The the cashier was extremely rude. Didn't ask me how I was doing or how can I take your order or anything like that and just stared at me until I started ordering and then didn't even ask me if my food was to go or for here and I made it clear that it was for here as she still made it for her to go the whole experience with her, helping me out was so rude !! bad customer service food is always good and then when i got up to ask for some hot sauce, she sees me staying there doesn't even acknowledge me or ask me How could she help me so unprofessional the girl in the pick was my server

It's was good and it was my first time trying and I figured it'll taste like Zaxby's and it did but the only thing is they only have ketchup and cane's sauce... and I don't see the hype around the sauce when it tasted like black pepper to me... but food wise it was good! And they also gave 4 tenders instead of 3!!!! Yayyyy

I am a fan of this place. I love, love, love their chicken fingers, crinkle fries and TEXAS TOAST. The toast is always soft and full of all the butter you should avoid at all costs. But most people will tell you that the sauce is the bomb. I wish I could describe the taste of Cane's sauce. But it is something special. The stuff is so good, it is the only sauce they offer. They also offer hot sauce as a condiment. I sometimes add hot sauce to my cane's sauce for extra kick! This place started near LSU campus in Baton Rouge. Cane is the name of a beloved pet. Not sure if the dog belonged to the owner. Fast forward years later and there are several locations nationwide. I almost fainted when I rode past one when living in Boston, MA. This place only sells chicken fingers so if you are a fan of them, this is not the place for you. If you like fingers, I would bet you would become a fan. It is similar to Zaxby's, just better.

The people at this location are super friendly and helpful. We have ordered a tailgate pack as well as gotten lunch and dinner here. Accurate and always hot and delicious!!

Raising Cane's is no secret to anybody in Louisiana. This chain now dots the entire state. And to chicken tender lovers that's a good thing. I'm a big fan of Raising Cane's for several reasons. Regardless of whether you show up at 11 a.m. when they open or four minutes before 11 p.m. when they close every chicken tender always taste the same. They don't cut corners and they don't dish out stuff that's been sitting out too long. It's all made fresh when you order it and you can tell with every bite. We all know that if you come to Raising Cane's you're going to order chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich and we're all okay with that because it's that good especially for fast food. I normally order the three finger because I'm not a fan of coleslaw anyway and it comes with that really good Cane's sauce. My biggest challenge here is whether to order the lemonade or the sweet tea because both of them are awesome.

Two visits in less than a week in two different states.... I admit that I'm a fan. Fresh white meat chicken surrounded by caterpillar fires accented by "Come Back Sauce", what's not to like. The "Chicken Fingers" are hot juicy and packed with flavor. The coleslaw was delicious, which means more veggies than mayonnaise. The Texas toast, for being in Louisiana could not be beat. Stop in!

Food was good. Staff was EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly. Drive down the street to Popeye's and save yourself on a heaping pile of rudeness.

There are other places I would choose, simply because you don't have someone puffing in your face. It's either: drinks, bar, smoking - or food. You think you can have all four.

The biggest negative for me is that this is a smoking bar and while they do have a HUGE space that usually makes the smoking not such a problem that changes fast during the peak Friday nights when they offer their 2 for 1 burger special when it gets so smoky that I can't handle it. My visits during the weekday seemed quite pleasant but the crowded weekends just get far too smoky for me unfortunately. The burgers and ribeye steaks here are fairly priced and better than you get at many far fancier and way more expensive restaurants. I've eaten a LOT of steaks and enjoyed plenty of good steak nights around the New Orleans area but the ribeye here is by far one of the best I've had anywhere. The service at the bar and at the tables is quick, friendly and overall just a great experience. This is some of the best bar food I've had anywhere and just one of the best options for a great steak and burger at a great price anywhere. Now if they could just do something about the cancer sticks...

Looking…read morearound the dining room, it seemed like no one had their food yet, so the kitchen was clearly backed up. It took about 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge us, but she apologized right away and took our entire order. From that point on, everything improved. Our appetizer came out quickly. They were running a special--2 jerk wings for $3--so we ordered two servings. For our entrées, we had the spicy brown stew plate and the jerk chicken and oxtail combo plate. I ordered the spicy brown stew, but it wasn't very spicy. That said, it was still packed with flavor, so I wasn't disappointed. The food arrived not long after we ordered, and everything was flavorful with generous portions. The meat portions were especially impressive. The rice was good, but compared to the amount of meat, I'd probably order an extra side of rice next time and split the meat and sides. They also offer a military discount, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the slow start, the great food and friendly service made it a worthwhile visit. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend this place and plan to stop by again whenever I'm in the area.

I ordered the oxtail and lamb with stewed cabbage and plantains, and every bite was seasoned perfectly. The flavors were rich, tender, and truly felt like home‑cooked Jamaican comfort food. The restaurant itself was clean, colorful, and full of good vibes. The music had us literally jamming in our seats, which made the atmosphere fun and lively. The only downside was the wait time. We ended up waiting almost two hours for our food. Our server was friendly, but she kept forgetting small things like lemons and straws -- probably because she was juggling both the hostess stand and multiple tables at the same time. She was working hard, just clearly stretched thin. Even with the long wait, the food was so good that we'll definitely be back to give them another try. When the kitchen hits like that, it's worth a second visit.
