A little bit overpriced for a burger but the quality is good! I got the bacon cheeseburger (which was almost $13) and fries. The burger tasted homemade and I could actually taste the beef unlike other fast food places. I was also impressed by how friendly the employees were. The person taking my order helped didn't get annoyed when I couldn't decide and helped me by making suggestions. One thing I wish they could improve on is the texture of the fries. They still taste good because they use good quality potatoes but they are a bit on the soggy side. Overall, a clean place with a decent quality food!

Five Guys is a chain burger restaurant where you can build your own custom burger or hot dog. They have all kind of toppings and they don't extra charge for them. They're all about peanuts. If you're allergic to peanuts avoid this place at all cost. Five Guys fries all its food with peanut oil, and offers peanuts for customers while waiting for the food. The burgers are cooked to order, and all the ingredients are super fresh. They have regular fries or Cajun fries and both are so yummy. Their milkshakes are okay. Honestly I prefer Steak and Shake or Chick-fil-a's shakes. The place can be expensive but totally worth it. If you know you're getting fresh, and good food with big portions of it why don't pay a little extra? I don't eat here too often but I enjoy it every time I do.

I've been on a burger kick lately, and was hangry for a good burger. Five Guys was right around the corner from the gym so thought I'd try it. It has been at least 6+ years since I last ate at Five Guys and couldn't recall how it was. This location sits off Old Peachtree and Satellite, not far from 85. Parking lot isn't big but additional parking is available in the rear. They do have outdoor seating. The inside is full out 60s style. You walk up, place your order and then wait for your number to be called. I liked that it had two coca-cola freestyle machines and also multiple malt and vinegar bottles for the fries. The ketchup ramekins are also over sized. I liked the fact that you picked your own toppings and that they are all free. Best part! The burger was a decent size and their small fry was huge. So why the three stars? The burger was huge but very small on flavor. The fries were bland as well. My entire meal was $15. $7.50 for the burger, $3.60ish for the small fry and $2.79 for the drink. That's way too much money for a burger that wasn't too satisfying. I doused the fries with malt and vinegar to get some taste. The search for a great burger continues ...

Burgers, Fries and Shakes! I love everything about Five Guys. The burgers are made to order and you can definitely tell. I usually go with the bacon cheeseburger. It's 2 patties, cheese and bacon. You can dress it up how you like; lettuce, tomato, onions, condiments and more. Usually the add ons are free, however there are some that cost a little extra. The fries are pretty good. I usually go with the Cajun fries and I like them crispy. I like that a large fry usually feeds 2! My boyfriend and I couldn't even finish them all. More bang for your buck. I haven't had the pleasure of trying a milk shake but it's definitely next on my list! I have also noticed that not all locations do not sell milk shakes so make sure you check before arrival. They are open 7 days a week and they stay open until 10. I really enjoy coming to Five Guys.

Went to Five Guys today and didn't realize how expensive it is for a mediocre hamburger and soggy fries. I spent $18 for a bacon cheeseburger, medium fries and medium drink. I could get the same quality at Burger King for half the price. Won't be going back.

I love this particular 5 Guys due to its speed, consistency, and cleanliness. They got a 100% on its latest food inspection, something u rarely see these days. I got the Little Guy fries because i need to cut down on my calories and the all the way plus green pepper hamburger. It's a little more expensive than most burger places, but i know 5 Guys uses quality ingredients. great for the family and they also serve milkshakes and hotdogs. This location is near a starbucks and a korean sushi shopping complex. Across the street is a korean supermarket and Home Depot.

Overpriced but the burger are delicious. The fires are over hyped. They are definitely not my favorite.

The location was clean, there are only a few tables and bar seats, (no alcohal) there are several TVs playing different things (the guy at the counter turned on the Minecraft movie for my son while we ate!! Super nice. My oldest and I order the Gouda burger... and my youngest ordered the hot dog. All with fries. (Prices seemed a bit high but honestly it was more than worth it!) The food came out pretty fast... and it looked awesome! (See pictures) the Gouda burger has lettuce, tomato, onion, Gouda, bacon, and shoe string potato chips on top of a good sized black angus patty. This was maybe the best burger I have had since I moved to GA! How are people not swarmed all over this establishment eating here! This was amazing! It was "ohhhhhh my Goddie to dam Hottie!!!" The burger was juicy and packed with amazing flavor! The addition of the shoe strings grave it a crunch that I just loved! I didn't even put catchup on it... I ate it as they brought it... nothing added nothing removed. It was phenominal! My son's hit dog was huge.. and loaded with condiments... onion, tomato's, relish on a monster dog. He couldn't finish it. The fries need to be cooked in hotter oil so that they get crispy.. some were kinda crisp some were not and salt the fries! The fries were ok... but the burger more than made up for it! I'm telling you this is burger heaven! If you're looking for the best burger around head on over to the Burger Factory... I know I'm going back to try a different offering soon!

Yes, the burgers are more expensive than most would like to pay. However when fast food is becoming as expensive as it is, it's easier to justify and my god was it worth every penny. BW has won the last two years Burger Week so I had high expectations. Also looking at the menu, I will be certain to visit again as it had some awesome looking burgers listed. The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. Final Verdict If you're in Norcross it's worth a stop to check out B&W based on the menu options but don't expect too much from the Burger Week Burger.

The guy working the register is not really helpful and I think it may be because he doesn't speak english that well and tries to hide it. I asked if my bun could be toasted well and if the burger can be cut in half and he didn't add anything on the register, then when I stared at him waiting for him to add it, he dismissively turned to the cook and said "bun". When I got the burger, the bun wasn't really toasted and it wasn't cut in half, so I sent it back. The cook was very nice about it and brought it back out with no issues. The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. I ate this for dinner and woke up with the absolute worst headache that lingered for 3 days... Also, just a heads up that it is a la carte, so the drink and sides were an additional cost. The impossible was an upcharge, they don't sell small drinks, then the fronion rings all came to be about $20, which was pretty expensive. The location is tucked in a Kroger parking lot and wasn't busy when I went, which was later in the evening. The inside was very clean, nice and organized. It was also quiet inside, which I liked. Overall, I probably won't come back here because of the headache it gave me, but the burger was decent
