I just wanted to go to a place that does just that and Cane's Chicken Fingers is basically that as they sell in combos only has always been my biggest vice it's rather easy to order it's either chicken sandwich but for me it was chicken fingers which comes in 3, 4 or 6 I just got the 3 finger combo which comes with a cane's sauce, fries, Texas toast and drink. Placed my order then given a number and my cup pre filled with ice which took the moment to fill with either soft drinks or Cane's Iced Tea which is what I did just unsweetened was good and took a seat at one of many is what I do like about Raising Cane's and the decor and vibe is very friendly and vibrant as I got instantly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. There are about 800 raising cane's restaurant in the USA, therefore, we figure we gotta go try it out. They are located by the University Avenue and the corner of King Street. They do have a parking structure in the back and offer free parking on the weekend. I am not sure of the parking situation on the weekday. The restaurant has a pretty simple menu, basically it's just chicken strip and chicken strip burger. The side order comes with the meal are french fries, coleslaw and garlic bread. Most of the items comes with a soft drink or choice of unsweeten or sweetened tea. The chicken strip is just OK, nothing out of the world, the fries are not bad, however the fries in my wife's order are all very short pieces, it is like left over fried at the bottom of the stock. The burger is also chicken strip with some sauce. We are not over joy with the food, the services is on par, easy order, 5 minutes wait for my order. The place is clean with some pretty loud music. We give this place a 4 out of 10 because we prefer other type of chicken, like the one they offer at Pope.... Against, I think this is mostly personal choice of taste. read more

It goes well with the Canes's dipping sauce. The combo comes with crinkled fries which when I got it was a bit soggy but expected. The bread was good and also was the coleslaw. I was asked to pick up an order for my company meeting that I work for. Total of 13 meals was ordered for our meeting. I had major anxiety due to the fact that this locations parking is above the main restaurant and I knew I would be late. Thankfully Issac (an amazing employee) offered to help me carry everything to my car. If it weren't for Issac and all of the amazing staff at this Raising Canes location, I definitely would have been late to my meeting. However, Issac saved the day and definitely deserves a raise. Seat yourself in the food court and bus your own table. The Caniac Combo: chicken is nicely cooked -- Slightly juicy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The french fries are lightly crispy on the outside and oh-so-satisfyingly soft on the inside. The sauce that the chicken comes with is pretty good--nice blend of spices and is not spicy but has a hint of pepper. The Texas toast is suuuper soft and ever so slightly sweet--I wish there was more than one slice that came with the meal. I had heard about Raising Cane's so when I saw this one in the Food Court on Waikiki I was excited to give it a try. I decided to get a combo with the chicken fingers, fries and Texas Toast. The Texas Toast was soft, chewy, nice butter flavor and toasted nicely, definitely 5 stars. The fries, not so much, cold, limp and seemed to be undercooked, I was hoping for crispy hot fries, closer to 2 stars. The main course, chicken fingers was disappointing, lukewarm, not much crunch, zero flavor so you really need to love the dipping sauce and really dunk it if you want flavor, 2 stars is all I can muster up as a rating. The location is easy to access, the price point is not bad, I could eat the Texas Toast all day long. I will try a Raising Cane's next time I am in Vegas and see if a more established location makes the food better. Been to this location a few times. Food is good. This location definitely can get super popular. We drive by a lot, and when it is during lunch/dinner, there is a line out the door! You can park for free in the designated parking structure. There isn't much street parking nearby. It shares parking with Jersey Mikes/Pizza/Starbucks. The chicken tenders are good. Fries could definitely be more hot. Coleslaw has a bit too much mayo. FYI, they have pre-set combos as menus. But if you're not feeling the coleslaw/beverage, you can order items a la carte. They use the right amount of batter and it's not overly salty or overly seasoned. My buddy Rod U thinks it's blasphemy dipping the fingers into the sauce, think you should try to dip some, just don't overdo it. My only minor complaint is their krinkle fries, it's soggy and limp. Maybe they had a bad day with the fries. Sorry to say it reminds me of my bachelor days when I would put a bag of ole-ida fries on Saturday morning for breakfast after going out on Friday night... due to impaired judgement would underestimate the time to cook in the oven. You can call in an order if you have an order exceeding 25 fingers, they had it ready when picking up. Service is quick and friendly and very efficient. My daughter really loves Chicken Fingers and hadn't tried Canes yet so we stopped here. This place has the best chicken fingers and fast service. 12/17/2020 Thursday night at 7pm I was with a friend of mine and we shared a 6 chicken tender combo meal - the Caniac Combo. There wasn't a long wait they put the order together pretty fast. I'd say that when the covid guidelines start to get less Strick then sitting in would be a much nicer experience. The guy at the counter mentioned January there will be "proper distancing" put in place. We didn't park far from this eatery so my friend and I ate in the car. First and foremost the crisp batter of the tenders are a pleaser. You think of some places that have a more oily crunch and or batter made for tenders. The amount of batter to chicken is just right, well at least the pieces I've had were most delicious... too much batter can be a bit overwhelming but the idea of it being a "chicken tender" has to be just like this... -all around good even coverage. -The sauce could use a touch of heat in my opinion BUT- it is a delicious sauce it's not too zesty. -The aroma in the bite as it travels up the nose and to the olfactory of the smell factions... ...it then makes everything combined of the crunch, the flavor, the hot chicken freshly cooked and not cold with the part where .... it is finally gulped down... it hits the appetite faction- one is left with thinking: "yes, this is great" I didn't think I was going to like this place but my last part to this review is: the Coleslaw..... I had eaten two pieces of my share on this combo and perhaps it was cause I was the first to open the plastic container holding the coleslaw and it was still cold too... I don't believe I've stopped at a business that had a "BETTER" coleslaw then at Raising Cane.. I had coleslaw from a number of places one of which was at Boston Market and I've had KFC a number of times....
