6 Piece Canniac! After eating the 2nd tender I realized I forgot to snap a pic! :)
    Sidéwon Andre N.

First off, TikTok had me fooled! Based on what I saw from all the mukbangers, I expected Raising Cane's to be bland and overrated--but it's actually the complete opposite. Since my first visit, I've already been back twice, and each time the food was served hot and fresh. While the chicken tenders aren't coated in a heavy seasoning blend, they taste like they've been marinated in a flavorful brine, giving them a juicy, savory bite every time. Pair them with that signature dipping sauce, and you've got yourself a five-star combo. Highly recommend giving Raising Cane's a shot--especially if you're a fan of places like Zaxby's. You might be surprised which one wins your vote.

    Caniac combo

Once we arrived we went straight to the counter and they greeted us. We got a Caniac combo and it came out in less than 5min. We dined in and what I like about their chicken is that it's not as salty compared to other chicken restaurants. Plenty of seating inside and two lane drive through too! Music can be a bit loud.

Your standard Cane's experience! Definitely heavier on the fries at this location than others i've gone to in the past! Could use more parking.

My coworker was raving about this place, and had setup an outing for our Senior Community to try it out. One of my other business associates had also talked it up. Apparently they started in Louisiana back in the late 90s and just started making their way into Georgia. I placed an order with my coworker and was excited to try out the chicken. I ordered the Caniac, which came with 6 strips, crinkle fries, coleslaw, bread and their sauce. When I got my order, and opened it up, it had a strikingly familiar resemblance to Zaxby's. The fries were the worst part of the meal; bland and soggy. The bread was a larger sesame seed half, and also fairly bland. The chicken fingers looked like they were battered in what you would've battered the fish in at Captain D's. They weren't really crispy but the chicken was good. The coleslaw was decent. To my amusement, their sauce was VERY similar to Zaxby's sauce. It's a lighter version, which I did like more. So, I've been eating Zaxby's for close to 30 years, and I had to laugh at the comparison. The fries at Zaxby's have better flavor, the Texas toast is much better and the chicken fingers are much better (with better batter). Am I confused or have people not heard of Zaxby's?? This place is literally a step down from Zaxby's. It would be the Huddle House to a Waffle House. And before anyone says Zaxby's copied them; Zaxby's started in 1990. Did I enjoy my meal? Yes. Would I eat food from here again? Ummmm, there is a Zaxbys on every corner. Don't buy the hype ... 3.5 rounded down to 3 for pretending to be better than Zaxbys. But for our Senior Community, more ideal because it's less sodium than Zaxbys.

Customer service is horrible. Pure chaos. Placed an online order that they spent 20 minutes attempting to convince me was ordered to a different location, dispite having the receipt showing otherwise. Once they finally located the order and made the food, it was wrong, but at that point I was ready to leave. The food itself is average, Zaxby's is better. Cole slaw is honestly gross, lemonade is not as good as Chic Fil A and Zaxby's. Chicken is just ok. Sauce is good. They may be working through kinks but I won't be returning. Again, I'd advise you go to Chic Fil A or Zaxby's, the difference in service and organization is staggering.

I've been waiting to make a visit and finally got to go on the second day of opening. The interior was clean and well decorated, giving off more of a restaurant vibe than a fast food place. I got the box combo ($11.49) which comes with 4 chicken fingers, fries, toast, coleslaw and cane's sauce. The food came out extremely fast, I barely had to wait. Taste wise, I really liked the texture of the chicken. The batter was thin and flaky kind of like tempura batter and the chicken meat was juicy and soft. The chicken was also not as salty as those at other fast food restaurants-- i actually really liked this because I don't like salty food and the fries were already salty enough for me. But I can see some people finding it under seasoned. As for the sauce, I didn't really understand the hype behind it. It tasted like a typical dipping sauce, nothing special. I really enjoyed drinking the sweat tea though, it was surprisingly more addicting than other fountain drinks. Overall, fast service and good quality food.

I ate Raising Cane's a few years ago on a road trip in KY! I never forgot how piping hot it was. I was overjoyed when I realized there was a Duluth location! It's right in front of the Olive Garden. I went on a Wednesday around 3ish! They were packed but the line was moving. They had the 2 order takers outside similar to the Chick-fil-A process. I was surprised to see the menu is very minimal. It's like 5 combinations on the menu. But obviously it's working. I received my food in less than 10 mins from ordering. Can we talk about how hot & fresh my food was??? Baby that made my day lol. I ordered the 4 tender combo. Delicious! I'm definitely going to come back often.

3 piece combo with bread, fries, and cane sauce

I got the 3 finger combo which came with a piece of bread, fries and a drink! I decided to get a lemonade as my drink. I went to see what ALL the "hype" was about. The service was ok. I went through the drive through and it took a little while.. Not sure about the ambiance because I didn't go into the restaurant. Overall I thought the food was a 7/10. The canes sauce was ok it wasn't all that it was "hyped" up to be imo..

Everyone has such a high expectation of a fast food restaurant. Love the menu: simple and easy to read. Affordable price. Quick to order and pick up. Very spacious and photogenic inside. We ordered the box combo ($11.49), which includes fountain drink (or lemonade), plain fries, four chicken fingers, texas toast, a cup of coleslaw, and a cup of sauce; and the sandwich combo ($10.29), which is the same except in a bun and no texas toast. The chicken is juicy and tender, not too dry or greasy. The fries are alright. The sauce is tangy, similar to Zaxby's sauce, nothing special. Just try it out because of the hype and Tik Tok. Maybe coming for once in a while but will become boring if eating too often.

Best chicken fingers and down!. There's not a close second. The brine is incredible. Also, the fries have a wonderful potato flavor, and are not salty. And don't let me leave out the lobster roll bread that is delicious.

The flavor, the crunch were both great and the sauce was super tasty! I also got the fried Brussels Sprouts, which on their own were great, but I dumped the last bit of them into the Soy Ginger sauce after I finished the chicken and that took it to another level! My wife got the Build Your Own Turkey Burger. It was pretty plain (picked and mustard) but she raved about the flavor. She said it was juicy and had great flavor. The team working the night we were there were great, super helpful and friendly.

I was feeling a burger and out of all the places in Duluth/Norcross, nothing outside of fast food was open or non-existent and I'm not driving past Beaver Ruin to find something and nor am I going further than Duluth Hwy. So I needed something and thankfully, Yelp was the resource I needed. I typed in "burgers" in Duluth and Craft Burger by Shane popped up and to my surprise, the Duluth location is the ONLY one that is open till 3am six days a week and since I've never been, I needed to try it and since I was feeling burgers, this option was perfect! Upon arriving at the place, it's near the Soel La Boel Korean restaurant off Old Norcross and Pleasant Hill across from the Toyota Dealership. When walking in, it's a corner joint with a very spacious interior that's clean, well lit, and offers roughly 50 seats. To order, it's kiosk based but their menu is extensive so you might need to do your homework first before coming in or order ahead. The only service they offer is from kitchen to table but you bus your own stuff which seems to be the model for these fast sit down places. Now for the food. The burgers are thick 6 oz patties. Can't really tell if they're seasoned as it seems like the cheese, your veggies, and whatever sauce you asked for seems to carry the flavor and not the burger patties themselves. But the patties are thick boys and you definitely get hit with strong beefy flavors. Think old school Big Mac in terms of size but with better quality ingredients. The bun is lightly toasted that ensures your burger holds it's shape and for the most part, it's a flavorful bun as well.. I opted for the build your own burger which starts at $12 then w/ the extra patty is another $4 and then their signature custom items are a la carte and you add one item as you go along from fried egg to grilled mushrooms etc. They offer fries and a drink meal for an addition $6. I love their fries! Long, crispy, yet you can taste the potatoes! Delicious fries and they offer other flavors of fries like truffle or buffalo flavors. When I compiled my items between the additional patty and the meal deal, I was already was looking at a $21 burger meal with is comparable to some of their competitors like Burger Fi or Burger 21 which all share the same concept but Burger by Shane seems to have better ingredients. All in all, this place is fantastic! Highly recommend Craft Burger by Shane, especially when it's after midnight and you need a quick fix for a burger!

Caveat: This was a Door Dash order. So my main complaints (lobster roll and bun were cold, fries…read morewere soggy) are likely related to the time it took for delivery. I really wish I had gotten to eat it fresh. But my other criticisms are valid! - Connecticut lobster roll: The bun was soft and buttered to perfection. The lobster was a generous portion and very fresh. My only complaint is that it was cold, but that's what I get for doing a Door Dash order with a long predicted delivery time. The fries (which were not crisp, likely due to the delivery time) had zero seasoning. I would have expected Old Bay seasoning or at least salt. My delivery order didn't come with any ketchup either. - Lobster bisque: Interestingly, Door Dash had a promotion for BOGO lobster bisque. But the lobster meat was scant (it was just a big bowl of cream essentially), so I actually threw away the second bowl and didn't finish the first bowl. All in all, I was glad to have tried the food here. I definitely recommend ordering the lobster roll (ask for condiments for the fries!), but don't waste money on the lobster bisque unless they change the recipe (aka actually add lobster meat).

We had absolutely no business ending up at Nando's... and yet here we are…read more The original plan? Matcha. Light. Peaceful. Maybe even a little classy. What actually happened? Piri-piri chicken, garlic bread, and zero self-control. Nando's is already one of our go-to spots, so it didn't take much convincing. The vibe hits that perfect sweet spot between casual and "we're pretending this is a planned night out." And the food? Consistently elite. My husband went with his usual: the 2 1/4 legs, hot. A bold man with a questionable spice tolerance, but I respect the commitment. I ordered the chicken thigh skewers, medium, because I like to feel something without seeing my life flash before my eyes. Now let's talk about the real star of the show: the garlic bread. I don't know what they put in it, but I would trust it with my financial decisions. It's that good. He also got the fries (which, okay... a little skimpy this time, Nando's, we noticed ), and I switched things up with the corn on the cob, which absolutely held its own. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed even though we didn't know we needed it. We met up with my sister and her kids, who ordered after us, but honestly the best part of the night was just hanging out, talking, and letting the table slowly turn into a graveyard of sauce-covered plates and crumbs. Final verdict: Came for matcha. Left with full stomachs, zero regrets, and a renewed emotional attachment to garlic bread. Would accidentally end up here again 10/10.
