curly fries to the menu . The last time I came it was only onion rings fat and skinny fries. Mike said the curly fries were good. I decided to go with them. I got the pink lemonade and Mike asked if I wanted sauce and told me the choices. I went with 1000 island sauce, however, I didn't know that 2 cups of it would cost an extra dollar. My menu in total ended up costing $18. Wow. And to add on to it, they forgot to put my sauce in the bag. Overall, the customer service is good and the quality of the food was delicious. But this is not a place that I would go to a lot due to its prices. In-N-Out has high quality food as well and is more affordable. The workers suggest ideas for your order and are very patient with everybody. All the food here is delicious and never had a problem. PANDEMICALLY SAFE: I have been here several times but, this is the first time during the pandemic. They have 6 four-seater tables on their patio, which is arranged so that you are more than socially distanced from the next table. INSIDE: As you order you will notice that they have a sheet of acrylic separating you from the employees and also, they have handsanitizer on the counter for customer usage. We travel with santizer and mini sanitizing spray botttles so we cleaned our own table... no big deal the food is worth it. This location stands out from most others in that they have the char, which is a flame fired grill to cook on but, you have to request it. If not your burger is cooked on a standard grill top. The service here has always been execptional. Inside is always clean. They really run a tight ship. I also like they deliver your food to you on the patio. We were served by a guy who did a great job assuring our meal was right. NOTE: You might want/need to bring ear plugs due to the crappy music spewing like diarrhea from patio speakers of the anushole next door. Other than that, each visit has been awesome. The burgers are made by order, If you want juice, mixed with flavors, between two buns the way burgers are supposed to be fixed this place will fill you up with goodness . This is not my first time ordering from this establishment, nor have I had any issues in the past with previous orders. But today I came across something pretty upsetting. I ordered online via their website as i usually do for a pickup order. When I pick up my food, the bag is stapled shut which is also normal. The problem is, I open my bag and a roach crawls out of my sweet potato fries. I am highly disappointed and grossed out. The food was good until I went in the restroom, I almost throw everything up! I didn't even want to breathe in there, it smelled horrible. This is a safety hazard it is clear that the green stuff is mold! Ambiance was just what I needed for a day like today; nice with some good soul music and with the service being decent but these places often fail to pay attention to detail. Folks who go out to eat are usually particular on how they want things. Spending almost $25 for a burger meal(tip concluded) I want it done right! I specifically asked for my bacon to be crispy! Almost burn it if you have too! What part of crispy didn't they understand? This is why I hate tipping before I am presented my food; quality of product and service. I need to know how it taste; was it prepared to my liking and if it was good and also how was your service. I'll give them a pass on the bacon this time but I'm not sure if I would come here again. Fatburger serves the Impossible Burger!?! Hang on... (I do a quick google search) Ok, the website says two conflicting things: 1) "now available at all US Fatburger locations" and 2) "contact your local Fatburger for availability." Wait...wha??? Since we were passing through Carson, we made a quick call to this location and confirmed that they had the Impossible Burger. I also researched to see if the buns are vegan (they are), and if they use separate cooking stations. As far as I can tell, it's prepped and cooked on shared equipment. So take note if that's important to you. A young lady at the register rang us up for the Impossible Burger minus the mayo. While she didn't do her job poorly, she did the bare minimum when she took our order. Which inspired the nearby manager to jump in and upsell me with grilled mushrooms and guacamole. Damn he's good!
