I decided to take my family for a late meal after a 7 hr road trip and was disappointed that I spent $50 for such horrible food. We decided to wait to get to canes because we all truly love canes and being back in town it was something we all looked forward for but after the experience from the pushy intercom lady taking our order to the undercooked fries and dry overcooked chicken... not sure we will ever eat at the canes located on 57th in Lubbock, TX ever again. I am definitely going to add my comments about this experience to yelp and google. I called to complain and someone kept answering the phone and would hang up when I asked to speak with a manager, extremely unprofessional and if you know that you have bad service and are not doing a good job of course you do not want to hear a complaint about it but someone is spending money for a family to enjoy a meal and that is what matters. I had a dinner date with my niece, and our original plan was to go to Olive Garden next-door to raising Cane's. The wait at Olive Garden was way too long and we just really wanted to spend time catching up. So we went into raising canes next door and were greeted by a wonderful young man who had Sandy blonde curly hair with blue eyes. I wish I had gotten his name. My niece has dietary restrictions and he was very accommodating in food recommendations that would fit with her diet restrictions. I on the other hand am highly allergic to paprika. This young man went so far as to go and see what was in the ingredients of the flour that's used to bread the chicken fingers at raising canes. Once we discovered that it only listed spices and not the individual spices I declined to get chicken and just have fries. This wonderful thing man then let me know that naked chicken fingers had no spice on them whatsoever. We ordered accordingly, knowing what we were getting foods that neither one of us would have an allergic reaction to or an ingredient that was hidden. I wish I had this young man name because he went well above and beyond customer service to make certain that not only did we have a good dining experience but that the food that we were eating was delicious and was healthy for our bodies. I hope that we get to have another niece and Aunt date and we will visit raising Cane's again. I hope you can figure out which employee this is a recognize him with an accommodation for going above and beyond for this Aunt and my niece. Thank you so very much. read more

I ordered two chicken tenders & a side of their Cane's sauce. The fried chicken was on point. It was breaded and fried to perfection! I absolutely hate getting chicken tenders at restaurants and eating a centimeter of batter before I get to the meat that turns out to be dry. Not Cane's! Chicken was juicy and there waspre chicken than breading. The secret sauce reminded me of a pink sauce (ketchup & mayo) and was creamy and seasoned. It wasn't peppery but you could see what looked like specs of pepper and what looked like creole seasoning. Definitely good and unique to the taste because it was not like a ranch, bleu cheese, honey mustard etc. The sauce is definitely signature to Cane's! Once I bit into it, SO much steam was coming out. It was moist, flavorful, lots of taste, the right about of breading, and crispy on the outside. + Fries : just the regular wavy fries. Stopped at the drive thru to pick up some food for my boyfriends little sister and I after picking her up from school. Ordered a three chicken finger meal and a kids meal with a side of coleslaw. They said the order was going to be $25 and change. When I got home I looked at the receipt and they charged me for a caniac combo and upgraded the drink to a large that I never asked for. An order that should've cost me around $19 ended up costing me over $25 because they never read me my order back to verify and they don't have a screen for you to able to double check what they're actually ringing up for you. I feel cheated out of my hard earned money. Not to mention the extra food we didn't ask for that's now getting thrown out because we didn't want it or order it in the first place. Do better for whoever comes through your drive through in the future please. Wasting peoples money like that because y'all are rushing people through the drive thru is not appreciated. Of course it's a fast food chain so you have the typical, pay at the counter, seat yourself, they call your order number/name and you pick your food up at the front. I have yet to have a bad experience with staff at any of the canes locations. (attitude wise) there has been a couple of times when they've gotten my order wrong, but they're always happy to fix it. I always get the box combo, and substitute the coleslaw with an extra toast. And not to mention their sweet tea is always A-1!! read more

The last 3 times I have gone to this location I did not get what I paid for. I always get the caniac combo and the last 3 times I have been there I have received what ever meal comes with 3 tenders. I don't know why this happens but it happened twice so I stopped going, then I say screw it and decided to give them a chance so I go and it happens again. I did call and they did want to make things right but I was just so pissed off that this keeps happening that I just hung up the phone before I became unnecessarily rude. But I mean seriously the choices are 3, 4, or 6 tender or a sandwich. How do you screw this up? I get that shit happens but 3 times in a roll? The combo I get cost $17 and some change and is usually the only meal I'll eat that day. Put 9 tenders in a box with 3 side of Cole slaw and I'll be good because thats basically what I have I paid for but not received in total on my last 3 trips to this location....and it only this location. I think I'll just have to go out of my way to visit their 82nd street location, I've never had any issues there. Not only that but that "finger" was basically all breading. I LOVE Raising Canes, and this is my go-to location, so I'm really disappointed to report that they have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times I have come here. They NEVER FAIL to forget my extra sauce, and they have left the cole slaw out of the box combo twice in a row now, the second time after we specifically requested it because it had been forgotten last time. I don't know if there is new management or something, but it's not working. I'm the most anti-Karen millennial you'll meet, but even I think the attitude of the employees here is a little ridiculous. This place is a chain of restaurants dedicated the serve deep fried chicken tenders. Very juicy, good flavored just a little salty but otherwise good. The sides were excellent no complaints and the price is decent. Kids will love it. We went to the restaurant ata busy hour and we were served fast. The only issue is that the place nerds mire attention to the restaurant hygene and have someone clean tablea as soon as other people leave. read more

As someone who is not from Texas I was super excited to try this place. All of my Texan friends have talked about how tasty this place is and their sauce. Ever since trying it I've been addicted! I've never gotten anything other than fresh, hot chicken tenders unlike any other. I usually need more than one thing of the Cane's sauce because it's so good. Their crinkle fries go especially great with it. I usually sub out the coleslaw for another piece of Texas toast because who can get enough of Texas toast? I loved canes and have never had a problem and I usually let it go if workers are rude because I understand it to an extent, but after working all day at a customer service job also, I decided I wanted canes after work and went to get some. It was raining and there was a line. When I got to the front to take my order no one says anything for 5 if not more minutes. By the time someone takes my order I am tired hungry and have had to wait for no reason. They took my order and I asked for an extra canes sauce. Before I left the line I checked my bag and had no extra sauce so I asked for another one. The girl handing out food in front (she had for sure blonde in her hair and I think some brunette and medium length wearing it up and wearing a jacket this day) said I didn't order one and I said yes I did and she said well no you didn't-it cost extra so I can ring you up do you want it (might be a nice way of how she said it) and I said yes then as I gave her my card she said very rudely "I didn't take your order" and she had such a rude tone her coworker behind her looked at me and made a like "really?" Type of face or "oh shoot" not sure. So when I finally got my card back I said "no but all of your were standing around talking while there is a line around the building and no one up here in line" because when I pulled up there were at least 5 workers standing at the front talking. Then when I finally got my canes sauce she drops in into my hand and it almost fell to the ground because of how she dropped it to me then I said "thank you you're so sweet" and she screamed out the window and I mean screamed as I drove away "I hope you have a good day" sarcastically. I then called the manager to complain and before I was done with my conversation I was hung up on. I don't believe I was that rude to begin with after being told to wait and not getting what I asked for. I didn't say anything unnecessary I just said yes I want it. The menu is fairly simple, the chicken fingers are cooked made to order fresh, always crispy and juicy goes well with their Canes sauce, fries are nice and crispy perfectly salted and I love their butter toast!
