Heard so much about Raising Canes. Even tried to go into a new one in D.C. a few weeks before. Turned out it was so new it was opened yet. Anyway. Saw that there was one on the path to the Denver airport. I could gas up the rental car and get some chow before entering the land of over priced airport food. Look the service was fine and the food was ok. But there was nothing special about the chicken fingers or the fries, or the sauce for that matter. The tenders were lacking in any real flavor on their own. They need some spice. Same with the crinkle fries. As a delivery mechanism for the Outback Bloomin Onion style sauce thats about all you could say for the main dish and side. But I didn't even use all the sauce, so paying extra for more is right out. I found it interesting that you need to ask at the counter, and get a code, to use the restroom. It looked like a nice enough area, but obviously there must be a reason for it. We're due to get some of these restaurants near me, but I don't have any reason to go back. Chick-Fil-A, KFC, Popeyes, or Savvy Sliders all offer vastly better product. He made sure and said "no I had ordered a Diet Coke" she then changed her answer and said oh yea it's a Diet Coke. And in fact it WAS NOT A DIET COKE!!!! First time at a Raising Canes and it was great. Went inside for the full experience. We ended up going twice in our week long visit to CO. Each time the staff here were amazing. Treated us like family and were so nice. If you don't like chicken, then don't go here. It's all they do and they do it well. Also I love sweet tea and theirs is probably my new favorite. This canes in particular sucks because its about a 50/50 chance to receive the extra sauce you pay for. If your paying for something it should be in the bag I dont get it reading an order isnt that difficult. Also the quality of the chicken is hit or miss at this one too. This was my second and last time eating at Cane's. I was repulsed by the hanging skin on my chicken fingers that were already poorly fried, which made them disgusting. I stopped at Cane's for lunch on 31 July. I got overcharged for a drink. Supervisor supposedly issued a refund back on my card, but as of August 9, nothing has come through. I went back to the same canes to talk to supervisor Who told me that she could not help me and I had to call the corporate hotline. I called gave me the information and was told I'd have to wait another five days possibly to get the refund and just a real half hearted. We're sorry. Hands down one of my favorite spots in Green Valley Ranch I can't speak for others but for me it's always on point the food be fresh and hot every single time. I've tried the Raising Canes in Oklahoma. Now I've tried the one in Denver. The hype has got to be in the sauce, because the chicken is just plain. The fries are terrible. At least at this location. It was cold and dried out. The drive-thru around midnight was a nightmare. We used the left side and instantly regretted it. The right side passed 3 vehicles for every 1 on the left side. In addition to that the merge and spacing for the drive-thru was just terrible. We made an order and forgot to add the sauce. We were sitting there for like 5 minutes anyways and the person on the call box never responded. Then they caught an attitude when I asked to add two additional sauces at the window LOL - Smh. Not a big fan of cane's (bad experience in college) but when it's fresh its one of the better fast food chicken options. A simple menu allows for consistency in quality. The store itself was clean, we were greeted when walking in, and order was ready quickly. Additionally, the lemonade was indeed fresh as we saw them making it when we ordered. My only problem in coming here was the chicken tenders were significantly small. I wish I had a picture but I literally ate them in 1 bite. I did not like the Raising Cane's at all in Fort Collins, but this cool guy on YouTube ordered it in Arizona. Therefore, I decided to try the one in Thornton. I was not disappointed. I got three chicken tenders, French fries, & Texan toast. It was quite good. The tenders were made from high quality chciken breasts, very similar to how it's done at Chick-Fil-A. It came with a chipotle-style dipping sauce, which is very unique to this restaurant. The fries were quite good, but I grew to really like ones at Chick-Fil-A more. The toast was quite good as well. This place does have a more limited menu than Chick-Fil-A as well, but this location would not disappoint people who like ordering chicken tenders at sit-down restaurants. read more

It's says they close at 2am. I pulled up at 9:57 and they were already closed. Apparently they actually close at 10pm. At this particular location there is no way to get out of the line once you get up to the speaker. I had to wait in line - no joke - for about 10 minutes just to exit the parking lot. As I was pulling around to exit, the line was even longer than when I got in it. There's gotta be a blockade or something you could put up to close the drive thru.
