Great location near love field airport. I came here about 445pm and ordered a 4pc box with a sweet tea with no ice. When I got to the window I paid and she handed me the drink and it had ice in it. I kindly asked for it without Ice and she rolled her eyes at me and said did you ask for no ice. I replied to her I did actually at the speaker. This rude young adult clearly didn't want to be there and shouldn't be serving customers with her attitude. The food was fantastic. Fresh hot and a good quantity of food. It stinks that the service wasn't as a good as the food. I don't know if I would recommend this location or not. Maybe this was a one off.

Very solid. Classic raising canes. The chicken tenders were delicious. And of course the sauce is awesome. The place was clean. Staff were friendly. Bathroom was clean.

Easy and fast. Customer service was great for a fast food place. Also it was a very busy time during Friday at 11am, good to see that they have someone cleaning up the table and ready for the incoming crowd.

Great location, welcoming staff and awesome food The chicken is hot and juicy. The sauce is addicting I dip my chicken, fries and bread in it

This is my third time visiting Canes over about 10 years! Yea,haven't been a fan in the past but, this place rocks!

Yes! Excellent! The one and the only reason I went here is a picky eater, namely my granddaughter. She lives on french fries and chicken strips. So to please her (yes I had a latent desire to eat fried chicken too) I looked up the location close to our destination. It had 4 stars and I knew it was fairly new so, a course was set for Raising Canes!!!! Bottom line: First and second previous experiences at Raising Canes Meh. This experience-Lets just say the CEO would like to hear this! Fantastic The 3-piece chicken strips with crinkle-cut fries and a drink just under $10 Juicy, savory, superb describes the fresh piping hot chicken The Crinkle cuts were nothing short of ethereal The service was cheerful, and happy, and didn't feel forced. Go!!!!!

*Chemicals/styrene from the styrafoam box are melting directly into your food. health hazard*

*This place needs to be shut down by the health department. The Styrene from the styrofoam is leaching into your food and will give you cancer* Giving customers piping hot food in a styrafoam container should be illegal. Within minutes, the piping hot deep fryed chicken burned through the stryrofoam causing chemicals to LEACH directly into the food. I ate only to find how melted the styrofoam box was. I am sickended to find that I've unintentionally consumed a large dose of Stryene and micro plastics. For an extra .10 cents they could provide customers with heavy duty containers which would prevent chemicals from leaching into your food but this company has such little regard for your health they don't see the extra 10 cents to protect your health as worth the investment. I work in the biomedical field and I can tell you first-hand that and Styrene is a well-researched and well known endocrine disrupter and toxin linked to NUMEROUS CANCERS. They need to make some immediate changes before they get hit with a class action (which would be well deserved).

After hearing the hype about Raising Cane's for years, I decided to finally give it a try. As I walked in and looked at the menu, I was surprised to see how small it was. To elaborate, the only thing they sell here are chicken tenders, fries, sauce, and Texas toast. Anyways, I ordered the 3 tender combo which comes with fries, Raising Cane's sauce, and Texas toast. To kickoff, I tried the fries and they were nothing to brag about. The fries were crinkle cut and were very bland. Even though the fries were crispy, they had little flavor and were very boring. Succeeding, I tried the Texas toast and again I wasn't impressed. The toast was dry and dull. Hoping thing would get better, I moved onto the chicken tenders. Thankfully, the chicken tenders were actually pretty good. The tenders were crispy and juicy. Also, they tasted fresh and had nice flavor. Furthermore, I dipped the tenders into the Raising Cane's sauce and that was easily the best part of the meal. Raising Cane's sauce is a tangy, creamy, peppery, and addicting dipping sauce. It went great with the chicken tenders and the fries. In conclusion, Raising Cane's is a decent fast food restaurant that has solid chicken tenders and delicious dipping sauce.

Who can resist the deliciousness of Cane's food? They have such a large turnover, their products are always served fresh. This location is located just a short distance from Dallas Love Field and would not be a tough Uber or Lyft ride during your wait for your flight as an alternative to the food court. Friendly staff and fast service. We arrived at 1050AM so all items were freshly prepared to include the sweet tea in the dispensers. Chicken was served so hot and fresh, my son and I had to eat the fried and bread first. This is not a bad thing! Speaking of the fries and bread; delicious! The bread is one of my favorite things and I always substitute the slaw for an extra slice of bread. Only complaint is my stomach will not hold more delicious fries, bread and chicken fingers since they are so good!

All chicken served after 9pm is stale. Service is good but they're frying everything ahead of time to speed up the drive through line.

The service is always spot on. The drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. This trip in April 2026 we had another great experience. I had the Chile Colorado. The pork is fork tender. The sauce was not that spicy this time, although in the past I had it spicier. It comes with green rice which is very flavorful. I used the tortillas to make a rice and pork taco dipped in the Chile sauce and it is phenomenal. The wife had the shrimp ceviche and loved it. The shrimp has no fishy taste or smell. Our server Stephanie was great. I think we had her before, and she is very efficient. We finished with churros and they are excellent. You get four to an order and they come out hot and fresh. The kid tried one for the first time and liked it, so I am going to have competition going forward. Best part is the La Meserita. I love those. We will be back for sure.

The standout for me every time is their salsa trio--it's seriously so good. Each one has its own unique flavor, and they all hit in different ways. It's one of those starters you end up talking about even after the meal. The only reason it lands at 4.5 stars instead of a full 5 is that a few of the dishes had a little too much sauce. While the flavors were great, it made some of the crispy tortillas and chips soggy, which took away from that perfect crunch you want. Overall though, the flavors, atmosphere, and consistency make it a go-to. Definitely worth it and I'll absolutely keep coming back.

It does have an old vibe to it with the people go to you to order the food. There are many cars outside and was worried that it would take awhile. The servers come to you and you order through their tablet. I had to take a minute, but you have to make sure you have your blinkers on and they will come to you. I ordered the following #5 Special with bacon #1 The best burger and then the cheese fries I got the order within 10 minutes and did not take too long. Once they deliver the food to you, I paid through credit card and then you can tip them so I gave them an 18% tip as they were nice and serve the food to me. The food is very messy and oily so make sure you bring some hand sanitizer. They packed in a lot of napkins as well. The burger itself was just alright, was a little cold for me though so not so sure how long it was waiting. The lettuce and tomato was a little on the soggy side. The meat itself was just alright. When I ate it, I did not experience the wow factor. I can not complain about the price however. Overall, I rather go to Inn-n-out, but I am glad I got one of the places to try in Dallas out of the way.

My wife and I both ordered the same - pretty much a burger with no meat but I got cheese fries and she got normal. The staff builds gluten free orders in a separate station to prevent cross-contamination and the workers change their gloves. When bagging the order, they placed his order in its own bag.
