What is the point of having two lanes when service is going to be extremely slow!! To start the tablets at the drive thru were not working properly, the employee had to walk back and forth between same clients, then had to get a different employee to take payment. The line was not moving, called to ask why, the woman said they just have a lot of orders, then asked me to hold without giving me a reason and put a man on the phone without filling him in. I had to explain my reason for the call again. He said there was a hold up at the window, said sorry and abruptly hung up. Why not ask those holding up the line to pull aside? Went there today and the drive thru was pretty busy. The wait was very long. Not at all fast and efficient like other Canes I have been through. Then when I get my order, my chicken strips were super small. It looks like they cut the regular size chicken strips in half. Then when I get home, I noticed that my bread wasn't even toasted. I had to put it in the air fryer smh. This is totally unacceptable for the price they charge. I can definitely make better strips at home. Will not be going back!!!! read more

I just ordered 2 items right now from this place, and it's raining hard. My order was THE Box Combo, and The Caniac combo and the total was 31.96. I just got got home and opened my food, and there were only 4 chicken fingers on both boxes. I paid that much to get only 8 chicken fingers in total when it was supposed to be 10 in total.... do the math. This was the hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I have teenagers, so I've had a lot I'd never been there before and the girl came to the window to take our order, I asked if that was the complete menu and she clearly hated her job because her response was "ummmm yaaa". So I ordered a chicken sandwich with an iced tea and whatever my kids wanted. We paid there. Then we pulled up to the order machine and that menu had a children's menu on it so when we got up to the window to get the food I asked the girl if we could change one of the box meals to a kids meal and she basically told me no. My son then asked for a few extra sauces and she charged me $1 for it! We pulled out with the food and the iced tea was not ice tea, it was sweet tea, if I had wanted diabetes I would have ordered it. We drove 10 min to home and unboxed soggy, greasy, chicken and fries. And then when my food was ready, there was another 5 mins before the solo person decided to get to it. I had to flag someone else down to grab it, while my lemonade was already chillin and melting. I never been to this place before, I just bought a new car and so I didn't have a lot of money to get dinner. Thought I would try this place. The total is $18.69 which is a lot for dinner. I paid for it in the parking lot and the girl said my transaction did not go through yet. It was clearly on my account as I had $30 in there now I had 11.00. I showed her the pending transaction on my account when I get to the window they had already voided the transaction, but that didn't put the money back in my account. The girl immediately starts giving me attitude and then says "here We are going to give you dinner for free... so stop giving me attitude? Wow! she would not stop giving me attitude!! I would rather not taking anything from than her giving me that crap, they need to train their managers, I've never been so insulted in my whole life in my 58 years of life. I didn't want her free food, I was just wanted the food that I paid for. I don't see any evidence that they actually sent me money back. They just voided the transaction which didn't put the money back in my account. I ended up giving the food away to a homeless person... I was so insulted. Saturday, at around 2:46, 9-28-24. Excellent service, fresh, hot food. Before even coming into the restaurant, a young female employee was picking up trash in the parking lot, always nice to see the extra effort. Chose Raising Canes over the better option Chick-Fil-A right next door. The sandwich combo was bland and tasteless. Fries were waxy and not fresh. Reminded me of frozen fries from the grocery store reheated in the microwave oven. No sauce on the sandwich or in the combo box. This place is really a hit or miss. Sadly like one of the only places open when I want some late night munchies. The butter bread is the best thing going here. I've always ordered the chicken finger combos, and they would either hook me up some days with fat ones, or make me feel like Oliver Twist as a child in another. Cane sauce is meh. Look, this is just a fast food fried chicken finger joint. They serve fair at best come slaw, lame fries, fast food chicken fingers and delicious Texas Toast (definitely the best part). UPPER MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ: I walked in today and placed an order for a 3pc combo. Initially, there were several people going to the counter and complaining about their orders. As I waited, I watched every customer attempting to get assistance from anyone in the front. There were several workers that continued to ignore and pass by someone waiting at the counter, literally they kept their backs turned to customers. I understand, most of these workers are young & probably still learning what working for a company means. Then I realized that people who ordered after me were receiving their orders. So, when I went up to check on it, 3 workers continued to pass by me and the only one who helped was the manager. Her name is Francis, and she was the only person in the store that was attentive to ANY customer. I am writing this in hopes of upper management viewing this. Francis was literally the ONLY one assisting to help with anyone coming to the front. She handled managing her staff to complete the orders, she'd check on everyone to make sure they were doing what they needed to, at the same time handled multiple customers' complaints, handled my order and was extremely apologetic. She needs more help and the staff members TRULY need to do a better job at being a team, rather than ignoring their customers, and leaving absolutely everything up to their manager. It's just unfair. And to that young manager, she is doing a fantastic job managing the chaos and mess that is happening around her, while still being extremely pleasant with customers. If this rating were on her, I'd give it 10 stars for how she was managing multiple situations. Upper management, please do better to train the other staff members on customer service & give that girl a raise. read more

I came by with my teenage son tonight after his basketball practice, and while there were paying customers in the dining room an employee kept joking by yelling "everybody get on the ground, it's a stickup!" They didn't say this once, twice, or even three times, but no less than 5 different times, while the manager / supervisor didn't say anything to stop this childish and frankly potentially dangerous behavior.
